As the marketing coordinator for a childrens theatre company, Ive worked with the team at Semper Fi many times. I continue to be impressed with their design teams ability to take my ideas and make them look amazing. The quality of the shirts is outstanding. They understand the importance of the softness of the shirts and ensure that we get what were asking for. Service has also been exceptional. They are quick to respond to questions, and when we had a minor quality issue with an order, they took care of the problem quickly and with no fuss. This company stands by their product. This place is the best! The customer service is superb, and the product was exceptional. Im in Denver, and had to order a large rush job of printing multiple flyers for a trade show my team was attending in Chicago. After reading other peoples reviews, I chose Semper Fi Printing, and Im so glad I did! I cant imagine another company providing me with better service. And I was a bit of a pain to them, Im sure.I had to coordinate between my out-of-state sales team, my European marketing team, and Mike, the owner of Semper Fi - across differing time zones and product expectations - which resulted in multiple last-minute changes. Mike and his team stayed calm and helpful throughout - even trying to help me find another vendor who could supply custom pens in my limited time frame that they werent able to do. I love working with local companies vs online in general but Semper Fi Prinitng truly impressed me. The price I paid for the quality of work I received was unreal. I was three seconds away from clicking on pay now at some discount online store until I thought to look at local stores pricing.
