Thanks to Kurt and the Arlington Heights office we have an amazing Toshiba printer that has saved our company a lot of advertising and marketing expenses. 14 Years ago we were about to kick Toshiba out of our business and go with a different provider. Toshiba then brought in a new Technician, Dale White, to take over our account. Since that time we have been extremely happy with the service provided by TBS. They supply all of our Toshiba copiers and HP printers as well as handle all of our service and copier supply needs. I have dealt with several other copier suppliers over the years, and TBS is head and shoulders above the rest.

Dale White provides excellent service on our machines! We have a problem, we call in and receive a phone call telling us what time he is going to arrive. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always provides extra tips and suggestions to keep our machines running correctly.

Well, there have been times of utter frustration and the person and ONLY person that made everything not just alright... but 5 STAR EXCEPTIONAL was DALE WHITE. He is the only reason that your company is getting 5 stars from me. Every time there is a problem with our new copier, Dale not only has the answer but goes out of his way to make everything as right as rain and quickly! I am a Sheriff that manages a very busy Sheriffs Office with constant copies, scans and faxes coming in through out the day. When our copier goes down, my (our) experience at work is like trying to drive a squad car after the wheels fell off, you just go NOWHERE and fast. Everything comes to a stand still. When this happens, I call Dale and he makes sure that he comes out and resolves the problem in a few minutes without being condescending as others from your company have been in the past. I have a career of office management and can master any office equipment without issue. I have actually had someone tell me how to make a simple copy in the most patronizing way possible. I have had others tell me straight out that the issue is our fault before having a chance to even access the current situation. Its funny how silent they are when they find out it was an issue with the copier (not due to us). In the past when someone in our office MAY have done something that could have caused a problem, Dale has educated me so I can pass on the knowledge to others using the machine. He does so to hopefully help safeguard issues and prevent them from happening in the future. He is an outstandingly knowledgeable and patient professional that has changed my view of your company when past service techs have put a bad taste in my mouth due to the interactions that I have had to endure with them. Your service techs need to emulate Dales people skills and learn how to educate your customers like he does. Its preventative, pleasant and down right cost efficient for your company and the companies that you deal with. Please let Dale know as often as you can that he is an asset to your company. Dont lose him, you could lose A LOT more than 1 employee, you might wind up losing customers!!! Without customers, you would be just like that squad car without wheels, going nowhere FAST!
