Terrible. Place. They say they will work with you in the interview but does not follow through leaving you hanging around and waiting when the next step will be. I do not recommend working here. Pay is low. Ins is sky high. Lots of running around when it can be minimized yet they do not want to change. Overall its not worth it.

Tru-Grind Inc doesnt support immigrants or latinos. I mean they hire them through staffing agencies thats about it. Im not a immigrant myself but, I come from immigrant parents. So, I took the day off in support of one day without immigrants. I was there about a week and I thought they would understand but, I guessed wrong they fired me on the spot and a couple of more people received suspensions. Im not looking for pity. Just putting this out so, some of you can see what happens to us latinos when we take a stand. Thank you.
