I have gone to this UPS (Store #1051) numerous times for printing and shipping. Almost every time I have been there, Megan J has helped me. She is friendly, courteous and very knowledgable. She is an excellent employee!! Actually, the whole staff is wonderful - great place. Will def visit again soon for help!

Every time I stop in to return an Amazon item the service is friendly and fast. I was unaware I needed a box for one of my items recently as I went to return it. They gladly told me they would take care of the entire boxing process and sending it off. Sure I had to purchase the box however what do you expect they are a business. I was more than happy to pay the small price to let them do the work and be on my way. Great local store with friendly employees.

Worst customer service. I needed an information about an affidavit of residence but the person who answered was rude and all she kept saying was that the notary person will be there till 5:30 PM without even listening to my question for a moment!

Used this store to print wedding invites and they turned out great! The owner was very informative, showed us templates and printed all within 2 days of us meeting with him. I highly recommend! Pricing was very competitive with other places and online printers as well.

Do not agree at all with the previous review. The owner/manager and staff are very welcoming and always say hello, thank you. This UPS Store is one of the best in the area. This customer must of had a bad day and decided to take it out on the store. Appreciate all you do.

Worst staff. They are super over priced. Charged me $2 dollars to print one black & white copy(one sided). I have been to other UPS and they have always charged me .40 cents or lower. And employees are very incorporating.

I have had a mailbox here for years and frequently use other services like shipping and copying. Did a great job on presentation books for me. They are always friendly and reliable.

I dont leave reviews. I needed a place to pack my mothers china and send it to my house in Ohio. I googled for a location near me, this location popped up as one of the better reviewed stores in the area. I went it, and talked to the employee working. Very friendly and very fast service. He described how the items would be packed and guaranteed the delivery date. I received the dishes yesterday, on time. They were professionally packed with not one item damaged. Thank you for the great service.

Booked an appointment for notary services at one location and was sent to another . Have been waiting here for an hour to have some documents notarized . The notary is a no- show and the current employee doesnt know how to reach her and find out if she will really be in . Why offer a schedule appointment tool when you cant really offer the services ????The owner commented to this review that i had the wrong location and they dont offer online appointments . I want to respond and let him know that I have the right location . I booked the appointment online for the rand road location and received a call from the rand road location to go here instead because the lady who was the notary was supposed to be here . However she wasn’t there and I waited there for almost an hour . The employee Ira who was at this location could not reach her either . The notary finally showed up about an hour later and didn’t even bother to apologize or offer an explanation

Amazing customer service, fast fast fast turn around on a large 5500 page print job and 3 banners and a few 18x12 posters for a convention I was attending in the city. Everything was ready in 2 days, and in perfect shape. Price was cheaper than FedEx Office by almost 15%. Talk to Pat about any of your printing needs. He is very good at making your ideas come to life.

Always a great experience at this location. They don’t make you feel like a burden when you have some questions and they are happy to offer advice. I actually look forward to coming here to ship things. That sounds weird but it is true!

Been using this location since it first opened. Thank goodness I dont have to go to the Post Office anymore. I even buy stamps here so I can avoid the Post Office. Always a pleasure to deal with.Professional, unlike the Post Office.

Great location, best UPS Store in the area. They ship via USPS as well. You pay a little more here then at the post office, but it’s worth it for the convenience and ease. Ever been to the post office? Long lines and rude staff. Trust me it’s worth the extra 20-25% to save my sanity and time.

Fast, friendly, and top notch service. Printed out multiple banners and could not have been happier with the final result. 3 banners took 30 minutes to print, highly recommend over any other UPS Store or Print location.

Fast turn around on print projects. Highly recommend over Palatine location. This store is much less expensive and provided faster turn around time.

I have emailed documents for printing on numerous occasions and had their computers be down. Staff has been unfriendly and not willing to make other solutions work. If printing is an offered service, how are they not capable of printing simple black and white documents?

Don’t go to this UPS store! This store is a scam and the people that work here are rude and unhelpful. I had an Amazon return that needed to be shipped back via UPS and this store wanted to charge me $50 for a box to put my stuff in. I went to another UPS store and the guy measured the item and charged me $19 for a box and packaging.
