Anytime we need a truck rental or storage solutions we use Arlington south self storage. Mike and Jan are always so helpful and nice. They try to help assist you to make your move smooth by offering special offers, not trying to upsell you on stuff you dont need and making sure you have what you need not what you dont need. I highly recommend them to everyone for U-Haul truck rental and storage needs.

I was paying to use a unit at this facility for a few years never had an issue until recently. I called to notify the “business owner” that the unit has been cleared out & was no longer needed it. Then he proceeds to say “so what you’re basically telling me is you’re no longer going to pay me & screw yourself”. He handled himself extremely unprofessional smh. No one is going to use a unit forever. And someone else left a comment a year ago with similar experience from this guy smh. If I could give no stars I would.

Mr Mike is extremely rude called me a Jerk hung up in my face because I did not want to use his storage facility any longer. I highly recommend using another storage facility very disrespectful over the phone

Good deal on specials, friendly staff!

I dont know if they need help with their workflow or what, but had a reservation for 9am and didnt get out of their until after 9:30am.They need to staff it appropriately or change their workflow. Worse than a doctors office.

The staff is the sweetest people I know. They really go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need.

Rented a Penske truck and bought boxes from Arlington South Self Storage and it was a great experience. The boxes were great quality and they offered discounts for buying 10 or 20 which we needed. The Penske truck was a very pleasant change from U-Haul. The truck was clean and it had a liftgate which made our move very easy. Mike took great care of us and was very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.
