Not bad, but nothing amazing. Also, fairly overpriced for what you get. Its convenient though and the service is fast, so I still go on occasion after an overnight work shift

Pretty good bagels and every variety of bagel sandwich or topping you could hope for. Decent amount of seating. Takes a little longer than some breakfast sandwiches but totally worth the wait.

Bagels are perfectly fine with a good selection. Theyre a little stingy with the cream cheese for my taste. They have a decent selection of sandwiches and other pastries. Certainly better than a grocery store bagel! Fast is not one of their hallmarks.

I love going to this place in the morning! They have so many options for bagels and different kinds of meats and additions you can make its great! I also like the environment in their its pretty enjoyable just to eat your bagel in. Its like a place to get a quick bite in the morning. I would say my favorite thing to get is just the egg, cheese, and sausage bagel. It is so good, and everything is fresh. They have a lot of staff sitting and making everything you ask for right Infront of you.

Easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have ever had. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy and the everything bagel was incredible. Service was quick and I cannot wait to go back!

Best Bagel in Northern VA

The customer service left much to be desired. It would be easy to overlook that if the bagel wasn’t painfully average. To expand on that: the sausage was overcooked to the point of hardness, the “everything” bagel had barely any seasoning on it, and the cut job looked like someone couldn’t be bothered to operate a knife.

Such a bad experience with the workers. terrible customer service. sad because i love the food- but respect and kindness is everything!

Ive been enjoying Chesapeake Bagel since I was a kid (albeit mostly from one of their other stores), but this location is just as good as what I remember. The coffee is decent at best, but the bagels are always good. I agree with what others have said- itd be great if theyd add more cream cheese to the bagels- but my preference is for a bacon and cheese eggwich. I always bring a quarter or two for the gumball machine to try and win the free bagels for getting the right colored gumball.

The only bad thing about this place is the doors are weigh way too heavy to open and the Napkins are WAY WAY up to high unless you are 7 feet tall. Best Bagels in the DMV from their old Cleveland Park location to the Lee Harrison strip. Love the staff and watching the young kids get their bagels in the morning. Great spot for Arlington County Police too.Love this place for about 25 years.

Tuesday afternoon I met Yamileth and Erick they provide such nice service to me I will recommend this place always but not when lady with brown hair and glasses is there first time I went there I ask her which was best sandwich her response was with bad attitude don’t you see the menu

We absolutely love this place! They have the best fresh bagels in town. Many people come out of their way from Woodbridge and Tysons just to try new things on their menu. We love their fresh bagels, we normally get plain bagels but they have 30+ kinds of different bagels for you to try! Its a very nice cozy place, a place to go and take your friends to go chat and catch up. They open bright and early at 6 am which is great for some people. The staff is very very nice and will make your meal however you request it. This place is also very kid/tweenie friendly :) Go check this neat place out it is definitely one of a kind!

Everyone who works at this location is very courteous and works very hard from what I can see. The prices are really good and this place for the quality you receive. Good location, right across from where I work. I also had to try their toasted sesame-seed bagel and it was great. Will be coming back here again for sure

Not sure weather to give this spot 3,4, or 5 stars. There are so routine items I like to get, blueberry bagel bites (indulgent with cream cheese icing), avocado eggwich...stopped this morning for these Staples and some coffee for the road trip. Used my own travel mugs and Im pretty sure the coffee is more than Starbucks :/Its a great neighborhood spot with plants and good books. Older clientele meet their friends for a morning paper and chat. Or high school Bible study. With lots of signage with menu specials and seasonal fare. Love that feel. But there are also older worn out element s that could use some updating (removing/or fixing an out of order broken claw machine).

These are good bagels, not just round bread like at so many other places. Good selection of varieties.

Decent bagels for the area. (NYers - remember I said *decent*, not good). Pretty expensive for what you get and typically has long lines, mostly due to inefficient employees/methods of ordering. Still a better choice than fried food for lunch, though.

Should be 5 stars, they make theyre own fresh roast turkey and fresh soups which are excellent. Highly recommend the tomatoe soup. Go here, youll be happy

Breakfast sandwich bagels are great but the staff always has an attitude.

Expensive and poor quality. Havent been there in years, but today was a real let down. Im assuming its not a one-off either as even the types of ingredients used were sub-par.

Wife and kids are celiacs, so they got gluten free bread with cream cheese. As can be seen in the photo, there was barely any cream cheese whatsoever. Combine that with the fact that the woman had to be told twice that she needed to change gloves, made the wrong order and it had to be remade, and was completely clueless when we called, and you get a horrible experience. I would not recommend going there again which is a shame because it used to be so amazing.

The woman at the cash register is incredibly rude to everyone, it is shocking, probably wont come back even tho the bagels are good.

This place has very good bagels with lots and lots of variety. There are other options on the menu but the bagels are so good, Ive never ventured off of that list. The coffee is on the burnt side so this is either great if youre into that or bleh if youre not. The people here are super nice too, though often looked overwhelmed by the sheer volume of customers.Unfortunately, they got my order wrong the last two times I visited. First time, it was the wrong filling and second time, they forgot half my order entirely. Theyre great about fixing it and getting it right but if youre short on time, stick to something pre-made.

Average bagel eatery with a variety of spreads, deli and bakery options. Cream cheese is double whipped (if that matters to you) and while nothing has blown me away the price, service and food quality is all quite fine.

Not too shabby. They can be a bit on the slow side in the mornings sometimes, but the bagels arent bad. Dont bother with the coffee- its not good at all.

I used to go to one in centreville growing up. The food was decent for the price.

Not going to sugar coat it... Quelle dump! The restaurant was cluttered, had nasty potted plants everywhere, there was ripped upholstery and it was not very clean. It is unacceptable for a place to be so run down. Service was slow and not overly helpful to someone on their FIRST and LAST visit.

Ive been going to this place for at least 4 years and I have to say its a good bagel place. Love the veggie and plain cream cheese, however, they really need to fix that arcade machine, because its broken - down, but besides that 5 stars

They have a good variety of bagels and cream cheese, and I like to support local companies, but after going there a few times I dont plan to go back. Their staff has consistanly been rude and unhelpful, and you get the feeling theyre talking about you in another language, right in front of you.

BADDDDDDDDDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I talked to the manager and she gave me an attitude, Gaby was her name. I asked her for further information and she looked at me and walked away leaving me speaking to myself. Other than that she yelled at three of her employees in front of customers. That was not necessary. I would like to have a talk with the owner of Chesapeake bagel Bakery asap. I go there every morning with my kids and it has been my #1 to go place in the mornings before work and Now im headed to Elevation burger for my food and Starbucks for my coffee.
