Melon bobba was not so great. Very water down flavor and the mini bobba was not great as well.Lychee ice cream was delicious. Chunky pieces of the fruit and very refreshing year round. The sign is covered in so much dust that it really grosses you out. Its a nice place to visit but all that dust really questions it. Service is cold and could at least greet us.
They have good matcha soft serve, but it was a little melted.
I have been there multiple times, always ordered the iced matcha azuki latte. It has always been good. There is one girl that makes it really good every single time. But this time and one other time before wasn’t good at all. Both times, the man made it. This time, I said less ice, so his explanation was that if you want less ice, there would be more milk, which fine, I get. But the last time when HE made it as well, I didn’t want any changes made to the drinks and it was STILL just as bad as this time. And I KNOW how the drinks are suppose to look and taste like since I’ve order so many times already. I had to go in to ask if the 3 drinks could be adjusted. That man was very unwilling, very rude, and kept on making excuses. I was the one who wasn’t happy with my drinks but it seemed like he was more unhappy than I was! Complete waste of money this time around!Would have given more stars even though the drinks were bad, but that man’s attitude was just TERRIBLE!!!!!!
My wife goes here all the time. today, she was going on about how stressed she felt after her last visit at Re Leaf. here are her words... Tastes good, but customer service... not so good. they have a lot of customer, so sometimes the wait is long. sometimes they will be out of boba. last time i was there, i waited and wasted 15 minutes just for them to tell me that they are out of boba. they should have a sign that says out of boba so that people can see and they dont have to waste their time. i just think they dont have good customer service... not all of them..., just this one girl in particular. her service and her tone of voice and her facial expression is never nice; she never smiles. shes always there though... i always see her. i dont think im going to go back there. When i asked her how many stars, she said two and a half... two stars if you cant give half. she then proceeded to make her own taro bubble tea.
Matcha soft serve is amazing!
Great boba milk teas. Great deserts too. :)))
Ordered a matcha milk tea and it was great!!
Love their ice cream and boba tea
Make sure to try their ice cream and milkshakes. They have unique flavors like lychee, green tea and sesame.
Really good bubble tea, ice cream flavors, and cute parfaits! I love their black sesame ice cream.
I wanted to try their matcha ice cream and parfait which tasted quite good. They have other stuff too like coffee and latte.
Love their matcha icecream.
Great American coffee house / Japanese coffee house fusion with a bit of ice cream added in. Their matcha drinks are really interesting, and their coffee is pretty good.
So pleasantly surprised by this cute little shop.Went to the market with a friend and did a ton of shopping and after gettin some ramen for dinner decided to go here for desert. We couldn’t decide what to get so we tried the matcha hot latte, matcha iced latte, and some matcha ice cream assortment thing.Everyone working there was so friendly. The quality was comparable to some of the cafes I’ve visited in Japan. This is a must if you find yourself in the market or even if you’re in the area.
Green tea soft cream, green tea milk shake!
Japanese style iced coffee was really good
Mocha ice cream pretty good
I love the ice cream
Great matcha coffee!
