Everyone Ive worked with at this store has always been very helpful. I was happy that Kara was working tonight, as she is always charming and patient. Tonight both of these qualities were on full display, as I needed a lot of help tracking down old paint colors.

I purchased stain for my new Pergola project...I was very happy with the service from the two young gentleman...they were very polite... very helpful and knowledgeable of what my choices were.... the choice they suggested turned my Pergola into a beautiful piece of art ....Im delighted to know I can depend on that store and staff to make any project go smoothly... again...I commend your staff ...I will highly recommend Sherwin Williams to friends and family... especially that location..

I was trying to buy paint and Your store manager kept repeating my issue without giving me the putting me in the correct product. After me realizing how inexperienced he was I left. Went to the Randhurst Home Depot and there paint desk Marylin got me what I need in minutes now that’s service

Horrible customer service Ray the manager does not have a right way to help you out when you just simply need to finish the jobThey dont have the paint in stock that we want what a surprise after horrible customer service you dont have the right inventory horrible inventory control. I wouldnt send anyone over there !Wanted to exchange a primer because i had to much. Ray the store manager said no it was bought at another Williams and there was an old bucket that I bought a month ago... now i need paint and all i wanted was a simple exchange.

BUYER BEWARE! I bought couple gallons of paints from the store, later I ran out of paints so I went back to the store to get another gallon. I got the same brand, same color, same finished. However, the latter one came in a slight different color. When I look at the label, the formula is not the same. It was too late when I notice it, some of the walls are painted with the new one. The store just offer to exchange the paint, I had to spent more money for the painters, and more paints to cover up the damage. Buyers, if you are going to buy paints separately, make sure the formulas are the same. The store will not check that for you.
