Love living here. This has been one of my best experiences with a rental. Office lady is very nice and helpful she makes sure to have all repairs done right away. My heater went out one night about 3am and she sent someone to fix it right away, I love how could call at anytime of the night and we got a quick response.

Someone needs to fire management and get all new people that actually know how to do there job and help the community here . Natalie specially . The disrespect from this lady. She needs to be replaced by someone that has manners and whom knows what they are doing.

Rude and Uneducated Office laddies . If you don’t know how to talk to people you are in the wrong field. They all deserve to get fired . I was trying to buy a home here but they never answer or follow up . When they did the disrespect. I am appalled I saved my self from a disgusting environment.(Zero Stars) !!!

The office ladies are very rude. They don’t try to help at all. Tell you one thing then another. . Don’t recommend moving in here. I’m not sure before how it was but the ladies from the office they are rude. They close early. Sometimes lock the doors and don’t open. Leave early. Or close early. Like 30,40 minutes early. That’s unbelievable. These ladies need to get changed. Perhaps if they do people will recommend more people to come live here or would want to stay longer. But I don’t recommend this place to no one. There’s other more mobile home parks in the area with the staff much nicer and quicker to help!

I have lived here my entire life. As a kid this place was wonderful. The office cared, no violence or noise. Now its so over crowded and gross. I have an owner parking pass and still have no were to park as my mom gets the spot in front of my house. When you ask the office about parking rules or other problems the answer always changes. They even tell my neighbors different things. They recently changed the towing company and didnt tell anyone. One time they locked everyone out of the storage unit and wouldnt let you access your belongings for a month. You make complaints they dont care or try to help. They are rude and argumentative. This place is a dump and way to over priced. I would move in a heart beat if I didnt own my house. I have complained to upper management and it has gone nowhere. I have also made reviews on here before and they where deleted. I will continue to warn people of this place if its the last thing I do! Run away.

Hey it is not nice I live here it is the best my friends are here and the ladies at the office are nice and it is not ok to say that ok kids live here and they adore it the parking is like that because there is other people that live here and are looking for a parking spot so what it is something that always happens to people all around the world.

All the BAD review you read are true, . I know because I have lived here for 22 yrs and just waiting to move It is like living in the ghetto just cost more . They let the place rundown and dont care My neighbors are very NICE but management sucks !! I would NOT recommend anyone moving here !

Wow so over crowd... not enough parking for visitors. Homes are one on top of the other.

Office Ladies are nice but the water is dirty and yellow and it smells bad and parking is a problem price way to overpriced you and they dont tell you when they cut the water and the electricity, way to manny problems and the hot water dissapears and its TRASH.

The office people dont do anything. Residents power goes off and they dont do anything about it. If you call the office they just leave you on voice mail. And if you go to the office in person the door is locked or their in break for 15 minutes. The office workers and manager say they will get right to it but they dont and when they do call its like 9 or 10 p.m. Honestly would not recomand l8ving here with office employees here at Willoway.

Horrible Place To Live, Office Personnel Are Rude Nd Uneducated. Parking Is A Joke, They Will Find Any Opportunity To Tow.

I moved in at the end of 2014 and at the time I thought this was a great place. I was 8 months pregnant and wanted a nice, safe place to raise my son. We signed a 2 year lease and for the first 6 months were quite happy we did. Rent was on the high side but seemed worth it. Liz who ran the office was amazing she really cared about the people who moved in and if there was a problem would do everything she could to fix it. Same could be said about the maintenance man. Last winter some of our pipes froze, we had running water but the waste (sewer, drain?) pipe was frozen. He got called in and right away started doing everything he could in the freezing cold to unfreeze them. And they did get it sorted within hours.Sadly ever since Liz and the last maintenance man left this place has gone down hill fast. My pipes are frozen again and this time we have no running water. I didnt call the office Sunday as I thought it might have been shut off for a reason and as they were closed didnt want to call emergency line if that was the case. Tried calling as soon as they opened yesterday no answer until after 12 the new maintenance man came around 1 and by half past knew what the problem was and said he was going to heat up the pipes then fix the issue. I have yet to see him again. My husband went to the office yesterday around 4pm to see if any one was there as no one was answering the phones and the door was locked and someone inside waved him on. I went back there as they shouldnt close until 5 and was let in and I talked to the new manager. I told her my worry about it not getting done that day as Ive had this maintenance man say brb and not show for a week n a half before. She gave me her word it would be done that day even if the office was closed. I waited and at 9pm I called the emergency line as I really need to have my water back on I have a 1 year old and no water... They said they would page the guy every 15 mins until someone called me back. 11pm I called again.. still nothing. The person that rang me back was the Emergency service! Said he had got hold of the manager and she said he would be here 7 am this morning. I am so grateful to the Emergency service for at least updating me as the people here didnt bother to do so. BTW its after 10 am still no Maintenance man.Not only has the way things are run gone down hill but the area itself. Most nights I get woken to shouting and some sort of party/fight or just drunken behavior. I no longer feel safe here at all and can not wait for the lease to be up. The high rent is far from worth living here.Now to be fair I do have some wonderful neighbors. The couple that lives behind me are lovely. They brought us food the very first day we moved in! The couple that just moved in next to us is an older couple and have been very nice as well. So I can say we do have a few nice people living here.

Very nice and calm here compared to the other places around. The girl in the office is very kind and Attentive always helps us when we need something. You always see her greeting us and in a good mood.

I give it a star because I can not put less but the treatment given by the person in the office is quite arrogant and they get too strict and do not really solve the problems, without warning they leave us without water and even without light. You call to ask the reason and they never tell you anything but just do not dare to leave 1 cent without paying.
