Large unreliable company with many departments and people that do not know what they are doing. Sales reps are not knowledgeable. No one is responsible for anything. You may spend months or years trying to get your project done or replace a defected product. They just try to have you sign the contract and do not care about you as a client. We had this company installed several windows and doors installed in our house over the year. Pretty expensive, but absolutely not good quality products that you want to spend your money on. They dont keep records of your projects, so if you dont finish all your windows in one time - you are out of luck. The colors will be off and type of installation is different. Dont believe their price guaranteed. They dont stand by their promises. Our last experience was horrible: the first sales rep came and provide an estimate for the reminder of our windows. Second rep came in 3 months and gave us an estimate that was double the price from the first one! Then the manager came and gave the third price promising to get back the next day. He never called back, never answered his phone, and after calling the company several times several times and listening to their promises to get back shortly, we gave up and hired a different company. On top of that their customer reps keep calling us and asking when we will decide to order the windows. Funny, right? Go with the company that values your business. I ordered windows back in Feb. Now I believe I ordered from Bollingbrook, there seems to be several locations but the phone number goes to an operator who transfers wherever is needed. Regardless....It is Sept and I just received my install date for the end of the month. Although everyone I have spoken with has been polite and understanding, as I have been as well, this is just ridiculous!! In fairness... they did reimburse me a total of $600. That is great but doesnt make up for the lack of 7 MONTHS. The answers I received were: the production facility moved, there was a problem with my color ( I live in a town home and it took an extra two weeks for approval ) then I was told that it was a custom color and my windows kept getting moved out 2 weeks, then two more weeks then 3 mores weeks... this I dont understand. I was promised windows by 8 weeks and great savings with my air conditioning bill. I have asked to speak to higher administrators but am getting now where. Again, the people I have spoken with are very nice but I want more answers! How many people that ordered after me are still waiting??? I am not a happy customer and honestly am very worried about the installation being done correctly. I am loosing sleep over this as this is MY home and I feel I made a big mistake. Guess we will see....

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. After meeting with 3 different companies we decided on Window Works/Home Werks. We had our home sided and also got new gutters, facia and downspouts. High quality products, very competitive pricing, great workmanship. Thank you Ron our home looks beautiful!We will be contacting soon for our next project...Window Replacement. Cant wait!
