This is not a good place, they dont care about their customers. They say they are open when there not, they have a note with a number to call that states if no one is there they will be in 5 minutes, No one answers the number when called instead they tell you to text and then they dont answer that. All they seem to care about is money, not the customers. JAY is not a good man, he doesnt even bother with the customers. I bought some CBD oil that nearly killed me and sent me to the hospital via an ambulance. This is not a good place DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We were coming for the Kratom because it was convenient. You can get better from other places, somewhere thats actually open when they say they are.

The smoke shop looks nice on the outside. Inside is full and looks promising. The moment you have a question all you will get is I dont knowYou will be offered items that are more expensive and told they have nothing else even though they do.They need to hire someone that actually knows about the products they are selling. Otherwise your just paying someone to say idk, and cause you to lose business. Which is precisely what had happened with me. Plenty of other shops across the street that actually know what they are selling. They are happy to answer any questions over the phone. So that I dont show up waisting my time.

Went for some cbd. Got a fake cbd vape. Tastes like dirty vape juice. Go somewhere else. 3d smoke shop or Hempys.

The woman working on Saturday night seemed uninterested, and bothered. Tried to charge $18 for rolling papers and 2 packs of filters. We left and went next door to the other shop and was only charged $6.

Every time I go in this place the guy usually there its pretty helpful seems knowledgeable of products he sells one time I had to ask for help deciding a dietary supplement detox because the stuff at GNC was too pricey and he straight out told me that he honestly didnt know what would be best but offered to take his time and go through what might be good for what I was asking at a Better Price than other high end stores. Usually when I go in there he always has good things to say a good attitude. there was a lady here as well she was very knowledgeable of the products as well when I went in. One thing I was extremely impressed with that a lot of other places dont do was when I went in she was on the phone and there were no customers there but as soon as I walked in she hung the phone up and immediately greeted me. That in my eyes shows great customer service.

Bought a pop bar mango flavor and eonsmoke pods here today and surprise surprise the pop bar is dead right out of the package. The Eonsmoke pods don’t work either.What a joke

This place is great. I met the owner and he is a super nice guy, really knows his stuff. Came here for a Juul and some pods. Great prices, and he was able to explain quite a bit about the products. Better service and much more reputable than many of the smoke shops in the area. Skip Gas Pipe and come here instead.

Jay is a good man, very nice and polite and helped me with everything I needed. Will definitely come back.

Go somewhere else. I bought a automatic vape pen battery here for $40 it worked the first day but stopped working the next day. I took it back to the store in the hopes of a refund or at least a replacement, since I received a faulty device, and was rudely met with an associate that only pointed me to a small cardboard sign that said “no refunds or exchanges”. Come to find out the vape was actually only worth about $12 online. So save your time and your money because all you get here is over charged and terrible customer service.Update: they responded a year later to my review and tried to say that I broke the vape. I literally had it for 24 hours and it did not work at all. There are several other reviews were people were sold a defective vape/dab pens and were told basically they were SOL and that they would not be replaced. Again, go somewhere else yall these people are shiesty.

I go here as a regular. Then a new employee who says his name is “Jay” hits on EVERY WOMAN he sees and accumulate numbers. It’s so uncomfortable when he is there! Otherwise it ok. One dude is ALWAYS on his phone and talking loud! Very unprofessional!

Purchased a vape pin from this place on Sunday and it broke on Monday morning so I tried to exchange it Monday evening and was told that the policy was no return or exchange even on defective merchandise. This business does value or appreciate its customers enough to exchange the bad merchandise for something that works.

I bought an Evolve-D dry herb pen. I never got to use it once. It didnt survive the charging. I think the customer should be told of the fragility or shortcomings of the product beforehand. I went back to the store and he told me they basically do not stand behind or honor the quality of that particular product.

I smoke Hookah, the place is very expensive, they wont give you a discount even if you buy regularly.They sold me a 250gm box of Hookah tobacco for $25 while others sell it for $16-20 max

Avoid this smoke shop, I spent $100 on a dab press that hasnt worked since I bought it. I called to have it exchanged or my money refunded. The store operator said no exchange and no refund, apparently they dont appreciate their customers and only wants to sell damaged goods. Take your money elsewhere they seem to not grasp what good customer service is.
