Honestly, so disappointed. The ring we got was for a great price and the whole experience was great at first. Sunny was nice and helpful and there were no issues. However, about a month later, the three big diamonds in the center of the ring fell out and Sunny tried to accuse me of taking them out myself. The whole ordeal in the store was awful. No matter what we said, he just continued to cut us off and try and argue about why the diamonds had fallen out. I asked why I would take out my own diamonds and then pay to fix it and he said well maybe YOU didnt take them out, but someone else did. ????? After going to three other jewelers to get opinions, they all said that the ring was set poorly to begin with and that there were no signs of the diamonds being pulled out. Sunny said he would fix it for 50 dollars but I am so glad we let a different jeweler do it. It cost a little bit more but it has been 4 months now and nothing has happened to it! They had to completely redesign the original setting. The prices at Manhattan were worth it but the customer service was not!

Good Place To Shop And Fixed My Bracelet. Good Price

This place is a complete scam! I purchased an engagement ring from them 2 months ago and with the purchase I needed to get it sized down. So whenever they sized the ring they just told me to come back in a few hours and so I did. When I returned they had boxed up the ring and put it in a bag and just handed it to me. Of course I checked the ring to make sure that everything was okay and surprise surprise one of the diamonds was missing!! They were just gonna give me a ring that I purchased with a Diamond missing! They didn’t even check the ring before they put it in the box. They were able to “fix” this issue that day by replacing the missing stone. However upon seeing the ring in different light it was quite apparent that they replaced the stone with a lesser quality one! Anyways that’s not even the worse part. Two months after having the ring, my fiancé and I were at a football game and she was clapping for our team when FOUR diamonds came out of the ring!! Luckily we were able to find three of the big diamonds but we could not find the last smaller diamond (which coincidentally happened to be the one that they had already replaced before!). Once this happened, we immediately called the store from the game and explained what had happened and the only thing they would say on the phone was “bring the ring in”. We tried to call them numerous times and every time we asked to speak to a manager they literally just hung up the phone!! This is the most unprofessional place I have ever seen in my entire life! Anyways, the next day we do bring the ring in and show “Sunny” the supposed manager and after looking at the ring for a couple of seconds immediately accused of RIPPING OUT THE STONES ON PURPOSE!!! We were absolutely shocked at the allegation, especially since we literally had 3 of the 4 stones that had fallen out!! “Sunny” repeatedly called us liars and that for some godforsaken reason was adamant that we ripped diamonds out of our own ring!! He would not fix the ring without demanding that we pay him even more money for the poor quality in setting in the diamonds on the ring!! We then took the ring to 3 other jewelry stores and every single one immediately said that it looks like the diamonds weren’t placed properly and that they were just glued in!! When we told them where we got the ring from every store said that they were not surprised!! They have angry customers come to them all of the time after having bad experiences with Manhattan Jewelers!

Found them listed on the Hamilton Watch website listed as a dealer. Called them to inquire about a Hamilton watch I was looking for and the saleslady advised me they definitely had it in stock. After driving to The Parks Mall and finding their store I found they did not have any in stock and never did. There was a salesman there who pointed to a Hamilton watch section where the watch supposedly was located but unfortunately he did not seem interested in assisting me or clearing up the confusion. I was told on my way out that they could order one for me. Apparently all they wanted to do was get me in the store. Horrible customer service and terrible selection of watches. Looks like a lot of discountined/cheap stuff. i would give them a 0 star if possible.

Their jewelry is fake for 1, and for 2 they will allow others to illegally use your name and information and then their finance company Crest financial will not send you notice but will try to sue you for non payment after their crooked jewelers allow people to forge your signature in which you were not aware you had an open account let alone a delinquent account with them. Stay far away!

I bought a ring from them during Christmas 2015 and there prices were way better than Kays or Zales my wife just loves the ring I paid $7500 for VS1 diamonds and would definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. The staff was very friendly and courteous and they do free cleaning for my wife when ever she visits the mall.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I bought a 400$ gold chain for my boyfriend and within the last 4 months it has broken over 5 times. And it wasnt even like we tugged or forcefully yanked on it. My boyfriend simply took his shirt off while changing and it broke. We took it back to get it fixed each time and they try and charge us. In addition, when we bought this chain they said if anything goes wrong or it breaks give it back to us and we will fix it..... nothing about charging me.

Affordable prices just way to much 10k gold for me they have a alright selection in solid gold necklaces most of the time u have to order what u want especially if your looking for 14k or better they have a nice little selection of pieces there diamonds are good quality if ur looking for the bust down rolexes u usually have to ask for them they don’t have them on display they keep a few in the show case but over all it’s a good jewelry store they cater to a lot of customers who want custom pieces ask for Malik or Kareem great guys

Ive been to this location twice with an ex, sunny gave me the ring the first time and another male worker gave a watch the 2nd time. once took to the pawn shop both were sterling silvery & fake diamonds or duplicated. i dont know if they were in on it with the ex or if they just sell fake jewelry but either way foul business. smh

What a huge disappointment, Ive been told by many people how great manhattan is, but my first experience here was horrible, I had an item on lay away. Now the payment plan was straight forward but due to the companys poor management I ended up paying $100 More than the set price. Obo there was no arguing with the store, (Arguing resulted in a no you didnt and i cant say anything because theyll just hold on to my merchandise) they have no interest in customer satisfaction, now I ended up paying more because they forgot to write down one of my payments which was $100 (they keep the original receipt and record on there) And also the staff had accidentally recorded one of my payments of $200 on someone elses tab, luckily that one was actually recorded. In all seriousness they have beautiful jewellery but lack in customer service they just want your money obo. I will definitely steer away from here and get my jewelry somewhere else.

Forget this jewelry storeI ordered a grill and they never got my design right, they didnt even bother to get it right and they kept my money they claimed my money wasnt nothing to them but they didnt want to give me a refund plus they threatened to call the cops on me because I wasnt satisfied with it
