This is one of the best Big Lots Ive been to. Although my (3 year old) daughter found the only toy there that didnt have a price tag. The employees went out of their way to find another one. When they didnt find another one she found something similar to it. My daughter wanted to scan her own toys and they were nice enough to let her. They were friendly with her and she loved it. The employees at this store go above and beyond for their customers.

Always enjoy big lots and never had a problem until today. Wouldnt allow me to split my purchase and use my 20 percent to coupon on both. However the checker was super apologies and gave me a 10 per cent

Place was busy and were looking for presents. Were full displays without prices on them. Getting a price check was not an option with only 1 register open.Got 2 birthday presents in the mix.

You never know what good buys are in there! I like the kitchen ware and electronics.

I really enjoyed shopping in this store. Wow, I found towels, sheets, computer items such as wireless keyboard and the mouse for a great price. A coffee maker and other items. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Thank you for an excellent experience too your staff members.

I bought a Willowton white wash bed room set and all I can say that this set is pure junk this set is made of cheap materials missing hardware and my dresser came damaged I have bought other bed room furniture from big lots before and was very satisfied with the quality but I think they need to quit selling is particular set cause it’s making them look bad once again steer clear form the willowton white wash collection it’s pure trash and super cheap..

It was a busy Saturday, as expected. Not enough cashiers and kinda hard to keep 6 ft. distance in the store. But they got another cashier to come up and help customers out. Lots of nice Christmas items, most of the decor was 25% off today.

I can usually find a few things here from time to time. Not as good as it used to be, but a lot of bargain stores seem to be in the decline these days. Well kept, staff is nice enough, never have too much of a wait to checkout.

Worst recliner I have ever had! Bought a double wide recliner for over $400 when delivered it felt very cheap and light from the model in the store. Was broke by over a year. Poor quality never again!

I always rent the Bissel from here. I also recently purchase a shelf from here. I had to assemble it myself of course and it was fairly easy. The quality of the shelf was ok for the price, but you get what you pay for. They have something for eveyone with reasonable prices.

Good place to buy things for all ages

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of home items available. We were looking for specialty items, like a curved shower rod, and they had a very nice one. I was able to avoid a trip to Kohls because Big Lots had the vinyl mattress covers as well as the mattress pads. We even purchased furniture there (recliners). They had a good selection, the store was clean, the staff was friendly AND helpful. The items are much higher quality than I remember from years ago. I wish I had been able to walk around more and see what else there was, but my husband has some weird rules about being in a store under a certain amount of minutes...so he wanted to go. It was well worth battling the heat for the visit.

Its a big lots. Depending in when you go, you can find some nicely priced items. The staff was polite and let us know that if we needed help they were there. All in all its a nice place to grab an occasional deal or treats.

Always 1 register open, but after waiting for 10 min for a complicated return to get done, I walked out and went elsewhere. They should have called opened another lane.

First visit here in a couple of years. The store reset was a bit of a surprise but appears customer friendly. Found some good buys for fill in presents. Store was well stocked and relatively clean considering customer volume. Staff we encountered were courteous and friendly.

This store is very well kept, and the staff is always willing to help a customer. They constantly ask if you need assistance when they run into you in the aisle, and you are always greeted. Its probably one of the better Big Lots in the country, and Im very happy its my local store. Merchandise is always in stock, they are very good at staying ahead of customers who are terrible at putting things back, and the displays always look nice and neat. They do a great job here and I am happy to shop with them.

Louis, and Haley they are 2 associates at this Big Lots location, talk about customer service! If there was 20 stars I could give them I will!! Both were VERY polite over the phone, and you can tell they loved their jobs just from the GREAT attitude you heard on the phone. I have a Big Lots about 5 minutes from me, this location is 45 minutes away from me. Best believe I will take that 45 minute drive just because of those two employees!!!

They literally have some of everything in there. From furniture, fiod. Kitchen appliances.. and its all for a great price!! This is truly an awesome store!!👍👍

We had a big lots in the town I grew up in, and it was awesome. I came here expecting to have a similar experience, but it just didnt happen. Nothing wrong with the store itself, and the employees were really nice, just what they sell now is not my taste in decor . And the couple things that caught my eye, were not worth the price.

The shelves are not stocked. Sticker prices are not in line of item. Customer Service was terrible! One lady working the checkout and made 3 other people wait in line for over 10 minutes to help someone with an email and coupon. Awful and will not return.

Really disappointed in their customer service today. I had a few items to return and I walked in and immediately asked if I needed to get in line. She said no, so I stood to the side. At the time there was only one basket in line. In the meanwhile, three more baskets get in line. When the cashier finally finished with the one customer, I walked up and dont you know she told me to get behind the line? I asked if she could get help. Up comes Alonso and he said I can take the next person in line. I flew over there and he said Ill get you after these customers that was in the first line. I told him about the situation, but the first cashier just told Alonso that she motioned to us to get in line when we first came in. And he said since he wasnt there, and didnt see what happened, there wasnt anything he could do. Those other customers knew I was already there too. Note to self: If you ever have returns, just get in line. When I finally got to do my returns I noticed the previous customer left their phone on the counter. Alonso took it and headed out the door with it. Bet he said he found it! LOL I was gonna do some more shopping, but I went across the street to DDs instead. Found just what I needed and for much less!
