Amazing service and support from Sound Organisation. They provided support for my Chord Hugo 2 even though I bought it from another dealer. While that dealer failed to communicate with me, Rick from Sound Organisation helped me and replaced the unit. Rick is so patient and attentive. He helped me through the whole replacement process, and provided every up-to-date information whenever he could. Thank you, The Sound Organisation. Thank you, Rick. Two thumbs up!

I have been around audio for a long while. My experience with Bryce at Sound Organization was in my experience very much beyond what is typical for the audio industry. You can spend a lot more money for gear than Rega, but you will not have anyone do better for a customer than how I have been treated! I deeply respect the companys attitude and would say that purchasing a product that they represent is more than sensible, it is smart.

I called to check the status of an order and a very cheery and helpful fellow named Bryce called me back right away and explained that Rega P3s were indeed on back order and offered to look into my order to find more info for me. Next thing I know Im receiving an email from the freight carrier confirming a delivery date. The Sound Organisation actually shipped me a P3 they had in stock, but this one had a much more expensive cartridge installed. They went way beyond and an extra-mile, and at no additional cost! I love the Rega Planar3 and I love The Sound Organisation, which I now refer to as the 2nd Happiest Place on Earth. A Huge thank you to all at The Sound Organisation.

I just had the best service I have EVER received from Bryce at The Sound Organization. EVER.I a specialty 78 turntable a few years ago, from a dealer in Richmond, VA. After a recent move to the West Coast, the turntable was not turning at speed. After spending $180 at a local repair shop, to not fix the problem, even though they tried to convince me it was fixed, I contacted the dealer in Richmond, who put me in contact with Bryce.Bryce first coached me through a self repair, which I must admit I bungled. My fault.Bryce then provided me with proper shipping materials and instructions to ship back to him. After a very short turnaround, my turntable was shipped back, and operates perfectly.More important than a prompt, professional repair, was the courtesy and wit of working with Bryce. Very prompt communications, a zoom walkthrough with self repair help, a totally great experience.Oh, and no charge. Like I said I have never been this well treated.To Bryce’s management, treat him like the gem he is!!

The Sound Organization provided excellent support on following up on a question I emailed regarding the anti-skate adjustment on a 10 year old Rega P3-24 turntable. I received a prompt email response, with an offer to talk via phone. We quickly connected, and talked to a friendly and knowledgeable product support manager, which resolved my issue quickly. Big thumbs up!

Ever wonder if distributors did anything to justify their percentage of the price? I did; now I know. When my Rega Elex-R developed a weird shift in channel balance when it was just a few months old, the distributor, The Sound Organisation, stepped in. They were super helpful, friendly emails, and had me ship the amplifier to a repair centre. It was tested, repaired promptly, and shipped back to me at their expense.It works perfectly now, and sounds great (as it should)! Response and service from Sound Organisation couldnt have been better.Thank you!!David

I bought a Planar 2 from Music Lovers in SF. They were very, very difficult to deal with. The Planar 2 had some minor physical defects and poor insulation (from footfalls.)So I called Sound Organization because they are the importer for Rega, and I spoke to Tom MacGehee. He was enormously helpful. I decided, with absolutely no pushing from Tom, to return it and purchase a Planar 3.Tom helped me with new setup and a glitch with the tonearm. Tom was patient, friendly and unpretentious. When I said I wanted a non-Rega cartridge, again, he was helpful and did not push me one way or the other. The Planar 3 sounds fantastic and I am happy. If you get a Rega product, just order form Sound Organization - they are the importers and you may get better and quicker help.

I had a great conversation with Bryce yesterday about my Rega P3 turntable. Hes wealth of knowledge and took a good amount of his time to explain how to resolve the issues. I now have even more admiration for Rega products. My P3 turntable is an amazing piece of equipment and definitely worth looking at for the $1000 budget.Bryce is not only extremely knowledgeable, but a great guy and funny as all hell. Couldnt have been a worse experience! Conceited, unprofessional, and oblivious! Ordered an ethernet switch that arrived with a leg damper that had fallen off and the companys logo was etched in at an angle (all pics online show level with edges). I requested a prepaid label for return and was told that all the switches they received from english electric were off center and that I would have to pay for the return, as they would simply glue the leg damper back on. I only hope youre not the unlucky sob that got their resale of damaged goods, or any of their other factory seconds... seems like common practice at the sound organization.I was helped by Tom McGehee

I called the Sound Organisation today to get some guidance on my rega record playing system. I was politely greeted and directed to Bryce Allan the sales manager. He is a jolly fellow and a pleasure to talk to. He gave me excellent advice and suggestions to better my LP experience. It was very refreshing to get detailed assistance from a company and speak with a real person who knows his stuff! What can I say - when it comes to customer service, there is no better company. I purchased a Rega RP6 earlier this year. While it sounded incredible, there were a few issues that I felt unsatisfied with. Bryce and Cole couldnt have been more responsive and helpful. At first it was just a matter of having a cable sent out, but 8 months later when I was still having some issues, they opened a brand new RP6, tested it to make sure it did not have the same issues and sent me the replacement. Their local dealer came and set the turntable up for me perfectly. I couldnt be happier with the customer service they have provided me.

I recently purchased an Arcam AV860. The support experience with The Sound Organisation has been top notch. I had a number of questions prior to purchase which they promptly answered. After the purchase, I had some issues in downloading the Dirac project to the Arcam. Tom at the Sound Organization provided some recommendations to solve the issue and provided me with his phone number in case I needed to call him on the weekend. I called him on Sunday and he promptly called me back and we were able to figure out the issue and successfully download the project. Very impressed with the support I have received.

I recently purchased an Arcam receiver from my local dealer and I had a lot of questions regarding Dirac set up and HDMI, Audio, Video, Analogue, component set up. When my local dealer wasnt available, Tom, at Sound Organisation was so instrumental in getting my AVR set up into my current system correctly to a tee. He responded by phone, email and even facetime, to make sure my dirac curves were just right. The customer service after purchase is key for an item like audio. I cant say enough and would buy another Arcam or whatever else that may come from the Sound Organisation. Not only was Tom super helpful, but the home office was able to give me spec info and follow up if Tom wasnt available. This team is what you want in this day and age.

I sent my Arcam CD 73 player to the Sound Organisation to be repaired as it was not tracking properly. When I received it back from being repaired, it shut off with my CD stuck in it after 15 minutes and would not restart. I resent the CD Player back to the Sound Organization, they said they repaired it once again, and sent it back to me. Again, the CD Player shut off after 15 minutes and would not restart. I am very disappointed with the time, effort, and the original shipping I paid for to send the CD Player to the Sound Organisation. I would stay away from them and from Arcam products.

I emailed ARCAM asking for help and received a call from Tom. This company is all about service. I had several issues with my ARCAM 450 caused by DIRECTV and my Samsong smart tv. However, after 4 to 5 days of 45 minute phone conversations to Tom at The Sound Organisation I learned a lot and he solved all the issues and more.Tom held my hand though the whole process and reassured my we would have a good out come.GREAT COMPANY
