Love this place. The owner is so nice and always laughing and joking with me. And always does the work so fast usually in 1 day if I get there early enough. And he even told me when it was time to stop fixing my truck and look into a new vehicle. I always feel like hes telling me the truth about a problem and pricing it right.

Been coming here for years. Son and Quan have constantly given me attitude. Today he told me to come for an oil change after 2p. When I reached at 2:30p he said that he is closed. Said I will have to pay another $100 for him to do the oil change. Will not return.

They take good care of me every time I have car troubles. They charge a fair price. They dont try to sell me a bunch of things I dont need. I never feel intimidated or ripped off. My family comes to them for all of our car needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

For the last ten years, my wife and I always go to Sons Auto for any major work (timing belt, front axle, brakes,etc.). They always do solid work, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. My wife and I trust their work and I trust their estimates. Somehow, they have time to make my engine look cleaner than ever.

Absolute terrible customer service. If there was an option for zero stars I would use it. I went to Sons auto body about an hour and a half prior to close. I tried talking to Mr. Son himself and he wouldnt give me the time of day to even explain what was wrong with my vehicle. He just brushed me off (after not even fully listening to what was wrong with my car) and told me to come back the next day. So the next day rolls around (Saturday) and as Im walking up to the office Mr. Son Yells at me from across the work area told me that they are closed....at 1:30pm... on a Saturday. I will never ever go back to that sorry excuse for a mechanic shop and I advise anyone else to never go there as well.
