Connected first with Daniel who was detailed and professional in his responses to my many questions - his professional insight on the process and kind demeanor on the phone were what made me decide to move forward on the car evaluation. From there Vahid came out to the house to look at both cars for us and similar to Daniel was professional and understanding. The two of them came across as a great team! Brought vehicle here for repair after other shops told me it would take 2-3 weeks and couldnt even start for a month. United Hail Solutions was able to start work immediately and finished all repairs in 5 days. They handled all the work with my insurance. Reached out to United Hail Solutions to get some hail damage repaired on my 2017 Ford Explorer prior to turning my lease in and was paired with Vahid. He was extremely helpful in identifying the damage and dealing with insurance through the estimation and final work. We had hail damage to all 4 of our cars. Our teenager’s new car suffered the worst. We called United Hail Solutions and they were so nice and helpful from the start. They personally picked up each car and delivered back to our house...such great personal service! But the most amazing part was the workmanship. Each car was returned as if no hail damage had ever taken place. Our teenager’s car looked brand new even though we were sure it couldn’t be repaired! The turnaround time super fast and their workmanship was excellent! Highly recommend.

I live in midland Texas, last years hail storm messed up a Camry we used to own. They fix it up back to new, no issue & was a smooth process. This years hail storm got our Sienna, called them up because of the service from previous year. They came through once again, with the same great service smooth process. Definitely recommend them!

After almost a year! I finally found Accurate United Hail Solutions!!! They are FANTASTIC!! I spoke to Ruben and he got my car in within that same week I spoke to him!! He kept me updated on my vehicle and offered to get me a rental if my insurance didnt cover one for me... NEVER heard of any auto shop that will pay for a rental for you!!! When I got my car back, it looked brand new again (bought a brand new 2017 last April and got hit hard with hail damage a week after buying it). My insurance only gave me $800 to get my hair repaired!!!! Ruben fought with my insurance until the paid for it all!!!!! I definitely recommend United Hail Solutions!! 5 star experience from beginning to end. My first advice for those that have hail damage... DO NOT contact a dealership body shop to get hail damage repaired because they will take forever to get back to you or not at all. Second advice is go to United Hail Solutions to get your damage fixed because they were amazing. When I called I spoke with Desireah who made the experience very easy and stress free. Within two weeks they inspected my car, got me a rental (that they paid for), communicated with my insurance, and returned my car dent free! On top of that they paid my 500 dollar deductible with no strings attached. Amazing work, and prompt communication throughout the whole time. I honestly could not be more happy with my repairs!

The quality of the repairs is second to none! Greeley hail damage was horrific. We cant even tell that there ever was any hail damage to our car and truck. From the minute I called United Hail Solutions I knew I had made the right choice. The following day after I called United Hail Solutions, Desireah showed up at our home with a rental ready for me to use. My Insurance company sent out a private adjuster who calculated the damages to be quite high and because of that, my Insurance wanted to make my vehicle a total loss and pay 8 thousand dollars less than what was owed on the vehicle. Desireah and Edgar went above and beyond to make sure my Insurance wouldn’t take advantage of me. I have never seen an insurance company lie so much and so determined to total out a vehicle, it’s as if they knew they could make money off of my vehicle. Luckily I had Desireah and Edgar on my corner who were only looking out for what was in my best interest. I found out through my Insurance company that they had offered to pay an unfair amount that was not enough to complete the repairs but Desireah and Edgar told me that despite what the insurance company was offering, they would still complete the repairs because they would not return a vehicle partially repaired because they wanted to keep their customers happy. A couple days later, a representative from United Hail Solutions brought back my vehicle completely restored and fully detailed. If it wasn’t for Desireah and Edgar, my Insurance company would have totaled out my vehicle, leaving me without a vehicle and still owing 8 thousand dollars on the car note. If I could give United Hail Solutions more stars for everything that they did, I would. Desireah and Edgar You two are the best.

I had an excellent experience with United Hail Solutions My 2016 Toyota Camry received hail damage from the July, 2018 hail storm in Greeley. I called numerous collision companies and was told that the earliest they could get to my vehicle was in Spring of 2019. My co-worker suggested United Hail Solutions and told me that they waive your deductible. I drove my car to their local location on 16th and they repaired my cars damage at their shop. I recently received my car back with all repairs completed and it was also completely detailed. It did take little awhile to be repaired but I understand that the storm caused catastrophic damages and involved hundreds of cars. I am extremely pleased with their work and attention to detail. You cannot detect any damage with the paintless dent repair. I will return to them and I recommend them highly!

I first learned of United Hail Solutions from a marketing card i found on my windshield after having dinner at Red Lobster in Denver. I thought it was funny that their slogan was Oh Hail No! So right then I was intrigued because I obviously had hail damage I knew needed to be fixed. The advertising said $0 put off pocket, that they would cover up to $1000 in fees which included my deductible. I immediately thought it was too good to be true but decided to check out their reviews anyways just in case. I saw nothing but amazing reviews so I gave them a call. The person who helped me was Desi, she came out to me to look at my car and ensured me that I would have a paintless repair. She called my insurance company for me to set up the claim and even offered to meet me at Enterprise to take my car while I got into the rental so it wouldnt be a hassle for me. I had a few insurance issues with that but he was very patient with it and helped me the best he could. My car was fixed and looked flawless and Desi was my go to the entire time, I didnt have to deal with different ppl. She even dropped my car off at my house when the job was done! I have never heard of an auto place doing that. And of course as promised, I had a ZERO out of pocket. I highly recommend United Hail Solutions and Desi to anyone. On April 6th 2018 I drove through a hail storm in my brand new 8 day old SUV. As upset as I was, life got busy and I kept putting off getting it fixed. A few weeks later my husband sent me United Hail Solutions info so I decided to make the call. Desireah was so friendly and helpful right from the start. She set up a time later that (Wed) afternoon to come to my work and take a look at my vehicle. After meeting and doing an initial inspection she was able to set up the repair the following day (Thursday)! The next day she met me again at my work and brought me a rental car and took mine to begin the repair process. She called my insurance company, started my claim and 2 days later (Saturday) I got a call from my insurance adjuster with my estimate and the ok for them to begin the repairs. All the while receiving text updates from Desireah thought the entire process. On Monday I got the text saying my car was finished! She then returned my vehicle to me at work. From start to finish they got my car done in 5 days! This was the easier repair I have ever had to deal with on a vehicle. Desireah made this entire process so simple and effortless on my part and my car looks great and brand new again. After watching the news and seeing all the craziness, I was skeptical about getting my repairs done through this company. Desireah kindly handed me a flyer from her set up at the King Soopers. I thought to myself these people must be pretty good if they are set up at the biggest King Soopers in Greeley so I decided to give Desireah a call. She was so professional!
