This place is too cute!! But even better its delicious espresso drinks and great food! I was a little sad with the design on the top of my latte but still five star spot and maybe Ill get a better design next time I visit. 😊

Well, well, this is certainly not your one-stop, grab and go coffee shop. This is an EXPERIENCE! They are known for having customize and unique Coffee offerings( I’d recommend the fireside latte) as well as a full brunch/lunch menu as well as you can indulge in the evening cheese and alcoholic beverages! It surely embodies a French Café decor and atmosphere! Perfect! I enjoy my experience each and every time! They earned my highest recommendation!

Im diabetic and was grateful to know that this cute, inviting coffee shop at least had one drink offering that wouldnt spike my blood sugar -- a regular latte. I added Splenda to taste and it was really good! The little frothy ❤ with the dip on the side was a nice touch. This place oozes with ambiance and is great for meeting up with friends or enjoying solitude indoors or out -- weather permitting of course.

My absolute favorite coffee and pastry spot in downtown Arlington heights. Staff is always so friendly and welcoming and makes great recommendations. Their espresso coffee creations are also fantastic.

Hands down the best quiche I’ve ever had. It was incredible, a melting piece of deliciousness. Great service, lovely friendly people and atmosphere. I love their location, I loved their chocolate chip cookie with a sea salt on top and I loved macaroons. They have a large selection of coffee, I have to try them all. It took me forever to decide what I was going to have. Baked goods all looked fresh and tasty but I managed to control myself. Amazing place. See you soon

I had the fireside latte today and it was delicious. I also got my two daughters the cutest Halloween cookies. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I love the atmosphere to. Very cozy.

This is very nice place, with old European flair in it, beautiful decor and elegant setting. Coffee is really good, as well as cocktails. Its a little bit pricey, but still worth a visit. .I only wish that they could have more sweet pastries..When they do, its delicious! Also I love that this place have tables and chairs outside, so its wonderful to sip a good cup of coffee or tea and enjoy beautiful weather.

A really chill coffee shop. The iced latte was great and def has a relaxing vibe that friends can chat in or people can work in. The music was a bit loud and clubby, but since I wasn’t necessarily trying to focus and work, it was fine overall. Def rec tho ☕️🤩

Nice and cozy cafe.I dropped by here on our way to shopping early in the Sunday morning.They open at 8:00 so we grabbed some pastries and coffee.Seating was spacious but soon a lot of customers coming in and almost full.Our ham and cheese croissant and apricot danish were decent,coffee was as same.Staffs were nice and friendly.Will come again if we have a chance to drive nearby.

Im in-between 3 to 4-Stars for this place. The cafe looks great and very inviting. Not your typical coffee or cocktail spot, but enjoyed the contemporary style with the vintage furniture.I cant understand the fact that you have to order your coffee from the counter and pay directly, but you order your cocktail from a waitress and pay her for the cocktail at the table.I ordered a coffee and dessert at the counter, paid at the counter, then had someone bring it to the table. Unfortunately, this person was not our waitress and could not take our cocktail order. I requested a second time for a waitress so we can place a cocktail order. After 3 attempts of asking for someone, we finally had someone take our cocktail order. What a frustrating process. I guess you either buy coffee or you buy cocktails, ordering both must be an overwhelming concept.If alcohol can only be served by the waitstaff, then why wouldnt they also bring your coffee at the same time. Very odd experience that took longer than necessary for a coffee and cocktail. The place wasnt even that busy either.

A neat spot tucked away in downtown Arlington Heights. Fun menu and delightful outdoor sitting space. There happened to be a flamingo pool toy that I had to get my pic taken with. ☺The blue bottle on the table and the blue drinks? Thats blueberry bubbly! Celebrating a birthday that night. From this day forward a birthday wont be complete without blueberry 🍾 bubbly. They started a new tradition for us.Service was terrific. Attentive servers and nice strong drinks. We ordered many dishes on the menu and all were good. They even offered an old fashioned cheese ball.This was our second time there.Walk around to the back. They have a darling outdoor patio. Socially distanced.And maybe youll get lucky and the pink flamingo will be there when you visit. 😉We went Aug. 15th. I only now had time to write my review.

Cool spot in downtown Arlington. Nice outside and inside. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We had a cold brew and nitro. Most of their coffee is local and thats pretty sweet.

The coffee is the best, I love coming to Coco and Blue! I actually come here early morning, they are one of the only coffee shops in Arlington Heights that are open early and offer food. My team loves the food too, thanks so much for everyone at Coco & Blue!!

The quiche is one of the best quiches my wife and I have ever had. Its airy crust and light filling leaves you feeling like you havent had anything heavy at all. Service is friendly, decor is unique, and hoping to go there more often in the near future.

Beautiful place with a high attention to detail. Have been for coffee and sandwiches before and recently for cocktails. Everything has been delicious, and I believe they have the best cocktails in downtown AH. Its a little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for.

This is an excellent coffee shop. The interior design is lovely and theres a nice range of different seating, from couches to lounge chairs, outdoor and indoor tables. My experience with their menu is pretty limited as I almost always order a pourover or a cortado. Both are excellent though and they have a nice range of blends to choose from; if youre an avid coffee drinker in Arlington Heights, this is the place to be. I have had a sandwich before and although it was pricey (standard cafe prices), it was excellent and definitely delivered for me (Gluten free TBLT).This is a great spot for a meeting, catching up, getting work done, or relaxing. The staff are friendly and hard-working but never over-bearing. I cannot recommend it highly enough. There arent too many quality coffee shops in the Chicago suburbs; this is definitely one of the best and worth a visit if you live here or even if youre passing through on I-90 (worth the slight detour).I havent been at night or ordered drinks yet, so I cant speak to the cocktail side of things.

Had a beautiful brunch there this week and loved the place, the service and the food. It’s so nice to see something different, unique and cozy in the area. Definitely planing to go back again.

The coffee is good, the pastries are great, and the place is really nice inside and outside. However I struggle to get an accurate order. Today I ordered two coffees, and got different ones. The staff was kind to fix one of these that I asked for, but then - it ended up being again, not what I ordered. So 3 misbrewed coffees for 2 orders. With great sadness, I will go to Starbucks next time. I would really like to come here regularly, but I dont want to micromanage the staff in making coffee all the way, and verify every time, all the properties I asked for.

Really love the food and coffee here. I just wish the prices were a little more appropriate for the portion size. We had the croque monsieur sandwich, a cinnamon roll, and some lattes, all or which left us wanting more. The sandwich could have been more substantial and could use a fried egg like other French places do it. Im glad they got the gruyere cheese right, though! Its hard to find a coffee shop that opens late, so I cant wait to visit again when other places are closed. On a side note, their hand sanitizer smells amazing! I tried multiple times asking where its from and have yet to get a response.

I got the fireside latte and, while it was good, believe it was a bit over priced in comparison to other local shops. I wouldnt suggest trying to study or read here, maybe at least on the weekends because they are high traffic. The atmosphere was really nice and I look forward to trying a cocktail next time.

Wonderful place

I waited and waited. The delay in the opening was so painful, for it was so expected :-). There are two types of European cafés I would think about. This is the second one. Not the one with the large lounge furniture, dimmed light, deep house or chillout music, fancy cocktails and girls too cute to be angry with for the terrible service.CoCo & Blu is closer to what you might experience in Wien (Vienna) or Budapest. Minus the great cakes, the waiter with a mustache and an apron, and the history stretching for multiple generations.It is still a great new addition to Arlington Heights. Way too similar to The Bakester in ambiance. Wins over with the coffee quality and choices. And the size. Will have to catch up on the snack side. The teas selection is begging for improvement.Around offers a different experience (and coffee) and for the moment is my choice for coffee in the area, despite my ideological differences with them.Still too young and with too much of milk on its mouth (and in the offered beverages) Coco & Blu has the promise to blossom into even more attractive place as it matures. Will be keeping an eye and updating the review when the time is right.

Good coffe, good service, but they close before 11 o’clock so don’t look the hours thru google maps (FYI). And we ask them about this, they said if they don’t have costumers they would close early. Change the hours daawg, its not that hard .

Absolutely love CoCo & Blu! My fiance and I came across them in the midst of shelter at home, as we had moved to downtown Arlington Heights and were checking out the businesses. While we cant enjoy our drinks and food inside due for known reasons, I love the inside of the location! We have been here multiple times for curbside pickup. Staff is always very polite and ready to help in a timely matter, even when they are super busy. Food is great! (Weve been trying new items every weekend) and the cookies are AMAZING. Fiance is a huge coffee person and loves their menu! I cant wait to try the cocktail portion of the location!

Terrible first experience. A friend of mine saw this place, so we decided to give it a try. super cute aesthetic, we go inside, ask a girl at the front counter if we sit and order, or order at the counter (its out first time here so we dont know how it works) she says have a seat, Ill bring over your menus and asks if we want cocktail or coffee menus, we have a seat.. and sit there for over 20 minutes, no one came to us, 3 girls sat at the counter talking, some gentleman was walking around putting up little flyers or something. So, my friend and I go to the front counter the girl says oops totally forgot you guys were here and walks away to go serve someone outside. Some other girl at the front offered to take our orders, but we ended up leaving out of frustration.

I went to CoCo and Blu with my daughter and my mom today for the first time. The coffee shop is so cute and a great space. We tried the peppermint and fireside lattes. Both delicious and the perfect amount of sweet. The avocado toast and signature quiche were very good! Looking forward to going back again soon. The staff was all very friendly and helpful 😃

The baristas exhibit great customer service on a regular basis. The café has a warm and inviting atmosphere both inside and out. Curbside pickup is easy at this location. There is a wide variety of accommodating options for coffee drinkers with alternative preferences and allergies to consider in how their coffee is personally crafted.

Meh, some people like this kinda trendy coffee shop, not me. Ambiance is weird, no real food options just snacks, they seemed a bit overwhelmed behind the counter although very, very friendly. Authentic euro coffee which is nice but no decaf, which for my pregnant wife and I means we cant both enjoy a coffee, and the bathrooms are not in the shop but through a door and down the hall and shared with other businesses. Overall so-so.

This is easily the best coffee shop in or around Arlington Heights.The coffee is superb: complex, smooth, delicious. And the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. This is also a great place to hang out and chat.Trust me--this is NOT Starbucks, and thats a GOOD THING.

Its not as easy to find cool cafes as it is in the city and Im so happy to finally have a place in the suburbs. The interior and a perfect cup of coffee create a good environment for working on your laptop, etc. :)

Love the atmosphere. Cafe Mocha is amazing. They put real chocolate ganache in it and not pumps of chocolate flavored liquid. And a HEART on top. I was thrilled. Ive never gottema fancy coffee with a heart on it so I was excited. Beautiful and delicious!

I have been fortunate enough to try some of the homemade and outstanding food items that Coco & Blu will have on the menu. Coco & Blu’s drip coffee is smooth and delicious, you will dream about having a cup of it every day. They say good things come to those who wait, Coco & Blu is well worth waiting for!!! Lucky for us, we do not have much more of a wait for the opening date.
