I took my vehicle Veterans to repair a dent in a door and damage to the front bumper. They were recommended by Geico.Their service could not have been better. We were able to drop it off prior to a 10-day vacation and pick it up when we returned. The work was completed perfectly and to my delight and surprise, the car had been thoroughly washed inside and out!! I have never had any auto service company leave a car in such pristine condition. Most will not even do this if it is requested or paid for.I highly recommend this company!

All in all, it was a good experience.After picking up my car from the shop, however, I had a concern with my hub cap. I called the shop and spoke to Garid, who was absolutely amazing. I appreciated that he took my concern seriously and didn’t just brush me off (it was a hub cap). I am not an expert on cars, so his expertise and resourcefulness, as well as his friendly manner, turned a good experience into one I had to write a review for. The customer service here is simply amazing, especially Garid, who goes above and beyond for the clients. Would definitely recommend!

I never write reviews, but these guys were so amazing that here I am. I used their services back in November and all the staff members went above and beyond to help me and my car. I even got off work late when my car was ready for pick up and one gentleman came back to the shop after hours to let me pick up my car. The repair was quick. The owner was very polite. There is one imperfection around the left rear bumper sensor. Has not had time to take it back. But, I know that he will be accommodating.

Great group of people. I called them with an odd request, I had just created a huge dent on the cargo carrier on top of my car. Not exactly an auto body repair but they said come on in and well fix it. Within 20 minutes from my call, the cargo carrier was fixed and I know pay more attention when driving into a parking garage. I can’t say enough good about this business. Garid and Mike are the most sincere, professional people I have ever met in the auto-related world! Sadly, I’ve had to bring my car to them 3x in the last 2 months and each time they provided excellent service and great quality at a very fair price. Today’s experience is a perfect example. Specifically, I stopped without an appt because of a very large odd stain that appeared on my White car overnight. They immediately looked at it and attempted to remove it with solvent. When that didn’t work they did got give up and said it had to be removed now or the paint could be damaged. They got it out and then buffed it! Cost was minimal! How good is that! Seriously, do yourself a favor and try this company if you ever need auto body service. You will not be sorry!

Took my car to Collision Veterans after a hit and run incident. Boy I was amazed. Talking about professional staffs, speedy service, continuous updates, customized service tailored just for you. I couldnt even recognized my car when I picked it up because they did such a great job. They vacuumed and detailed the inside of my car, washed the outside and polished the tire rims. Mike even threw in a free touch-up on the exterior that he didnt get paid for by the insurance.The only downside of my experience is that they finished the repair so fast that I didnt even get to enjoy my rental :(Overall, one of the best car repair services I have ever had and I highly recommend them.

Had a very positive experience here. I was referred by my insurance (GEICO) to fix body damage incurred when another car backed out of a parking spot into my car.Everything went super smoothly. Dropped off the car on a Monday, and it was ready on Wednesday afternoon, despite a decent amount of damage to both the rear quarter panel and rear door. The work was done very well - cant tell anything happened and because of the repainting and cleaning the car actually looks better than it did before the accident.The guy at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Also in this time of COVID, theyre taking precautions like having separate containers for sanitized vs. used pens, which I appreciated.Overall, would highly recommend. I was initially a little hesitant because of the relative scarcity of reviews, but I think theyre just a new shop. They did a great job.

I brought my car to Collision Veterans after getting into a slight altercation with a parking garage column. My rim was scratched and dented and my fender was bent and scraped. I was devastated (I’m quite in love with my car), but Mike assured me that they could make my car look brand new.I dropped my car off prior to leaving for vacation and Mike provided text updates almost daily. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I was forced to quarantine upon my return. Mike not only offered to deliver my car to me, but also noticed that my state inspection was running out, so he offered to also have it inspected beforehand.I highly recommend Collision Veterans! I’m not sure if they could be any more awesome if they tried.

Now with my vehicle the quote they gave me was within $1 of how much it actually cost. They got the repair done much faster than they originally quoted me. Also the remaining personal items that were in the car they put them in bags for me so the vehicle came back to me cleaner then what I gave it to them. Now I really hope I never get in any kind of situation where I need to hire them (i.e. getting in a wreck) but If I do I will definitely go back!

I was referred to Collision Veterans Accident Repair by Geico after my car was rear ended. I was a bit hesitant at first due to the lack of reviews, but I ended up having absolutely nothing to worry about. The owner and front desk employee were incredibly kind and accommodating and facilitated a rental car. The owner answered all 400 of my questions and provided me with updates along the way, even providing me with two different options for the repair. Miraculously, I was able to pick up my car that same evening, even though my entire bumper had to be replaced (they had to drive out to Chantilly to find a dealership with it in stock).I hope to not need their services again, but if I do, I will absolutely return to this shop.
