We knew Fairfield was the builder for us after our first meeting with Kevin. He gave us a detailed proposal, broke down the cost which came in significantly under what other builders had quoted us. Fairfield handled all of the permits, demolition and unforeseen expenses which took the burden off of us. When it came time for the build, the Fairfield team guided us every step of the way and took the stress out of this huge endeavor. Kevin and Scott were very responsive to our questions or concerns no matter how redundant or small. Theres showroom with enough selections to give choice but not overwhelm. Stephanie the designer is there to guide in selections and exhibits extreme patience! The team was very accommodating with the changes we made throughout our project. Fairfield remain as responsive today as they were during our build. We couldnt be happier with our experience and new home. I cant imagine using any other builder!
