The ice cream here is delicious! It’s super creamy and I love the vanilla! The coconut popsicle is also really creamy and delicious ! The churro with caramel is out of this world!

Place is very dirty and poor customer service. I ordered an enchilado and I was very disappointed. The fruit is old and has a terrible taste. I didn’t look at until I got home. What a waste of money, specially at this time that I’m very sick and not working. I do not recommend this place.

Love this place so much, the aguas frescas are always amazing and not from a package. The parking can be a bit wonky, but its usually not a big deal unless theyre busy.

The guy who took our order overcharged me and then charged me for what I had originally ordered again and didnt even give me a receipt. I went back to ask him for it and he said i didnt request a receipt so he couldnt give me one and when he re-added everything up it was less and he didnt want to give me the difference back. He then gave me back the $ he was trying to keep. BE CAREFUL CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU GO TO THIS PLACE!

Customer service, especially from the man I imagine is the manager, are very bad, the organization and quality are terrible and not to mention that they do not follow cleaning standards.

Place is clean is inviting. Decided to order Dorilocos. I guess they were training and when I opened my container it barely had anything. Such a disappointment. I asked the manager to add more toppings. He only added extra pepino and said everything was on the bottom. Trust me, there was nothing there .What a waste of $7. Smh

The variety of ice creams is great. Not much seating though, so dont plan to stay long.

Seriously the best place in Arlington to get snacks!! Some of my favorite items is the horchata that is very thick and creamy so good! The Cochinada of hot Cheetos, when you mix it all together it is so good! I love the Russas, they always put a good amount of everything! The mangonadas are really good too!! Everything is just perfect, except... it is pretty pricey! Other then that its wonderful, its always packed so you know its good and the staff is so friendly! I go almost every weekend. (Por eso estamos como estamos, cause theres places like this) 😂🤷🏽‍♀️

Snacks are delicious and quick service but have noticed a price increase and portion decrease- in particular, the mangonadas- other than that, would recommend.
