The staff at the Clarendon store (Didi in particular) were very helpful in hunting down iS clincal products for me that were listed as out of stock online. After the order was placed, I discovered that the delivery address was incorrect and Didi went above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered to the correct location by contacting UPS and keeping me in the loop. I cannot thank them enough for their superb customer service!

I have been going to Jessica at Bluemercury since 2012, Jessica has been taken care of my sensitive skin. She is sweet, and very acknowledge of skin care . Her waxing is painless . I don’t want to someone else . This place is not cheap but the product they used is high quality products .

I give it a 3 because I have mixed feelings about this Bluemercury, had opposite experiences. I went to look for guidance on a specific brand and felt uncomfortable. Customer service was so unfriendly! I went back hoping to see a different person and thankfully I got Mina and had the BEST experience! Mina is so sweet and knowledgeable! She did an amazing job putting together the products I needed for my skincare routine. She really took her time to help me. I left so happy! I would definitely go back to see her again to restock and for more guidance.

I always enjoy stopping in when I am walking in Clarendon. All of the specialists are helpful and are there to help you find the best products for your hair, face, home. I have gotten my makeup done here and have enjoyed their big sale more than once. I havent tried their spa treaments, but am always tempted. Will continue to come back as the variety of brands is great and they are always willing to take the time to explain different products.

Every time I go in this store, I am met with snooty staff. Maybe its because I am younger than their usual clientele, but they talk down to me and treat me as if I do not know what Im doing in regards to my current skincare routine. When I asked for a sample of a product, I was given a sample of another product I did not ask for because the staff didnt like the one I wanted. I left the store that day with two samples of products I never asked for. I have yet to go into this store and be pleased with their customer service. The cast members at the Sephora around the corner are much more helpful and pleasant.

The friendly staff will take the time to listen and make personalized recommendations. In my experience they have been happy to provide samples to make sure you get a product that works for you! Fantastic selection.

Not a friendly BlueMercury. I’m starting to this this store is not friendly to certain people. Reading the reviews. They don’t even look like they are professional makeup artist or Esthetician’s and they have the nerve to be snooty.

I went for a makeup application for my company holiday party, they did an exceptional job.

Really snooty staff. My husband and I both walked out after our purchase asking what was that? The staff tried to talk us out of buying the specific item we wanted with a super-judgy tone, suggesting that maybe we wanted something different instead. No, we wanted what we asked for. Not going back.
