Worst customer service in the store. I am a MK customer for many years and order online or in store often, when tried to return something I ordered online to this location they did not want to accept it even though it was not on clearance, they made me wait for 3 weeks until my order gets to the wear house to get my refund. The salespeople need to know the policies and not lie to their customers

Smaller store than usual. Friendly staff but not a lot of inventory. I dont even think they had mens leather goods.

I am a faithful follower of Michael Kors bags, so for Black Friday I went through this store. I wanted to buy a bag model that was not in the store and the clerk was super friendly, a very polite Latino boy. We were treated very smiling, but in the end my friend and I decided to wait and return to the store the next day. If I give 2 stars to this establishment it is for the guy who attended me on the second visit. It was quite rude and haughty. I did NOT like ANYTHING their treatment to the client, and above it seemed the manager. After buying 2 bags and a wallet I had waiting 10-15 minutes to finish another online purchase while he finished another purchase with other customers who had arrived after me. To make matters worse, he didnt really want to finish my online purchase, I dont know if he didnt know how to use the device for which the transactions are made or because he didnt really want to help me. It is clear that if I go to a Michael Kors store it will not be to this one. I do not aspire to be treated like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, but not to be ignored in that way when you are leaving a paste ...
