Wasnt much crowded. Quick service, helpers were helpful. I didnt get all the things I wanted. I felt its kinda expensive compared to online. Will go again if needed

They had my aloe vera diet, hair and skin drink for 10 dollars

I usually come to this shop to get my protein but unfortunately the other day, it was out of stock. I was recommended to buy another flavor so I did. Turns out it made me nauseous. Looked online at the return policy & was told I could return (opened or unopened) within 30 days for a refund. I went there and told the older lady (manager I guess) that this flavor made me nauseous & I’d like to return. She said if it’s open they don’t do returns. I went back to my car, double checked the website & I was correct. So I went back in the store and referred to the website. She said since it’s open she can only give me a store credit. I recited that the website said only customers without receipts get store credit. We went back and forth for a good 5 minutes until she said “This time I’m going to give you a refund, next time you’re getting a store credit.” IT’S NOT UP TO YOU TO DECIDE THAT, GRANDMA. If they didn’t take opened returns, I wouldn’t have asked for a refund. This was a horrible experience due to the attitude of the old lady. She was very dismissive when I was being nothing but polite to her.

Mom and I used to go there all the time. Still do when we can afford it. Very helpful and friendly staff. Always ready to answer whatever questions we might have about vitamins and other health-related products. Store is always clean and well lit, the only problem for us has been parking. It really depends on what time of day we get there. The earlier, the better.

Not my favorite vitamin shoppe, but I still like going here. There is a lady that has worked there for a long time, and shes very knowledgeable, the taller man, got a bit of an ego issue..

Large assortment of vitamins and supplements with knowledgeable people and very helpful, also a mail ordering system.

Extremely satisfied!! The staff assisted me and helped a great deal. Especially, when no other company within a 20 mile radius carried what I needed for my kids.

Helpful and Friendly Staff. This was my first time to visit a Vitamin Shoppe. Although I already know what I wanted, the friendly staff was quick to make themselves available and answer any questions.

If you go into the store to purchase an item then they are very helpful, but Ill never order an item online to be picked up at the store for free again. I have health problems so walking around the store and then standing in line waiting to check out is hard on me, so I purposely ordered my sons vitamins online first so that all I had to do was walk in and pick them up. I got my order verification email and then waited for another email stating that it was ready to be picked up. Once I received the email I drove over to the store, however they hadnt even looked for it yet. Turns out they didnt even have it in stock. So I ended up having to wait and wait while they unsuccessfully looked around for it. Obviously The Vitamin Shoppes computer systems are not up to date on what is in stock at any given store and nobody in the store or their customer service center could tell me why I was sent an email stating that it was ready to be picked up, when it wasnt in fact ready to be picked up. I will never order anything online to be picked up at the store again.

I shop here for my vitamins and aminos. I went to get potassium and aminos for my husband.

I like The Vitamin Shoppe, because I can find things that other places do not have. Some of their employees are knowledgeable and some are just NOT......but mostly a good resource for out the ordinary healthy solutions.

They have what I need for my kiddo, the immune system probiotic. But the last couple of times Ive run in to be quick, someone followed me back even when I said I didnt need help. I know what I need and where it is, oh what are you looking for? Oh yup, you got it, there it is! Just something for my kid, in a rush... Thanks though! Lol. Let people shop alone unless they need you. Great job always asking, however.
