I love this shop they repaired my car back to new . Very friendly people and they have excellent customer service. They even let me leave my rental car there so the people could pick it up .

Excellent experience here for auto body work. Replaced bumper and light after hitting a pole. Completed work ahead of scheduled pickup day and even cleaned the car. Picked it up and it looked amazing! Highly recommend!!!

I like this place, even though the parking lot is heartbreakenly small. The staff is very honest and very upfront. They fixed my car, but when a small thing went wrong fron their repair, they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. They actually advised against fixing an issue with my car instead of filling their pockets bc it was prohibitively expensive. And they did an amazing job on my car after an accident. It nearly looked brand new.

Disrespectful. I asked them to provide cost for towing my damaged vehicle and to evaluate the damage cost for repairs. They were disrespectful; said I was foolish. (Geico was offering a certain amount for me to have fixed. I wanted to see if repairs fell within the range Geico was willing to pay.) Arlington Collision Center would not help me.

Wish they could have done the work faster, but folks at ACC delivery a 5-star job on my car!

Excellent place to get your car taken care of! I went to a different collision repair place down the street for an estimate before coming here and they wanted $400 more! Arlington Collision quoted me a fair price for the work, got it done in 4 days, gave me updates throughout, were very professional and the ending price was actually lower than what they quoted me! And a lifetime warranty on the work to top it off. Great and fair work and would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place. Involved in my first accident, working with an unfamiliar insurance company, but the excellent staff kept me informed and updated at every step. Their work was fast and excellent, and took all the stress out of the process.

This place is great. The best experience with a body shop or anyone dealing with my vehicle Ive ever had. They are professional, friendly, and communicate with you at every step of the process. I brought my truck in for an insurance claim after a hit and run and they gave my truck back to me better than they received it - washed and vacuumed and excellent repairs. On top of that, they completed the work early. Great shop - would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great people and service. We have used them 2 times in the past year on our vehicles and have always had a wonderful experience.Most recently they turned out car around from a fender bender in time for us to take it on a trip south that was previously planned.Highly recommended!

This body shop employs car magicians. They will make your car look like new. They are also so professional, expedient and offer fair pricing. I couldnt even tell where my car had been damaged.

Terrible communication, lack of professionalism, and pride on their work, took 22 days for the car to get fixed after a small fender bender. Came to pick it up and noticed the lack of pride on their work, how can I believe in their quality work when my car is returned with greasy finger prints and a layer of dust in the exterior and dirty interior? Even with a small spider web, and to make matters worst, an employee told me they are a body shop not a detail shop, I agree with him. I guess there is no pride in showing off their quality work. I got it back dirtier than when they received it. I spoke with a manager not caring to get my car clean, just to ask if they offer a courtesy wash and vacuum after completion of a job, he said yes, and offered to wash the car while I waited. Due to their lack of deadlines and communication, Hertz charged me out of pocket because they kept hearing my car would be finished a certain day, that didnt happen so I had to keep calling to have the shop tell Hertz they still had my car. Their excuse to keep the car for so long was parts didnt arrive and/or were wrong even tho they ordered the right parts. At the end Hertz charged me $234 out of pocket because of the shop lack of communication with me and Hertz. I dont think is fair for me to pay for a rental when the shop took too long and didnt communicate. I dont believe the wrong parts story. I know how busy they get, they just dont have time to finish cars on time. Im still dealing with Hertz, I do not recommend this place to you if you care about your time and money. I wish I would have chosen a different shop with professional employees that pride on their work.

If you are trying to get your car fixed quick this does NOT seems to be the place. Takes an estimator a week to even look at the vehicle. 4 weeks . The day it was supposed to be finished they called me to tell me they dont have some one to assemble the vehicle so that was the repeated answer for few days . A week later when everything was done the guy calls me to tell me they didnt realize that they dont have the front windshield so have to wait another day or two for that . THEN I was told that they waiting for specialist to reset the airbag warning ... I am speechless . AVOID THEM

Okay so 1. A couple years ago Evil ex wife slow motion backed my beautiful car into a guard rail while turning around. 2. Never got around to repairing since I figured it would be hundreds of dollars and I would get gouged. Fast forward to today. It took 1 hour. It cost $85. It looks like new. These guys know what their doing and are very fair

I came for an estimate, one of the representatives had an attitude and he was not interested to help! I went to caliber collision first but they need an appointment so they referred me to this company for a walk in service but I wish I didn’t give them a try!

I went in to fix a dented hood. I hit a deer over the weekend and so it wasnt covered by insurance. I didnt need anything fancy -- just the dent bent back so I could shut my hood properly. They bent it back at no cost. I would definitely go back here.

Like being abused after an attack. The people who hit my vehicle are lying and not taking responsibility for all the damage they did, so their insurance isnt willing to pay for it all to be fixed. My insurance suggested I get an estimate. Went to Arlington Collision Center and was treated like I was engaging in criminal activity by their estimate guy--Jeff Blanton--who really needs lessons in how to treat other human beings (especially women). Ive been in tears over this incident for days, only to then encounter his unprofessional, rude treatment. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and clearly the customer suffers due to behind the scenes wrangling of the insurers and body shops. He accused me of lying about Geico suggesting I get the estimate, then complained hed waste time in doing one, then clearly wrote it up for as high as he could possible go. The treatment verged on abusive.When I told Geico about him, they said, Thats probably why hes not with us anymore.It was terrible experience on top of an already nightmarish situation.

Don’t go here! Items stolen from the car and had more issues then when I initially dropped the car off.

They never keep their promises, also they used the cleaning staff that I had in my trunk

Experience with these people were terrible, and there work was terrible, I took it in after an accident and they gave me the car with my new headlights loose almost falling off because the bolts were not tight, and my alignment was completely off and when I told them about it they got all defensive and claimed they did not touch my alignment, so if they did not touch my alignment and my alignment was perfect before my accident that means that they are doing a terrible job at inspecting the vehicle after and accident and returning them safely back to customer, and there customer service is terrible they all contradict each other on what work was actually done to my vehicle, I would not recommend this place and you can bet I will never take my car back to these people.
