I recently had some work done here. Twice as a matter of fact.They actually finished my car in time. I love how these guys get the work done. I have noticed also if theyre really busy, it will take them a little more time than usual. I will do business here any time. Take your car here. Try it out. Great work. You wont be dissatisfied. Auto body is there specialty. Also friendly people. Give them a try. If its not to your liking, the owner will make it right.

Went in for a pre-purchase inspection. Not only did the owner inspect the vehicle he road with me to the dealership that I was buying the car from and talked them down on the price based on his inspection results. I will be a returning customer.

I also saw the Judge Judy segment and it seems that he is being judged on his personal life and not the quality of the work that is performed at his business. Though I do not condone someone taking advantage of another in any way, we do not know the entire story and should not judge him or his business based on it as none of us are perfect and all make mistakes in some form. I’ve never been to the shop but I wouldn’t not b/c of this. And let’s be real, we don’t all always agree w/Judge Judy and her verdicts. Just my personal opinion, which I am entitled. Chris and his team will bend over backwards to serve his customers. Best quality, best prices, and honest work are a few characteristics of Bucket. Theres not enough for things I can say about them except youll never go to another mechanic or body shop after you go to Bucket.

Theyve always been easy to work with. Anything you need help with just hit up the guys at Bucket and theyll take care of you. Went in a couple times to get some work done and I havent been disappointed yet. Will be back in the future and highly recommend.

When I was first introduced to the owner I thought everything was going to be okay but I should have known not to come back when I heard some lady come into the shop yelling and cursing and when she left she busted out one of his car windows. I took my car to him for a new front bumper and for my left and right Fender to both be repaired. Only my right Fender was repaired and they basically said that my insurance adjuster was lying about my left Fender and they never even put back the underpinning that belongs on my car back on before I picked it up. They also charged me $500 for the deductible and never gave it back and many other shops will give you your deductible back. Ive talked to him numerous times and I have the file that my insurance company sent me and it even stated that the left Fender should have been repaired and I took a screenshot and circled it for him and his brother and they both said that they didnt know what I was talking about because its not on the paperwork that they had and then his brother John ended up blocking me on Facebook. They were supposed to replace a couple of other things on my car but never did, I still had the same old stuff. They never even put the brackets in that actually hold the fenders and bumper all together. I noticed it when I went to pick them up because my friend pulled up right next to the car to drop me off and he made some smart comment like Oh did your friend noticed that and tell you and Im the one that actually noticed and said something. He will rip you off and over price. The first time I went to him he literally pushed my headlight back out just 1/2 an inch and charged me $125.

Wished I watched the Judge Judy case before I moved to San Antonio so I could take my car to this place. The owner was funny af and loving how hes responding to these fake reviews. Hope the business does well and Id I come to Dallas Im going to bring my car just cause.
