The location is alright. But I have a bad experience with FedEx itself.I submitted a package of documents from this location first thing in the morning to arrive overnight to the destination in Michigan (just north of Detroit). The manager helped me with that. It was going to cost just over $40 to get to destination next day by noon. He told me you can have it there by 8am, to which I agreed and paid about double the money (around $85)Now the package is scheduled to arrive by the end of the day. When I called for a refund, the Arlington heights location directed to another person which gave another number to o file a claim.Finally I was told that I have to wait around a week after the package is delivered to ask for my refund. What a lousy customer service.My impression about FedEx to be a great shipping company wont be the same again..

I had good experience at this FedEx facility. Vid was very helpful and made the process to send out a mail smooth. I would recommend this facility for all your mail and print needs.

Saw Vid the other day for some boxes I had to ship off. Was very fast and knowledgeable. 10/10 service!

Just drove a few miles to print a couple of posters for my coffeehouse at this place. The guy, I think his name is Hugo, was helping me out. Then another customer came into the store to drop some packages. This other guy started engaging Hugo (seeing that Hugo was busy), until Hugo basically abandoned by work and went to help him. I was walking around waiting, then realized that Hugo simply stopped doing my work to help some else who had come later, as if my time was less important. I asked Hugo to give me my pen drive back and left with empty hands. Not blaming neither of these guys as they are just victim of the systemic biases that are beneath of our society, unfortunately, which cost money, time and pain to disadvantaged types of people. Left the place sad rather than angry. It should not be like this. Meanwhile I had to invest more time and energy than this other dude, to get things done. Then we ask: why are things (i.e. doing business) more challenging for some folks than others, with the conditions and same means? The above is a very simple example.

Fast, knowledgeable, courtesy staff. Thats how to run a business.

The staff are very fiendly and supper helpful. The manger of the store its amazing and I am grateful that she was able to help me.

I’m at the store, and they just asked me if I can comeback later because they are busy. I was the next in line, there was only One customer talking to Ms Thao at the store. She only talked to me after there was 3 customer in line! Insanely bad serviceVery disappointed

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They overcharge on printing and faxing. They first charge a $10 hold when you print or fax. I called the store this morning when they open and asked how faxing works and the woman I spoke to said that the charge is based on where you send it to which means it is a set price for faxing. I went to the store this afternoon to use the fax and they charged me per page. Being told one thing and then getting charged another is bait & switch which is illegal. I talk to the store manager and he didn’t even care he has no right being the store manager do not go here unless you want to be overcharged

I placed an order for large format printing on Tuesday morning. Drawing sets. First of all they were out of large print paper; how does a printing shop run out of paper?? Fine, I wanted it printed half size anyway. I was told they could complete it the same day. I called Tuesday evening - they were half way done. wednesday afternoon - just two more hours. Thursday evening - five more minutes. They’ve never once called me to let me know they’re behind. So I go in Friday morning and it’s not stapled together even though we discussed this on Wednesday. I have never had it take so long to have drawings printed, not to mention the complete lack of communication. I need to find a print shop that has better capabilities for printing drawings. They also generally don’t seem to have enough staff. There is often a long wait.

I was a total witch when I walked in the door, and yet the employees (specifically Frank) were super nice dealing with me. I appreciate them not giving my bad attitude right back to me. If I need printing in the future when I’m in the area, I’ll be back.

Super fast and friendly service! We even received help over the phone so that we could be sure of the print job details. They were more than accommodating! This is my new go to spot for all of my printing needs.

Its Thursday morning and there was only one person on staff, Frank. His name tag says hes been a team member since 2007. There are about 6 people in line each needing something that requires 10 min of his time each. I am so frustrated management only pit one person on staff this morning for some reason but the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because FRANK was a doll. He kept hos composure with everyone in line pissed off, apologized repeatedly for the wait and was so polite and didnt make me feel rushed when it was finally my turn. Good employee you got there fed ex. Now put some more people on staff like him!

I absolutely can not believe it. I literally paid them $140 to pack my desktop professionally and ship it so that there was no room for my own error and so that nothing would break. However, when I pick it up, my computers base is completely shattered. Whats worse, my computers model isnt sold anymore so I cant even find parts to replace it with. I just cant believe this incredible inconvenience that they caused me and it looked like they didnt even try to wrap it carefully. Now I have to find someone to repair it, pay for repair costs, and FedEx customer support is hard to navigate like how am I supposed to know a direct estimate for repair. I hate this FedEx, cant believe I wasted so much money on professional work when I could have half-assed it myself for free.

The few times I have been to this FedEx location have been very positive experiences - especially the most recent. I can attest to the fact that they seem to be understaffed, but that has never seemed to affect their ability to provide the services advertised.

Tom, from FedEx in Arlington Heights, was delivering a package to my neighbor. At the same time, I went knocking on my neighbors door asking for help to kill an insect at my house. Unfortunately, she did not answer the door, but Tom came to the rescue and killed it for me! Now that’s customer service! Thanks Tom!

Went to print one image. The printing service machine was slow for one, which is excusable. The first method I attemped was accessing the file via Google Drive. After entering my login credentials, I waited and waited until the system had been loading for so long that it asked if I wanted to end my session. I attempted this method once more until I gave up. Next, I tried using the direct email method which allowed me to access the file but when selected I received the prompt Failed to Access File Server. I tried this several times to no avail. I finally was able to accomplish the job by using their computer in store and paying $0.35 a minute to open a browser and print it. What should have taken 5 minutes became a frustrating 25 minute ordeal. Not to mention only one employee was present and was busy with another patron. The services at this FedEx Office are non functional, please dont rely on them!

I actually hesisted to visit this location b/c of the rating but still went there b/c it was convenient. I would of regreted for not choosing this location. Huge kudos to Rick!!! Good listener, freindly, patience, and more. It was just a perfect place to get my color copies.

Quality work but only one person working whenever I stop in. Incredibly slow process. Very much like the post office in that sense.

Was told I couldn’t ship a box because of the paper that was taped on the outside . Even though the whole box had tape over the paper so it wouldn’t rip in the shipping process. I was told that I would have to buy a “fedex brand “ box In order to ship. Will not return to this location ever again

Stopped in just before Christmas and they were very helpful and to my surprise, the shipping cost was inexpensive! Would go back for all my shipping!

I can email a PDF for printing and its ready when I get there. Even two copies of a double sided page in color and laminated.

Careful old location moved 2 doors East and you need to drive down Rand road to get to it since none of the parking lots are connected as of August 8th 2017
