I had a very old garage door that I waited probably to long to replace, I called several places to get quoits, Chicago Garage Door company called me minutes after sending an email asking to get a estimate, Eric the technician came out and went over everything with me, he explained exactly what they would be replacing and doing, he was very courteous and patient answering every question I had.The installer arrived on time, the area I am in had a power outage due to a large tree that brought several lines down, when I explained this to him he said dont worry, I got you, I couldnt be happy with the job that this company did, my new door is beautiful!! They did exactly what they said they would, its very refreshing to see an honest hard working company that cares about the customers as much as selling there products!!! Noah called me late in the day just to see if I was happy with everything, I dont know of any other company that would do that!! They are the Best Of The Best!!!!

We had multiple repairs needed on our garage door. The coils loosened and two wheels broke off the track. I called and Brian B. came within 2 hours. Brian was socially distant and with a face mask.
