I was on vacation and shopping at the parks. A lady who tried selling me a hair straightener at another kiosk made my icy silver platinum blonde hair extremely yellow in the spot she used it on. Not knowing if my cosmetology license from another state would work in any supply stores here, I decided to go into Sephora and try my luck on finding purple shampoo. The associate I had was absolutely amazing and helped me out right away! Thanks to her I didnt have to go around with 1 random yellow spot on my head. I will definitely go back when Im in the area 🥰🥰

Chardae was very helpful to my wife. She found her colors she wouldnt have thought of and when she got home, the colors were perfect! Make sure to ask for Chardae.👍👍

I walked in on a Monday thinking I would get great service and I was wrong. Everyone seemed more worried about texting or talking among themselves. The only time I got looked at was to make sure I wasnt stealing. No one offered to help. I picked up 3 items, I realized they didnt need my money. So I left. I came back. I had to hunt someone down. Ended up spending over $200. When they saw how much I spent everyone wanted to be nice and talk. Horrible service. Got matched for a foundation that was way darker than my skin tone. Ill stick with MAC

People who rated this place bad are people who did not post honest reviews about this place. While this is a smaller Sephora store with few items not in stock or not even carried at this store, the experience here was pleasant. The employee really take their time to find the products you need and make recommendations on it. It is also great that they actually make samples for you that the other Sephora (Galleria, North Park, University Village) dont offer. I will definitely keep coming back!

Followed around to make sure I did not test any of the testers, ridiculous. after I told the girl firmly to give me some space she finally went away. then, when I ask about shapetape concealer- she is clueless. go to ulta where they are helpful, fully stocked and not makeup nazis.

I had a pleasant experience visiting this Sephora. Me and my sister came to shop for skincare/hair products and Arielle was an extraordinary helper. She answered any questions we had and recommended great products. All of the employees were helpful and friendly. Definitely will be coming back!!

The store in the Parks Mall has a line and is almost empty. We shopped elsewhere and found a better store without dumb restrictions and won’t shop at Sephora anymore. Good luck staying in business. You’re customers are going elsewhere was your intention? Covid? Lol!

We had a real life girls day in here. We had a blast finding the cosmetics that were perfect for our skin types, as well as perfumes for our body chemistry. Nice people..

They always carry top of the line cosmetics. Some of them are exclusive and I always find something new I didnt know I needed! Staff greets you right away and is ready to assist at all times. The store is a little cramped so it can be awkward to maneuver but its easy to get in and out in a timely manner. Their rewards program and birthday month gifts are an awesome treat and they offer samples of almost anything in the store. If you have any questions, dont be afraid to ask, the employees here know what theyre talking about and great at suggesting new products.

Ella helped me chose a foundation and mascara for a wedding I was going to, and i love them both! She matched my skin tone perfectly for the foundation and had me in and out of the store in maybe 15 minutes. Ive always gotten pretty good service at this Sephora but she was awesome!! 😁😁

Some make up they did not have

This visit the cashier noticed i wasnt receiving my emails and it was because the email on my account was wrong she took the time let me know and to give me the number i needed to call to straighten everything out. The employees are so amazing everytime i go! They also answer my questions and help me out the best way they can!

Went in to get color matched for foundation, the girl was the only one working and asked me to sit in the chair until she cashed the people out. I waited about 25 minutes as the line was growing longer and just left. I understand she is short handed but this is the second time I have had to go to another Sephora to get service. smh

Dont even bother asking for advice here on skincare.The ladies at this location always give out that vibe that you wont be buying anything when asking for a sample. Every time my mother and I step in we always receive same energy plus no one asks us if we need anything.Only the North Park location gets my money because the ladies there are incredibly informative, and not judgemental.

I went into this store and was helped by a very knowledgeable young man. He was extremely helpful, listened carefully, found everything I was looking for, and even called another store when they didn’t have the color I needed.

Great sales reps VERY HELPFUL & CURTIOUS & Tammy the mngr is AWESOME they have a great selection of many good makeup lines & they even do a make up evaluation to make sure u get the right shade type & brand for ur skin tone & type.

Customer service is a huge issue - youre lucky to get any help, the store had broken testers and knocked over items all over the floor. Id prefer to shop online or at a different sephora location that is more clean, organized and with better staff. Disappointing :(

Sephora used to be my home away from home, but this location has really fallen apart. They are no longer helpful and instead rush when you ask for assistance or have a question. It makes the shopping experience miserable when youre looking for certain products or wanting to try something new. They really seem all about the sale and have no interest in customer service.

Went there Saturday just to look around, swatch some products I was interested in. Came to notice that they have SUPER bad customer service! This lady with grayish white hair probably in her 20s was just following me and my friend around! We clearly were not going to steal anything, we had bags of shopping throughout our day. She was just following us around and looking at our hands to see if we got something! This made me terribly mad. Then she called in someone else to look at us. I was very disappointed to be confused as a malecious person. We were there just to look around when this lady totally upset our mood. She should be fired as being prejudice, she didnt even ask is for help.This Sephora needs to have better employees that are actually trying to help you and not just following you around. I would rate this 0 stars if I could for customer service. NEVER SHOP HERE.

I went in to get a foundation match and I understand that they can’t touch you, but this person her name is Valerie she was super rude she would be looking at me up and down I was being followed by her it was so uncomfortable I would never go in again.

I walked in once and thought to ask a worker standing alone for some help and she just turned and snapped at me, Im with a customer and I didnt see anyone around her so I felt confused and just walked away...she could have been nicer because all I did was ask for help and Im a customer too! All my experiences here are like this--the employees are very high strung or passive aggresive and I dont see myself returning.

My mom and I went to the store a couple of weeks ago the first girl that asked if we needed help had blue hair and was no help at all, she clearly did not want to be there! and she only asked us if we needed help because of the confused looked that was on my mom face. We finally came across 2 workers, that were so helpful and they werent put out when we asked for a sample! I would have given them 5 stars if it wasnt for the girl with the blue hair.

If youre obsessed with skincare, haircare, and definitely make-up, the associates can help you find and recommend what works for you! Plus, you can request samples for anything you want to try before you buy! Get a free makeover and youll be assigned a color IQ and a skin IQ and download the app and when you shop, you dont have to worry about picking the right color because its all tailored to you! They have a great reward system and they even have a subscription service called, Play! By Sephora! Their prices are reasonable. They carry anything from the high-end to the low-end and in between (up and coming brands)! They offer classes for members on How-to... Get a free birthday gift every year!They can get pretty crowded at certain times of the day/week.Today, my daughter and I went to buy something small like a mini in order to use our Play passes before they expire. I ended up getting a full-size UD One & Done foundation, since Im always getting a sample! I cant express how helpful the associates are!!!

Staff is super helpful and knowledgable. Went to Prestonwood ULTA and was so pleased with the help i received from one particular employee. He was so great; he helped direct me to the specific product i was looking for and he went above and beyond to help explain the product; the benefits and instructed me how to properly use product. I will definetely go again and i recommend this particular location.

When I went to get matched for a foundation at this location, the lady was extremely rude and acted like she didnt want to help me. After 5 minutes of attitude I finally picked my own foundation. When I went to go pay for it the lady at the cash register dark was also extremely rude and it felt as if I was a bother to her. Not going back there thats for sure

This is the worst Sephora I’ve been to in my life, I just moved here from Toronto and I don’t know if they train their employees there better or the people here are just rude. I would never go back to this location and wouldn’t suggest anyone to go. The women there act bothered to do their job and are confrontational, and don’t bother to complain to the manager because she’s just as careless and immature as they are. All they seemed good at was gossiping in the store.

I want to start with the customer service at Sephora in the parks. The service has been absolutely great and exceptional. Secondly, I have always bought my colognes exclusively from here. ISo why the 2 stars......It was a dissapointment to find that they have consolidated on the colognes. This was my go to store and seeing the selection downsize will mean I will have to go to other stores. I hope the mangager and owner take a meaningful look at the clientele they are isolating when they perform this action.Again, I like the service I have always receive, I dont want to say names but the service in colognes section has been exceptional. The rating is due to the downsizing of mens cologne.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for someone to approach me even though there were two or three associates free ad taking amongst themselves. When I finally got someone to help me, the woman was very short with me and spoke to me the entire time without making eye contact. Never going back again. Youre better off going to the Sephora boutique inside JC Penny.

Great selection, but a bit pricey.

The is overly rude and inconsiderate. There is a product I have been patiently waiting on to become available again as it always sells out. Finally it did, I called the store, they had it- but O.T. (the manager) refused to hold it for me until I got off work. I offered to pay for it over the phone, she said no. As a REGULAR (and I mean REGULAR) shopper there, I was really disappointed with her lack of care for her customers. I did however call another store and they were HAPPY to hold it for me until I got off work. THANKS FOR NOTHING OT.

I worked at Mac for two years I’m no longer employed there decided to give other products a try since then I have been visiting Ulta and Sephora. So I know everything about customer service and let me tell you All the ladies here went above and beyond for me and I bought everything that they recommended stephanie did an amazing job finding the right products for my skin she was very knowledgeable and kind and patient so was the young lady who checked me out and took the time to call a different Sephora and placed items on hold for me so that they would be there when I picked them up !!! Just wanted the ladies to know they did an amazing job

I dont understand the poor reviews for customer service. I went in last night and everyone was so helpful that I walked out with a face scrub and mask, eyeliner, and some lipstick along with samples and they ordered what wasnt in stock for me online with free shipping to my house. The makeup artist also put makeup on me perfectly. Love this location and the one inside JCPWalked over there and grabbed the NARS blush palette I wanted that was out of stock there and online inside the JCP! Sephora you did it again!

I needed help last night Im not to fimilar with saphora so end up needing help. So I asked 2 workers and none of them knew, so they pointed me to another worker. She was a tall black girl with big curly hair, and I tell her Im looking for a bronzer.. she takes me to the most expensive bronzer in the store and she is talking loud.. I said Im not used to all of this stuff. Do you have something cheaper.. she frowned her face and was talking Loud again..Cheaper! Naw this is all we have.. I said alright and she walked away..So Im still in the store looking for a bronzer and these workers including the girl with the big curly hair are in a group talking loud.. I really wished somebody wouldve helped me because im still looking for a bronzer..

I usually dont like to ask anyone for help because they are smart asses. they dont try to help you. they pretend you to know already so i just wonder why are they even there? then asking you if you need help and if you ask for it they are like almost rolling their eyes at you for asking questions. i told them i was trying to find and eye shadow base/primer. the lady with the short grayish hair about her 20s and wearing pijamas(looked like) and old uggs said which one? i told her well im not sure but the outside was green.. then she starts asking her coworker she was talking to if she has seen an eye primer in a green box. then she starts asking LOUD.at her other coworkers across the store if she has seen an eyeliner in a green box. so i walked away totally ignoring her. never felt so embarrased. Im not an make up pro or know it all about what where and how to use makeup beside the basics. i went here to see if they could be of help but NO. Youtube is more informative and helpful than this annoying patch faces. If you go there dont expect a good cutomer service or help.

I never write reviews but i have to do it this time, hopefully they do something about their terrible service. i was wanting to get my color iq done so i had to ask 4 diff people until someone finally decided to help me. then once the makeup artist was doing my makeup she forgot to tap off the excess powder and when she put the brush on my face the powder went allll up my nose and i felt like i was inhaling poison, it was horrible. then the girl didnt even finish, she asked someone to take over for her bc she only had 10min left on her shift. in a way, it was good bc she really didnt seem to know what she was doing, but it was still a bit rude. the only reason im giving 2 stars is because i ended up buying things i really liked, no thanks to the help though.
