Flemings went above and beyond for me to get my car repaired in time. They were able to quickly turn around a rear end bumper repair and were upfront the entire time. I went to pick it up and they told me it was not ready yet but they hand delivered it to my house later that evening because they had told me it would be ready that day. Not only did they replace the bumper but they cleaned both the interior and exterior of the car as well for a nice finishing touch. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend.The people at first choice body shop are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I came In for a quote, for a Scuff on my drivers side rear bumper. They looked at it and fixed the problem on the spot. my bumper looks as good as the day it rolled off the assembly line. All though it was a small scuff with little damage.Talking to them I realized that hey actually care about their customers. They love fixing cars and helping people in need. If anything else happens to my car in the city I’ll be come back to them to fix it.

I worked with Tim Fleming on a unique project - had a truck camper top repainted from Green to Gold to match the rest of the truck. Although it was a small project they gave me a fair price and quick turnaround estimate. They stuck to that timeline and finished the project on time so that I could take the truck to the mechanic for some repairs/upgrades. I will be back and highly recommend this shop!

I got in a fender bender with my BMW and they were amazing helping me navigate the process of getting it fixed. Also, extremely nice, warm, and welcoming environment. While I havent had the chance to use Flemings services yet, I stopped by their shop twice to get a repair quote and ask for repair-related advice. Both times, the people were helpful and friendly. Came in to get an estimate for a couple things, one of which was the front bumper of my car falling off from various minor scuffles it had gotten into with curbs and other things. not only did tim look over my car within minutes of my arrival, but they also reattached my front bumper on the spot at no charge! another well rated shop a couple blocks away had told me it would be $100 to temporarily reattach it (with no guarantees) and nearly $1k to replace it, which i really didn’t want to have to do since it outwardly looked fine and funds are tight. so glad i came here! friendly, honest, helpful - would def recommend.

I am so glad I found this gem of a business. Im just amazed at the quality of the work they performed. They fixed corrosion and paint defects on the roof and trunk of my IS250. And every part of the process from bringing my car in for a repair quote to scheduling a pickup was highly professional and easy.

Im very happy to have found this place! Their quality service, affordability, and integrity. I can see why they have fabulous reviews.My beetle got its headlight assembly popped out and missing. VW dealership quoted over $500 for the part only (not including the labor cost). Per Mr. Flemings suggestion, I got the part online (which cost me about $160 at Amazon) and he and his staff installed it for me. Although it was a tricky job, they did not give up and installed it for about half an hour. (I showed them a video that would help them install it and they respected my suggestion, although they ended up figuring things out without the videos help.)The best part is that Mr. Fleming honored what he said on the phone. He gave me a labor cost quote which was way lower than other places, and he charged exactly the quoted price. And when I was calling around after finding out the headlight issue, Mr. Fleming kept his promise and actually called me back to make a reasonable suggestion. After a long and stressful day at work, their excellent service made my day.

Tim Fleming went out of his way to take care of my car after it had been side swiped. He really wanted my car to look flawless, so he went above and beyond to repair the entire car (this includes a ton of work that the insurance company did not compensate him for). He even took the initiative to replace all the hubcaps on my car because they looked worn (something that I myself didn’t notice)! Additionally, he buffed and polished my car so that it would look brand new, which it did (despite being a seven year old car). After dealing with over five body shops during the past 15 years, I must say that this is the highest quality of work and customer service that I have witnessed in the auto body industry. Jade kept me posted on the status of my vehicle from initial drop off all the way to pickup.Tim has also restored the rims on a higher end vehicle of mine in the past, and I must say that his ability to restore wheels with curb-rash is outstanding. Other wheel repair shops told me that my scuffs were too deep and that they’d only be able to complete a partial restoration. Nevertheless, Tim was able to make my two tone gun metal wheels look brand new at a very reasonable price!Tim and Jade, thank you so much for all your hard work and effort into taking care of not one, but two of my vehicles over the past year.

How to get a quick appraisal for my vehicle and was advised to come by the shop. they specialize in German cars and so Ill d Mercedes BMW Porsche etc are there bailiwick. The staff there was very nice and explained every step of the process. They took very great pictures detailed notes and emailed me everything for my appraisal for my insurance claim. Nobody likes to be in an accident however your car is in good hands if that event ever happens at first choice body shop.

Ray and the team are caring professionals; they wont let a car leave the shop unless it is in pristine condition. It may take a little longer than other shops, but I would rather have a team that is committed to doing things right vs. doing them in a hurry. Sadly, I got my car back from them and drive it for two weeks when I was hit AGAIN! There was no question where the car would be sent for further repairs. Take your exotic to these guys!

These guys did a great job removing several indentations via a painless system. The only downside is that they didnt buff it once the work was done but still great pricing and honesty at this family run shop.

Had my car fixed here last year. They were very polite and professional and seemed to genuinely care. It was almost a total loss vehicle, but they got the parts and fixed it way quicker than I thought it would take.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Customer service was outstanding - Fleming, Jade and Nick were super friendly! Superb job on the repairs. What I really appreciated, however, is that when I came to get the car, Fleming immediately pointed out a couple of tiny dings in the paint job (which I wouldnt have noticed), apologized, and rented me a car from the Enterprise next door while they fixed it. That and the fact that Jade made dealing with insurance super easy, responding to my emails, calling the insurance company etc made for a relatively stress-free experience. Hopefully I wont need repairs ever again but if I do, im coming here.

Our van had a lot of bodywork to be done. The shop fixed all the issues, and I believe also added in some repairs for free. After the work, our vehicle looked like a different van! I valued the peoples straightforward communication and customer service. I plan to use their services if needed in the future.

If I ever have another issue with the body of my car, I’m definitely coming here. I came to replace the wheel guard on my car, but the owner told me it wasn’t worth it. He just put in a screw for free to keep it in place and sent me on my way. I really appreciated the honest opinion and straight talk.

We took our car here when we were rear ended recently. They were great, knew just what to do and how to talk to the insurance company. It took longer than we would have liked to get the whole thing done, but we chalk that up to the insurance company and not First Choice. The work is impeccable and we would bring our car here again in a minute.

First Choice Auto Body did an excellent job repairing my car. My insurance companys preferred shop wrote a lowball estimate which included wrong parts (rear windows that werent privacy windows). First Choice worked with my insurance company to install the correct parts and return my car to its original condition.Estimates are free and the shop is happy to provide this service. Other shops Ive been to complain about this service/make it known to the customer that youre taking up valuable time. I felt respected throughout the process. The staff walked me through what they felt needed to be done and how long it would take. First Choice is not the quickest shop around- they are exceptionally thorough and want to make sure they get it right the first time.

Ive taken two cars to Flemings to fix damage caused by running into a column in parking garages. One was a brand new car! The dents were deep and serious, but he fixed them in a couple of days for one-third what it would cost at two other body shops I checked with. And you seriously cannot even tell the cars had been damaged! (AND ... hes a nice guy. I think he does a ton of work for the Mercedes dealership, so you know he knows what hes doing!)

Spectacular results. THE place to take you car to for minor dents and scrapes. You will pay 2 - 3 times as much in the regular body shop and wait for your car twice as long. The techniques they use are very different but the outcome is the same.

How could anyone say anything bad about this place? My car was involved in a hit and run and when i called distressed the man i spoke to walked me through the *entire* claims process before he even knew if he would have my business or not.So weeks later i get a call to make a date to drop off my car. The employees left detailed voice mails, and always returned your calls right away.my bumper was replaced in 7 hours. i dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work....are you serious? what other auto shop can say they can do that? None i have ever been to.Also, stepping into their shop is like stepping back in time. Its pretty cool to feel the retro vibe of their little office. They offer you some tv to watch if you have to wait. I just have never felt such hospitality from an auto shop ever.Thank you First Choice. Hopefully no body hits me again but if they do, i am coming back to yall.

Found this hunting down their telephone number, since Im about to go out of my way to take my BMW 330 Ci there a fourth time (I seem to be a target for bad DC drivers). One of those times included massive damage from a tree that fell on my car during the derecho--lots and lots of difficult, small dents.
