Brought my motorcycle in that I had let sit for years and I ruined. I was quickly given an itemized list of things that was wrong, and they went right to work. Extremely fair pricing, kept me in the loop for necessary extras, and did only what I asked them to do. Today my bike runs better than it ever has and I am really glad I brought it to them. They made me feel like they worked on this bike as if it was their own, and I will not hesitate giving them my business again.

First time ever writing review, but made exception as a result of the extraordinary service I was given and have been for the better part of 5 years now. They are always timely on the services and keep ya informed throughout. The prices they charge are very reasonable along with the labor are among the best! I recently bought a battery online (and to no surprise) didnt fit my bike and they went above and beyond to help me return the item and set me up with reasonably priced one in-store the same day. Ive been to the thebig-box, dealers in the past for services, but often left feeling like Id been jobbed. Not here, as they are transparent and fair. I will be a loyal fan and customer for as long as I keep it on two!

Ive been riding for over 30 years and finding a good, honest, reliable, reasonableand trustworthy shop is SO hard to find. You may find a shop that might meet 2 or 3of these qualifications I just named, but not all.Let me tell you, I have found the ultimate shop to go to and in my own back yard!I searched high and low for my shop to call home and after meeting and dealing withJosh and Chris (and the mechanics) these guys are awesome! Look no more folks.I took my bike in for just front brakes and I was impressed with the friendly service and eagerness to get me fixed up & back on the road asap! The guys treat you liketheyve known you for a long time and dont make you feel like ticket # 4004566.I will return to this shop from now on for future service and will tell all my riding buddies. Good recommendations are not easy to get. These guys have earned mytrust and business. The shop was a bit hard to find at first, but Im glad I circled acouple of times to find them. Rear tire got a small puncture the other day when the bike was being rented out though #ridersshare. Thanks to the guys at DiMiceli Power Sports #dimicelipowersports I was able to get a replacement and tire change the next day!!! Great people at this shop and super helpful. They also performed a check on the bike and originally thought there was a tight spot in the chain but after getting the new tire on and aligning it, it appears the last people to put on the last tire didn’t make sure it was aligned and after they fixed this error the chain was a lot better. Thanks again guys!!! If you live in the dfw metroplex take your bike here for service and maintenance! They go the extra mile!

I usually do a bunch of research before I buy things I dont know about, such as motorcycle gear. Im a teacher just on summer break and I had some time, so I stopped in to DiMiceli without doing any research before hand.First, make sure you dont miss the turn in off of 287 N Access. Youll see a car lot on the right, turn in there. There is a sign, but its small (I missed it). Then, drive down about a quarter mile to building E, and youll see it. Small shop, not much on-hand selection for gear, HOWEVER, Chris was really helpful and he knew his stuff. He told me that if I didnt need the jacket today, he could order anything I wanted out of the catalog and they would have it next day or possibly day after, AND take off 10% catalog price. As I thumbed through, I had a bunch of questions and Chris was there with an answer for each one. He had suggestions right off the bat, but also had the patience to hear what I had to say, and then had more suggestions. My experience was way better than thumbing through pages of motorcycle gear online and having to research all my own questions.I found a jacket I liked, and tried on a jacket the store had on hand to make sure to order the right size. Chris assured me that if the jacket didnt fit they would send it back and try again. Way better than shipping it back myself!Okay, so here is the really great part: The shop called me at 11:00am the NEXT DAY and said I could pick up my jacket. WHAT!? nice, Ill be right there.Great service gents. Keep up the good work! Ill be back for all of my motorcycle gear needs.

Im usually pretty nice when it comes to reviews but they have had my bike for 2 months and have done a poor job at everything!! First They have done a poor job Informing me about my bike (not calling me with any updates), so I have had to call them. They claim that the part was on back order which is understandable, however I do not understand why when they got the part they put it on the back of their list of things to do. secondly, I called and told them to forget about adjusting my chain they did it anyways and charged me for it. Finally after picking up my bike I noticed that they put the wrong weight of oil in my bike. After this horiable experience I will not be bring any of my bike or refering any of my friends.

I took my motorcycle to DiMiceli Powersports for a tuneup. I just wanted plugs, wires and carbs adjusted. They would not do my tuneup unless I gave them authorization to adjust my valves which did not need adjusting. After a lot of back and forth talk I broke down and agreed to let them adjust my valves. After a few days I picked up my bike and rode it home and it sounded as if my valves were slapping and really making a racket. I parked the bike in my driveway and thats where it has remain for the past year because it will not start and the valves sounds as if they were adjusted incorrectly. The bike is in worse shape now than before I gave them $500 for nothing. I only chose this shop because they were close to where I live but I will not make that mistake again. Take my advice stay clear of this place if you want your bike to continue running. I gave them 1 star because it is the lowest I could give them. They really deserve 0 stars.

Owner claims they didn’t charge to diagnose but I personally saw the charge. Wanted money up front to even fix which is a warning sign for all. That’s one way to respond as an owner, the other way might be to make it right for John. Charged 1500 for a belt replacement and fluid change, machine sounds exactly like it did when it went in.

I stopped by DiMiceli Powersports today for the first time. I had called them earlier and had inquired about chain cleaner and chain lubricants. When I showed up I was greeted by Chris and Tyler. Just a bit of history, I have been riding for almost 30 years but have not ridden much in the last 8 or 9 years and much has changed in the motorcycle industry in that time. I bought a new bike back in November and needed to do some chain maintenance. Tyler and Chris ask to see the bike and we began talking motorcycles. Tyler noticed that my chain was a little bit slack and needed to be tightened up. This is the first Chain drive bike I have had since the 1974 Indian 125 I had back when I was a kid. I have read some about chain maintenance but I learn better by watching and doing. I asked Tyler if they could tighten up the chain and he said they offer a service to clean, lube and tighten the chain and that I could watch him and he would talk his way through it. Did I every learn a lot, not only did he walk me through the chain maintenance but he answered a number of different questions I had and offered other information related to the maintenance of my bike. This was not anything near the experience that I have received from bike dealerships. Dealerships tend to want to talk you into service you dont need while also keeping it a secret on how to do basic maintenance. This will be my go to shop from now on for maintenance that is above my skill level. They also can order anything you might need for your bike as well. Totally pleasant experience, I will be back. The great thing is they are very close to where I live. Thanks Chris and Tyler

I started riding two years ago….and looked for a shop. I found myself here based on the condition of proximity. I am very much in the habit of SEE IT, WANT IT, BUY IT. That tends to translate to an expensive hobby, especially among the motorcycle/riding community. Plenty of things to spend money on. I don’t know where to being on the list of amazing things these guys have done for me. I had rectifier/stator issues, BAD ones….the type that have you screaming and stranded multiple times. Not only did these guys do the work for me, but they warrantied their work….and replaced the 3 other ones that went out in a series of 8 months….all under warranty work. Even if you charge someone minimal labor…when you have that many repairs, it adds up. The owner bent over backwards, contacted manufacturer and we have the problem under control. During that problem I replaced 10000 other things to make sure nothing else was causing the problem. These guys walked me through the entire thing. They knew I had dropped some money lately and instead of just charging me and taking my money, they walked me through how to do various part changes (wire harness, ground wires, pulser, stator cover) I even call them for torque specs or….man I need a bolt or two. “You have this part, that part?” Today I went in and the owner LITERALLY talked me out of snatching up a helmet…said for me to wait and he would have the one I really wanted in there. Who talks someone out of buying something….especially when they profit from the sale? I would trust these guys with more than just my bike. Never have I been disappointed with them, and I have been in there many times in the last couple years (6 so far this year). Wouldn’t trust my life (that is what you do when someone works on your bike) with another shop.

Fortunately bumped into these guys during an internet search for rear pegs. I have a GSXR 750 and they were able to provide two used rear pegs for a fraction of the cost. Had a great conversation (of course about bikes) with Chris and he encouraged me to give them a call for any parts I may need in the future. Customer experience was great, professional, and timely. I received my pegs within 3 days, as promised, and the parts even came before the rear seat I had ordered 2 days prior from another vendor. Took my bike to the shop because it was leaking oil and the service manager said it was coming from my cracked stator cover. I thought to myself....oh yeah, must have cracked when my bike got tipped over in January. Anyway, a new stator cover runs about $160. I called Dimiceli and he initially said they didnt have the part but he was going to look and make sure...(I usually take that as the kiss of death)...I continued my search for the next 24 hours and decided that I was just going to bite the bullet and buy it new...(because thats what serious riders do)!. Literally, as I was getting ready to complete my order Chris called and asked if I still needed the part. I said yes in excitement and he said good because he has a used one that he can sell to me for $75. Nice!!! Now I get the part and the labor for $160. Nice job Chris!! Usually a business will just forget about a customer if its slightly inconvenient to help them out but not you guys. I appreciate it and look for more business from me and the rest of my club members.

I came there to look at bikes that they have for sale and learned that they build bike as well. After thinking about it I was inclined to have them build me a cbr 1000. I was told on June 14 that it would take 8 weeks to complete the bike build. While that bike is being built I buy another bike to ride. After some time I decide to purchase so rear brake pads for the bike that I am currently riding. The owner tells me that the pads for the bike are organic, from experience I know that organic pads arent very good. So then he tells me that the pads are mislabeled and that they are semi metallic. It is a good thing I didnt purchase the pads from them because I went to a second shop and they showed me a book that list all the available options for a bike and the part number for it and it was only organic. So when the eight weeks comes around for them to finish the bike they are just getting the engine in which is no problem as long as its finished right. At twelve weeks I come and see the progress and the bike still doesnt have the fairings on it and it is still not running and at this point I am told that the mechanic that is working on the bike is a part time mechanic that is only there Friday and Saturday. I also have to tell them that the bike needs to have a couple of things that it needs to pass inspection like the license mount. At week sixteen the bike is nearly complete but the neutral switch needs to be tweaked and it needs a new instrument cluster as well. After the owner tells me that I would need a to get the insurance and license plate on a bike that was not 100% at the time I was done with it and requested a refund. Be careful when doing business with these guys as they will try and swindle you, they could only be considered a parts store at best.

I hate to say this because these guys are nice but I would not recommend this place solely due to my experience with their pricing, I wont be going back. I came to this place for the first time about 3 weeks ago. I saw all the positive reviews and figured it had to be great. I have an old 1986 Honda XR250R dirt bike. Yes, the guys are friendly and eager to help. But the work done to my bike was minute (front fork parts and labor) and cost 450$ bucks. At the same time I got them to replace my tube on my front tire and that was a nifty 60$ just for a price reference, that should be 35-45$. I hate to rip on them because theyre good people but I just had a wallet burning experience with them.

I brought them a jet pump removed from my GP1200R jet ski to install new bearings and seals, they charged me $85 for one hour of labor which I didnt complain about. But with less than 2 hours of use the pump bearings were going bad from water intrusion. I brought it back to show them and see if they would inspect it and warranty their work if I paid for parts. They told me they didnt have time to look at it, and that they couldnt have possibly installed them wrong because they used a special seal driver tool. It was apparent to me at that point that they didnt refer to any real service manual as they were showing me the internal parts on a crude online parts diagram and guessing as they went. They told me to disassemble it and let them know what I found. I shipped it to a well respected shop in the Houston area known as the definitive on the Yamaha GPR, he thoroughly documented the disassembly with pictures and found that they had installed the seals in reverse order and both of them were backwards which let water in and trashed the bearings. They also did not set the bearings at the correct depth in the pump but they would never have known there was a specification for that by looking at only a parts diagram for instructions. I dont like to bad mouth anyone but I was very dissatisfied with the way they wouldnt stand behind their work and how they insisted that there was no way they could have done it wrong. They seem to do a lot more work on motorcycles, I hope theyre better at that.
