What a MESS of a Pharmacy. Disorganized staff, running all over the place, understaffed and LOST. Their online appt system is flawed so dont trust scheduling anything at this place. There was not a single time they didnt mess up my prescription, lost an appt. made online or took FOREVER to process payment. This is a 4th World Country pharmacy and I will never set foot here again.

A typical Walgreens. I enjoy the staff. They have some people that are long time employees that know the regulars.My parents have been using the pharmacy since the 80’s and then I started using the pharmacy. It’s a small pharmacy with a handful of employees. My Father had a lot of meds to manage and they always made sure he was good to go. They would hound the Doctors office because they were awful at sending over refills in a timely manner. They have helped me with potential drug interactions. I like the smallness because they know you if you are regular. Never had any issues.

Amazing sale on leftover Christmas items. Staff was nice despite the fact I was last one there. Patient and I felt bad. Huge, soft and cuddly unicorn stuffed animal, Minnie and Mickey Mouse but all could have been transferred to Valentines Day but instead was part of the sale marked down from 20 and up all the way down to 3.99.

Its a big store. Go there for what you usually see in other Walgreens- all sorts of health-care, makeups, gift crads, even toys, etc.Its a big pharmacy. But you could also get beverages including milk, and few instant food stuff.Staffs are very friendly. No waiting list!

Horrible manager had error with register system that wouldnt process credit cards and wouldnt even try the other register after i adked her to. I had a 3 year old with me who didnt understand why she had to leave the stuffed animal until i returned from the bank next door. Funny that when i returned 5 minutes later the other register was being used and working. Big line!

Went here for my daughters second COVID vaccine today and the staff was a bit rude and not accommodating. First vaccine at Hynes was a better experience

Terrible experience, front desk employee has no clue how online pick-up works, or even what it is. To top it off they sent my order to the wrong store. It was then an extreme ordeal to get that order canceled. What a waste of time. Ill stick to CVS.

Its fine. Not great, not bad.

This is a very great pharmacy. The charges here are significantly less than those at CVS. It is very close. They also sell other things such as batteries and snacks. They also sell soft drinks and bottled water. The staff are super helpful and the wait is not excessively long.

The store is great. Its employees deserve 5 stars for great customer service. The pharmacy is awful. There were 4 pharmacists behind the counter today and I was the only customer. I still had to wait a few minutes for one of them to finally saunter over to the window and take my info. She was not apologetic, quite the opposite. She might as well have been giving me the finger the whole time. That was her attitude: resentful for making her move 5 feet. The guy who gave me the shot was great, but Im not going back. There are better pharmacies. This one does not deserve your patronage.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!They hire the rudest, incompetent people to work here. The only nice employee is the gentleman pharmacist who’s been here a long time but as far as the other employees they are disgraceful!!!

Their pharmacy people are the literal worst the phone will ring and they will pick it up without saying anything and put you on hold MULTIPLE TIMES. This isn’t where my complains ends I’m going to be the Karen can I speak to your manager. And write an email to corporate

Of course it is a Walgreens, but the pharmacists are unusually helpful, friendly and available for information and advice. There’s a pace to this place that I appreciate and don’t find at CVS.Their photo thing seems efficient and well organized.

Friend of the family got pics developed at this location. Just because some of the pics were of their kids crying, someone in the store called DCF and they sent the police to their door step. Is this part of the policy in Wallgreens to look at peoples pics? I didnt have a problem with the store but this crosses the line

Wonderful people at this place and they are so proactively offer assistance, branded salutations and make every effort to find a solution to customers’ question and concerns !!!!

Store review.... I give the store 5 out of 5 stars. For the past 15+ years my shopping experiences have been excellent. The store employees have always provided excellent customer service. The store manager, MiKe, always made himself available to help me with any of my shopping needs and answer any questions.Pharmacy review...deplorable, horrendous, insulting, Denise the pharmacist knowingly lied about a fill date. She accessed a medication filled on a different date using that as the explanation for not filling the med my doc sent in as he always does.I stepped away pulled up the app attempted to show her and ultimately she was going to call the police if I didnt leave. As a customer of 15+ years that was insulting and embarrassing.So even after Chris Cawgbill the district manager gets involved and I provide all documentation proving my case he decides to give me a lengthy explanation of the good faith dispensing policy. He stayed clear of the policy whereby pharmacists have a responsibility to their customers morally and ethically. Ultimately he placed the responsibility of resolving this reprehensible method of refusing a customer their medication back on the pharmacy manager. I never spoke with Pierre about what occurred. Kevork another pharmacist was kind enough to inform me that HE will not fill any medication fo me until the day its due regardless if its a controlled substance or not. The only explanation Kevork provided was that he doesnt feel comfortable filling early, even a day early.So, I stopped shopping there altoghether as its clear that Chris Cawgbill, Denise, Kevork and Pierre figured if they helped me to go away then the problem too will be gone. Thats a fantastic model. Its a disgrace for anyone to be treated with such disrespect. This should never happen to anyone wrong on so many levels.
