Amazing costumer service! Stopped in to get gas and ended up getting my girlfriend a gift. The workers were very helpful with helping me pick my gift. Such nice people and family ran business! Definitely would recommend checking it out.

Not sure why people are complaining about customer service. This is technically a gas station and the gift shop is just an added bonus. I have never had any issues with customer service. I go in to see the amazing gifts that they have. Its a one stop shop, so you cannot go wrong! I love that I can find everything and anything here for a gift. I could spend hours in express gifts shopping for different occasions. This is my go to when Im in need for that perfect gift. During holiday season, they have an assortment of different customizable ornaments. If you have yet to visit, its a must!

Horrible Customer Service. All I wanted was a lottery ticket because the jackpot was high and I asked about how much they cost and they read me the riot act and literally insulted me as if I was a child. The scary part is the middle aged woman and elderly man that were supposedly helping me out appeared to be the owners. They were bullies. Notice I rarely review anything but I couldnt let this go. This place may have a selection of gifts but if youre looking to be treated well this is not for the faint of heart. This place is awful.

The woman working behind the counter has a very very bad attitude and acts like she is put out to take care of customers. I ended up walking out without doing any business with this establishment...

Its a great place to find a different gift for so many occasions however the experience shopping here is not so much fun. First of all you are never greeted with a friendly smile and a hello and when you ask about something its as though you are bothering the young lady she said its the same as the item above the frame etc. well who knew. I lost my desire to shop so I proceeded to buy lottery tickets I asked when the lotto would be drawn the answer was its right in front of you on the counter in a disgusted manner. Thats the 3rd time I was in there and it will be the last. Its not worth it !! Go to a million different gift shops in Northbrook andGlenview and Wilmette and Winnetka. I came a long way to gift shop Im in business also and if I greeted my customers in such a dismissing manner Id be out of business. Sad but Oak Mill Mall in Niles has some gift shops and they are happy to see you.
