Didnt have any of the most desirable shoes. Staff was knowledgeable about some thingd, so far off about one, but their information delivery was so rediculous it negated every thing they said

Went in looking for a pair of shoes that I can workout in and was greeted with exceptional customer service. The manager Dominique was so patient in helping me find the best shoe for my needs. Juan worked right along sided of him and thanks to them I ended up purchasing a pair that I LOVE. Ill definitely be back and I recommend anyone whos shoe shopping to go see Dominique and Juan! Wide variety of sneakers, and great customer service

Been going for years now, its in the mall near the old sears on bottom floor. Inventory is the only problem they have. The shirts are in now but the shoes are not. Last year the shoes were there and the shirts werent. The shoes styles that are there are the worst I have ever seen them. Most likely because of covid.

Most shoe stores nowadays have the exact same thing, the difference is service and variety.

The employees working there told me they couldn’t refund me for my return because they didn’t have enough money however they didn’t even look at my receipt !!! One employee told me to go back to Houston and return my shoes that I purchased. Horrible service !!!
