I have owned several Lexus vehicles beginning sometime in 1990. One of the main reasons I have stayed with this car is because of the service. Tom Prodsinski, takes care of you as if it were his own familys vehicle and you were his family. He makes you feel confident in keeping you safe in your vehicle. He is at the Arlington Lexus dealership. Which I highly recommend.
Well planned, organized and efficient service....at a reasonable cost. Very balanced and wholistic view of what needs or needs not...replacement. Complex service executed the same day with free loaner provided. Excellent communication and recommendations by Haresh.
Very happy with a purchase Adriana was very helpful & answered all of our questions I would definitely buy from them again and recommend this dealer. We were also very impressed by the place itself because its very nice looking.
Lexus Arlington is the best service facility I ve ever been to. From the people on the phone helping with scheduling an appointment to the service advisor, I have only encountered great service. My last service advisor was Jose who just went above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience with my car service. Thumbs up!!Thank you! I ll be back for sure!
This dealership is one of a kind. No pressure salesman! Their facility is amazing. Edgar, our salesman was very friendly and made us feel right at home. We bought a used Cadillac SRX and it was fully inspected and detailed. They even sent us off with a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. They also give you free car washes for as long as you own the car. Cant say enough good things about their dealership!!! Bring the kids with you, they have a game room and a movie theater. For adults, a large putting green, golf driving simulator, exercise room and massage chairs.
This dealership is top notch! Great price (Even though not a great time to buy a car) Great service! The salesman Jamie was the best!
Anthony and the entire Service Department staff are the best! Everyone has a smile on their faces. Great customer service. Professional attitude at all times. Thank you for everything ❤
Tom in the service department was awesome! My car got a flat and I was too far from the Arlington Heights dealership so I went to another dealership. I was concerned about a few things at the other dealership and wanted to confirm that all was well and done properly. Tom spent a great deal of time with me on the phone and explained everything in terms I could understand. Kudos to Tom for his breadth of knowledge and patience explaining things to me! Lexus is lucky to have Tom on their team!
Top notch Service Department! I have been a loyal customer for years because of the exceptional service I receive at every visit. The waiting areas are comfortable and accommodating as well. Part of this 5 Star rating goes to Haresh, who is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable people I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to ensure I am taken care of, which is truly appreciated. My vehicles drive like new because your service team rocks!
No stars! A terrible experience on a simple oil change. Usually its an hour job. I took more than 2 hours. I requested not to wash my car because I am running late for my appointment.
Its fantastic. The service was fantastic..They gave me a loaner the first time. When I was ready to pick up the car, I thought the car was not ready, but they immediately gave me another loaner..They fixed all the issues. Lori was just fantastic. She assured me that, anytime I have any questions, I can reach out to her.I would give it 6 stars if I had the chance.ThxG
Bought a certified used lexus there. salesman controlled the whole test drive route: maxed out vehicle at about 45mph. car drove smooth and well(smooth test drive route to make sales). certified used car only came with one key and was promised a second one but never received. vehicle had a very bad highway shake on the way home. had to go to a local shop to get tires rebalanced and get better visual inspection of everything. turns out certified used lexus at this dealership do not change out cabin air filters and engine air filters. turns out i am not the first person to say Lexus of Arlington is a very shady place to go for a purchase of a certified used vehicle.
As always, I had a stress-free experience at Arlington Lexus. From driving in for service to meeting with the Tech to review my car needs, it was a smooth and quick experience. They provided a loaner car for my convenience and had the work on my car done within a few hours. I would highly recommend this dealership for all of your car services.
I came in about a week ago for an oil change and also had an issue with my wheel making noises. Oil change was great as usual but I was very disappointed with the work done regarding the odd noise coming from my wheel and when I brake. They performed a 4 wheel alignment as well as a differential fluid exchange for front and back and the problem has not gone away. I go out of my way to come to this dealership because they have never failed to give excellent service and the drive is usually worth it but it seems like this time around they just overcharged me for something I could have gotten done at a closer service place for much cheaper and it did not resolve my issues.
I had received a card in the mail for Complimentary Maintenance. They had told me I used my 4 free ones. Even though I had actually used 3 and they even charged for me for 3rd. On top of that they started recommending services that I wasnt sure was needed. Why do you send someone a complimentary maintnenance card and then recommend everything under the sun? I say 1 star, but should really be 0.
Came in for a recall but they didnt have the part. I rescheduled this appointment from two weeks prior when supposedly they did have the part. Dont know whose fault it is but now have to make a long trip to try again.
Bought A Used Car Have Had Lots Of Issues Already They Said Nothing They Can DoIt Was Extremely Hard To Get Someone On The Phone Was Hung Up On Several Times..Will Never Buy Anything Else From ThereThey Took My Cash Quick Fast Tho..!!Not At All Impressed By Their Hospitality
Such a great experience, from the team to Anthony the service manager Total Care and commitment to our satisfaction and above. The individual care and attention come second to none.
I have a 4 years lease of LX450 with this location. But recently the service agent EDWIN THALHAMMER, spoke so dis respectfully to me and said GO TO OTHER PLACE AND LEAVE US and hanged up my call.I pay around $875 monthly for this car, and after spending this much of money so poor customer service? This level of dis respect? Please go anywhere but don’t go to this location you will get so much poor customer service and you will feels like there is no way to handle that type of behavior as my car tire issue still didn’t resolve and now I have to go get somewhere else to get it fixed they are not even taking my another appointment. So frustrating. All you can do is write to corporate office of Lexus to complain about this location poor and disrespectful customer service to customers and cancel the lease with penalty.Save your time and energy from this poor respectful customer. Shame to this location customer service.
My first Service Experience with Lexus of Arlington was amazing. Lori from Service was very helpful to answer my all questions. My Lexus RX350 first service was done to my satisfaction. Service waiting area for customers was amazing with lot of activity and snacks area . I love this dealer ship . Ashok Bhasin
Harish Trivedi has been helping with my Lexus for many years. He is very polite, attentive and thorough and car is well serviced.I have leased many cars from Arlington Lexus and one of the force driving me to that dealership has been Harish . He is truly outstanding person.
Highly unprofessional. Im basically dumbfounded by what just happened. I made an appointment to see a specific used vehicle, and both called and texted back and forth with a sales manager as well as at least one other sales rep, regarding the specific car, as well as the exact time of my appointment. So I got there on time for my appointment (which was quite hard to arrange with my work schedule in the first place), and briefly discussed the car with another sales rep. The rep then left for a few minutes, and came back and told me that hes sorry but the car I had an appointment to see is currently being detailed and will not be ready for 2-3 hours! Please tell me why you called me to confirm my time of appointment, yet you did not have a car for me to see at that time? Why did you not call me to let me know that my appointment needed to be rescheduled *before I actually drove out to your location* ?? This is just so unprofessional and basically disrespectful.
There are three reasons we return to Arlington Lexus to buy new vehicles. #1: The dealership sells a lot of vehicles so they have much more inventory on hand to chose from.#2: Their pricing is more competitive than other dealerships in the area.#3: Their Service Department is outstanding.
I had very bad experience with this dealership this year. I came there to pay off my car loan and brought cash. After they counted all the money we were told that there is not the exact ammount and we need to pay more . My husband used his credit card to pay that ammount. We left the facility. My husband said to me how did I count the cash that we were a $1000 short. I was shocked, I thought we were 100 bucks short but no way a $1000. I went back to dealership in 2min and saw Mr.K.and Mr. I. taking out money from one of the sealed and signed envelopes( what they are not allowed to open after it was counted and sealed). I was shocked even more!!! I started yelling and swearing and requested to recount the money, when we all did it there was $1000 extra in the same envelope those gays opened.Could you imagine this situation at Lexus dealership???!!!If I could, I would put 0 rating!!!!!!!!
Simply explained - First class service! My service advisor, Ed Thalhammer, is very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and courteous. Ed kept me informed and even arranged to have my car delivered. It is a pleasure working with him. While I had my car in the service, I need a fob key cover, so visited parts department. I was pleasantly surprised by friendly and cooperative sales personal. On my way to parts department, I passed through waiting area and I was impressed how beautiful, clean and well equipped it is, with entertainment, beverages and snacks provided - wow!For many, many years I was customer of “German luxury” brands, but now that I got my Lexus LX, and I had my first experience with Lexus of Arlington, I am definitely going to be a loyal customer for life. I will not even consider going anywhere else. The ability of your service advisor and mechanics gives me a feeling of complete comfort and security that my vehicle is in good hands. I don’t believe that I would have a problem with any work you perform.Just keep up the good work!I will definitely recommend Lexus of Arlington to my friends and family!
This place was always our go to dealership for all of our Lexus cars. The past few visits we have had several issues. From cars coming back scratched and dented or some thing wrong in the car. You go in for $100 oil change and you come out with $2000 worth of problems to the car. And it’s not all of our cars it’s only one. The biggest and more expensive car. The service has really gone down. People at the service desk don’t really know what they’re doing over the phone. It’s kind of ridiculous when you try to call with a problem nobody wants to go get anybody to help you. Mike at the service desk was always our person. Unfortunately he left and everybody else is absolutely no help there nobody knows what they’re doing. Don’t think I will be coming back to this dealership.
Came in about 2 weeks ago for a “complimentary” multi-point inspection; primarily to address a concern with my brakes. After inspection, to my surprise, first thing I’ve noticed that on the invoice my car had 17K miles less than actual odometer. Was told that brakes are ok, but strongly advised to change all fluids (which are not due for the next 25K miles). The following week (and 200 miles later) took my car to another dealership. After removing a tire, mechanic showed me that pads have no life left in them. I guess Arlington Lexus is trying to get easy money for un-needed services while completely skipping on conducting “complimentary” tasks. Sadly …. but honesty, integrity, and attention to details are clearly ignored at this facility.
Inquired about car online and was told a price. I asked about a color and they told me they had it in stock. They sent several texts trying to get me in to test drive over two days. Today ( the second day ) the internet manager Mosher asked me to come in and I said I would and asked to have the car ready. When I got there I found out that car was never available according to the friendly salesman it was the owners and he had 30 thousand dollars of upgrades and it wasn’t for sale. I still have not heard from Mosher even after texting him and saying I expected more out of Lexus.
The service advisor was great and helped solve the problem. Great service as usual.
The team was professional and efficient. They were able to address all my Qs. Overall it was a good experience. I hope the service is as good as the sales!
Always treated great and serviced in an efficient manner when I bring my car for service. Lori and Ed are always extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the service department.
Jose Garcia is the best advisor and why I will not take my car anywhere else. He always goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and their service needs.
Five stars for this awesome dealership.Kudos to Tom Prondzinski And Marcin Ajdukiewicz.I found some minor issues with my tires and one phone call to care everything they give me a nice loaner for a couple days and my car was fixed beyond my satisfaction. To some people posting reviews for this dealership why don’t you talk to those guys first because they are really willing to help you like they did in my case.I will definitely send customers your way
Best Lexus dealership for service. Lori is also the best service advisor.Highly recommend. They will take care of you.
We highly recommend this location. Dorota Mol was the best! Extremally nice and professional person. She had answers for all of our questions! We spend there short time and left with brand new car which we love - Lexus NX300. Thanks Dorota!
I visited Lexus of Arlington on Friday, July 9th and I was assited by Jose and he was great. It was a maintenance visit and he address some other inquiries and concerns. The service was prompt and he was kind. Can always appreciate such service. Thank you.
The service lady was very attentive, even with the apparent lack off employees
The service I received from Lexus of Arlington was professional, friendly, and respectful. Although my initial sales consultant was a bit uninformed about the vehicle I was purchasing, I have to thank the sales managers Igor and Marcin for providing my family and I with a wonderful experience. Along with the financial manager, Yegor, these gentlemen addressed my concerns and negotiated reasonably for a new vehicle. Great service and great people.
The bad:We called this dealer to come pick up an LX570 and they misinformed us on the quality of the vehicle over the phone and text. We drove 6 hours to come pick up the LX after we were assured over the phone and text that it was very good quality and a good vehicle. The vehicle ended up not being very good quality and whoever repaired it took every shortcut. Lexus should not even have the LX on the lot. My point is we drove 6 hours for a vehicle that we were lied to about and then we thought we might get another vehicle from their lot and they wouldn’t take care of us on it. We left with nothing, and just had a sour experience. Nursrath Khan was the one helping us and his attitude was very nice until the end, but he did not know much about the LX570 he tried to sell or the GX460 he tried to sell. I don’t know if he really didn’t know about vehicles or we was just dishonest to get a sale. All of this being said, my mom is a former Toyota Dealership employee and my dad has owned 60 toyota/Lexus vehicles, of which the most recent is a 2019 land cruiser. We are familiar with Lexus and Toyota and trust the brand as well as being loyal. Just stinks to have a dealer be so shady. False advertising and over pricing. The good: Nursrath was very responsive and fast in communications. The dealership was very clean and accommodating. Everyone seemed to be nice as well. They got us approved for financing fast and Easy.
Worked with Henrietta to locate a specific Lexus RX350 my wife wanted. Henrietta went above and beyond to find the specific car she wanted and was very professional in setting up a showing. All of this while inventories are very low. So happy to find someone that hustles for what you want, not just the sale
First class service, as always. My service advisor, Haresh, is knowledgeable, friendly and fast. It is a pleasure waiting for my car in your beautiful showroom, with entertainment (tv), beverages and snacks provided! A loyal customer since 2004, I would never consider going anywhere else. The ability of your mechanics gives me a feeling of complete security. I have never had a problem with any work performed. Keep up the good work!
My service adviser, Lori, did a great job. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I would recommend asking for Lori the next time you need your vehicle serviced at Lexus of Arlington.
Wednesday afternoon while driving home (160 mile trip) multiple warning lights went off on my 2014 RX . I saw this Lexus dealer in route around 3:30 pm and stopped to see if they help. Tom and the tech found the problem, ordered the parts, gave me a loaner and I was on the road early Thursday morning. Very professional folks. Would definitely do business with them again!!
They know how to treat the customers right! Hats off! Very thankful 🙏
Dealership was absolutely amazing to work with. Staff were very polite and got the shopping experience completed in a timely manner. Marcin, the GM @ Arlinigton, was the best. He knows how to treat his customers and how to run his dealership. The facility was like no other dealership Ive ever been to. Great overall experience and would highly recommend.
Great Experience, I am amazed how easy can be to buy car from Lexus of Arlington, everything was upfront, no stress and sales pitches. For sure my first stop next time around.
Purchased a used vehicle here on July 6, 2021 in an all cash transaction. I am an out of state buyer.1) Dealer charged an additional $349.00 etch fee that was neither disclosed nor explained. They lumped this with their $303.00 Documentary Fee and explained it as a required fee by the state of Illinois. This is not true, not ethical, and illegal. Calls to both the used car sales manager and the finance manger regarding the issue were not returned. Consequently, I filed a consumer fraud report with the State of Illinois Attorney Generals Office.2) At the time of sale, I was told that the title would be mailed within two weeks. 27 days later, three days prior to expiration of the the 30-day temporary permit, I called to ask why I had not received the title so I could register the vehicle. The lady looked it up and stated Oh yes, I have it right here. I can overnight it to you. Why did I have to call and ask for it? I cant imagine its possible that a car dealership wouldnt understand that you cannot legally drive an unregistered vehicle.Obviously I will not do business here again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
I went in for my first scheduled service . I had the pleasure of dealing with Jose he is such a nice person he explained what was going to be done to my car I was in and out in less than an hour meanwhile while I was waiting I went to the upstairs got a massage played some video games enjoyed my time there the service is great I can’t wait for my next service in January till next time.Thank Jose!!!!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
2 1/5 stars right in the middle between GREAT and Worst Experience Ever. It was a ok experience, though I believe they should work on actually greeting customers better. Obviously nobody wants to get hounded as soon as their car door shuts but within 10 minutes, I feel introducing yourself and stating if they need anything to let them know etc. my wife and I were there Aug. 7 and walked around the lot and checked out some vehicles. We never received a welcome, hello, or any acknowledgment what so ever. It seemed all the sales people want to talk/deal with people who were dressed in more expensive clothing than anybody who was dressed casually. We really didn’t feel wanted there so left. I did go back acouple days later and traded in and purchased a vehicle. That experience was sub-par and nothing to brag to a friend about but after having the first experience on Aug. 7 I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to a average blue collar person to visit. But I’m also not going to bash this dealership like a Karen just because my total experience was mediocre at best.
Super impressed with Lexus of Arlington - specially the sales gentleman, CHRIS! I visited with my son and husband to purchase a car for myself. Chris was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. He took the time to understand what it was that I was looking for. He was sincere and didnt make me feel like he was about the sale at all. He cared from a human level, which you dont see often these days. He went above and beyond even after I purchased the car, I needed my headlight adjusted and Chris had a service man by the name of Mike assist. Mike, too, was really great and attentive. Jerry the manager was also helpful too.I would highly recommend Lexus of Arlington - and I would ask for CHRIS if you are looking to purchase a car for you or a family member!Thank you!- Muky S.
Traveled over 40 miles to this location. Very nice environment, especially if you have to wait for your vehicle. Service personnel are pleasant and professional.. Service was completed ahead of the estimated time.
Great experience at Lexus of Arlington. Worked with Alex and Jerry. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire buying process. If you want great service and want to be treated fair...visit Lexus of Arlington and ask for Alex. Awesome!
I was very please with the fast and polite service I got with Lexus of Arlington, I called them and told them what i wanted and what I had to trade and they got to work. Very pleased!
I have been in sales for over 20 years worst customer service experience in my entire life do not deal with this feels very dishonest! Want to steal your trade and lie about dealer fees! Someone need to contact the AG !!!!!
The salesman was good to work with. However, they sold me an Audi that the AC did not work from the day I received it (I purchased from a few hours away). The dealerships response? Too bad.
Experience Amazing is the Lexus tagline. With this dealership its Experience Sleaziness, Lies, & FraudPurchase vehicle over phone, text, and email.1. This was done on a phone call when I was purchasing the vehicle and I wish I would have recorded the call but didnt.A. Price of car was $39,845. Vlad gets on the phone and says we have a problem. Thats not the price and the car is actually more. Vlad says let me talk to my Finance Manager (Mitch Horowitz) and Ill call you back. Calls back and says they will honor that price.B. Now on a call with Mitch Horowitz and he is trying to sell me an extended warranty. Im surprised because the car in their listing says it is Certified. I say no I dont an extended warranty because its certified. Mitch tells me its not Certified and wants to sell me a several thousand dollar extended warranty. I pass because every single listing on the Internet said its certified. Mitch later admits in a text message that the car is Certified.2. From the beginning they represented the Dealer Doc fee at $652. I questioned them on this as every other Lexus dealers doc fee is $303. This is shown on several documents attached. So when I get the contract the doc fee is $303 and Smart ID vehicle theft protection is $349. So they rolled the vehicle theft protection into the doc fee on the paperwork that wasnt legally binding to make me believe $652 was the doc fee. Of course, on the legal contract, it looks as if Im just buying the Smart ID for $349 as it is listed by itself.I questioned Mitch Horowitz about this and he says its actually a Covid cleaning fee from Lexus. All the money goes back to Lexus (corporate) but they are giving me the Smart ID for free because of that (such nice guys). I play along as I want the car. Later in the week after getting the car, I told Mitch I want a refund for the smart ID as it says in the paperwork for that, that you have up to 60 days to get a 100% refund. He says he can do that, but Ill have to pay the $349 Covid fee so I wont get any money back.I tell Mitch that no other Lexus dealer nor Corporate Lexus has ever heard of the Covid cleaning fee before. He then says its a Arlington Lexus Covid Fee. He then starts to blame it on his sales staff and that they didnt represent correctly and he will get me the refund. Dont have the refund after 6 weeks and multiple text messages to him stating he will get it.**So they are selling the Smart ID by misrepresenting it as the Doc fee.**3. Bought vehicle 6-4-21 and as of 7-20-21 I still do not have the paperwork to register the vehicle in my state. Gina & Mitch say they will get it but I havent seen it. If I wouldnt be harassing them for it they would have never even given it a second thought.Read the Yelp reviews of this dealership and I think you will agree they do not represent the Lexus brand well at all. They should be stripped of their Lexus dealership. This is my first Lexus I have purchased and I love the car and hope to buy another in the future but absolutely not from them. Save others my experience and those on Yelp, and take the dealership away for the better of everyone involved. They operate like your stereotypical used car salesman.
Haresh Trivedi was very helpful!
Anthony was very helpful and quick to resolve my problem. He was very polite and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
Definitely would recommend working with Vladimir if your are thinking of buying a car. He is super helpful and patient . Great customer service!
I had a great time purchasing a vehicle here! Dan, was very kind and patient with us as we were deciding on whether or not to make the purchase. All of the staff members that I interacted with were super kind and friendly! A great dealership!
I have purchased two cars from them. It is a great place. I am so impressed with this dealership. I highly recommend you purchase your car from here!
Amazing service staff and amenities. 5 different massage chairs, putting green, fitness center, theater, virtual golf and kids play area are located on the second level to keep you entertained while your car is getting serviced.Update - 1/13/18 - Took my car back for service and was quite dissappointed that all 5 massage chairs were not operating. Several were actually falling apart. Took my kids this trip and realized half of the games in the kids play area werent working. They were still entertained but its very disappointing that noone is maintaining the second floor amenities.
Very happy with the service and attention given to me at Lexus of Arlington.Anthony, Haresh and other Service Advisors have helped me with any and all issues on my 2015 RX350.
Good service . It took longer than I thought it would.
Quick and smooth purchase process with salesperson Vladamir Tanev and finance manager Yegor Azarov. Im loving my 2018 Toyota RAV4. Thank you both for the friendly and professional service!
Lory and Daniel are unmatched in their orientation to detail and customer satisfaction drive.I will come back again if not for anything else then to see those two.
A new replacement batteries installed in this dealership is dead after 26 months. This happened to us two times already. The warranty on the batteries is 84 months, but 100% replacement cost coverage ends after 24 months, so it cost us $70 (50%) in parts and $40 in labor each time to fix it. The original batteries lasted 7 years without any problem, so it looks like it was much higher quality. Either replacement batteries are very low quality, or there is a different problem with the car that dialer cannot identify.
70k is a powertrain warranty for my 2016 gs350. I have 73 k. Tsb bulletin for fuel pump from Lexus before 70k or 72 month warranty. I got.73k and they quote me $1700 for fuel pump. Woodfield Lexus in Schaumburg quote $900 per pump. Will stay in woodfield with my family Lexus for service.
I recently purchased a 2017 Lexus NX with Arlington Lexus. Dan was an excellent sales associate and was very helpful during the process. We test drove 3 and settled on one, agreed to a price. Negotiation was easy and fair. The gentleman in the finance department was very awesome as well. I noticed a couple of items right away, my roof rack key was missing and an A/C button was stuck and unable to adjust. Mike and his service team had me in two days later to repair the issue with the buttons, they put me in a loaner and called with updates frequently. One of the younger car techs helped me set up all of my cars features and gave me a super awesome tour of the systems & how to use. He also installed my ipass for me. As far a ease, Lexus of Arlington couldnt be easier to work with. Everyone from sales, to finance, to front desk, to service is top-notch! Thank you so much for a great experience with buying and servicing my Lexus.
When your car is broken they will tell you its ok. They dont want to see the problem.
This dealership is a nightmare they always have issues with warranty of anything. 85k for a car I’m driving down the street 25 mph without hitting anything the car comes to a halt making mechanical noises and the airbags blow up causing me injury. I towed the car there and it’s been over two months and today I call and they say the car can’t be fixed under warranty due to neglect. The car was not neglected and it was serviced with them every 5k miles on the dot. Stay away from this place this is the treatment we get for buying 3+ new cars from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Buyer beware.Anthony Landi, Tom Prondzinski both worthless service director and service manager
Lori in service is outstanding, very knowledgeable and organized, never had to wait. We are waiting for a follow up on the last service, hope it continues to be as good as it has been.
Horrendous, dont ever go there, Jose is arrogant, he consistently lies, makes up stuff, they take your money and dont do any services correctly. There customer service is terrible, from the porter to the receptionist, they did even say hi or acknowledge you. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Everyone was very nice and straight to the point. I dealt mainly with Anthony in service. He went above and beyond with making sure everything was taken care of with my car. Recommend getting your car and service here! Thank you!
Fast, efficient, and friendly service. Very clean and comfortable waiting area with great amenities.
DO NOT BUY CAR FROM HERE. I live in Indiana and drove on 6/23/21 to illinois to buy a car. That deal did not work out. So I called arlington lexus to check In availability on a 2013 Toyota Corolla. I was about one hour and half away from Arlington lexus. I specifically to the person answered the phone that I was parked on a shoulder of a highway, so if he could tell me right a way if the car is still available. Now this was 6 pm when I called and this person kept me waiting fir about 25 minutes before I called arlington lexus back. At that point someone else answered the phone and I had to explained him my situation one more tine. Then they finally told me the car was still available. I told them that I am coming to look and may be by the car. At that point at 6:30 pm, the person said that they were closing in 1 1/2 so come next day. I told him I am coming from indiana and I cannot come every day, not to mention they were the one who took all time and called me back and waisted my half an hour waiting and parked on expressway shoulder. I received I call from Mark the salesman next day but after I told him that I wouldn’t buy that car even if it was free and he simply said sorry, have a nice day and hung up on me. If someone wants to be treated this way then definitely reach out to arlington lexus.
Awesome staff and timing. They were first class!
The worst experience ever. The new sales girl in trainee and other sales people are rude!!! Please consider treat people equally.
This place is awesome, service is A+Lori from service department was very nice and helpful...
Nus Khan is very helpful and honest. He is a great rep.
When I bring my 2008 Lexus RX in for repairs; I always work with Haresh. Haresh is through reviewing my previous repairs, what needs to be done and what can wait. His honesty keeps me going back and trusting the Lexus dealership.
All was handled in the most professional manner. The technician drove with me to be reassured I was satisfied with their solution.
My parents and I had a very bad experience with Adrianna in new car sales. She was extremely rude and unwelcoming from the start. We went in to see the RX but did not have an appointment. Apparently they require you to make an appointment due to COVID, but that wasn’t stated anywhere on their website.I told her which car we were interested in seeing and she goes on asking if we’ve ever seen the car before....I’m not sure what she meant by that but I’m assuming she was trying to ask if we’ve ever seen what the car looks like? Either way, it was an extremely odd question to ask to a potentially new customer. She showed us a few models in the showroom and brought one out for us to see in the lot. Our entire time there, she didn’t offer my parents a place to sit and barely gave any importance to them considering that they’d be the ones purchasing the car. Every other dealership I’ve been to offers their guests a place to sit down and discuss what they are looking for, but apparently she didn’t take us serious enough to do that.I get that English is not her first language, but if she’s going to be working with customers for a living she needs to work on her social skills. She constantly came off very irritated every time we would ask a simple question. We were very serious about buying a car when going in, but apparently she thought we were just there to waste her time. Regardless, my parents still have her a chance and decided to return on Monday since she kept reminding us that they will be closing soon. When we returned on Monday, there was no improvement in her attitude and although we made an appointment with her with the intention of purchasing the car, she still decided to have another customer come at the same time and was going back and forth between us. She seemed extremely frustrated and stressed with the fact that we were trying to work out a deal. She kept getting annoyed while working with us and after claiming she would be right back, she ended up handing over our information to another salesperson and disappeared. I can’t believe how unprofessional she turned out to be. She walked away and didn’t even bother coming back to finish the deal. At that point, they lost our business and we got up and left. They showed zero interest in us as customers and didn’t even bother trying to work things out.We ended up buying our car from McGrath Lexus in Westmont. This is our second car purchased from them and they never seem to disappoint us. The only reason we even went to Arlington Lexus was because they had the car in stock that we were interested in but NEVER again. This dealership is full of rude and unwelcoming employees who treat you with disrespect.
I was guarded to go to any Bob Rohrmans auto dealership after my few negative experiences at Arlington Acura. However, Ed from Service at Lexus of Arlington made all my negative experiences go away!Ed is a professional, knowledgeable, and caring person.Kept me informed through out the service process. Ensured all my questions and concerns were answered. He patiently listened to my requests even when i was on a conference call!In addition, Ed accommodated all my added requests after the initial service appointment. Will definitely go back and recommend Lexus of Arlington to all my friends
Worst dealer to buy a used vehicle. I purchased a suv here thinking that I would get a good vehicle since it’s a Lexus dealer. I drove the suv for 100 miles and it started having a vibration every time I braked. Bottom line I ended up paying $2500 on repairs a week after I purchased the vehicle. The finance manager Igor said he would call me to try to help me out but a week later I still have not heard from them.
Haresh was straightforward, friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend him.
I have only used the Service Department a couple of times, but both times, have worked with Haresh, and he is just great! Helpful, informative. I Avery pleased with my overall experience!
Excellent experience. Tom Prondzinski make timefor service on a Saturday. Due to family situation. Thanks again,Tom
Our experience with our sales person, Chris Ward, was fabulous! He helped us from the very first phone call to the moment we drove away in our wonderful car. We were traveling to look at the car so in our first conversation I asked him for an honest review of the car. He took the time to FaceTime me and show me the car close-up, even pointing out extremely small issues. He was 100% honest. He kept in touch and knew when we were coming and had the car ready and all warmed up for us to look at in comfort. It may seem like a simple thing to say but “Chris was so nice!” We got a great deal too!! Thanks Chris.
Horrible Experience! I had bought 4 tires since the tires they had on their website were not high reviews compared to the tires I bought. Therefore, I decided to get the tires from Tire Rack and did not think it was an issue as I have done it for my other Lexus and had no issues with Woodfield Lexus. The manager there indicated that they do not install tires bought from other companies due to the policy of their company not Lexus. The excuse they gave was that they did want to take liability even though the tires I purchased was a much. higher quality tire than the dealership recommended. Now I have to contact Roadside again to move the car to another location to install my tires. I would highly recommend going to Woodfield Lexus where they care more about their customers rather than worrying about covering themselves due to liability.
I had an Awesome experience at Lexus of Arlington Heights! I now have the car of my dreams.
Haresh got us right in when one of our warning lights on the dashboard for low air lt up. He arranged to get it fixed and taken care of right away!
Great customer service. Surprisingly honest - Thanks Team Lexus for continuing to offer good advice. Lori was a big help
Suggestion to all who plan on shopping there: DO NOT AGREE TO PAY THE VIN ETCHING FEE, by illinois law they cannot require this (refer to illinois attorney general website), save yourself 350 bucks.Recently purchased a Lexus NX300 at this dealership and although I got a good price, I was mostly disappointed by my experience. At the end of my transaction they slipped a VIN ETCHING FEE (google this if you dont know what that is...) of 350 dollars onto the bill which they stated was required for all of their cars, but after doing some research later on I realized I had been duped. After over a week of attempts to reaching the dealership management to get this refunded, I eventually had to reach out to Lexus of America before they agreed to refund me. I wasnt even provided a bill of sale before leaving the dealership. Long story short, happy with my car but shocked by the quality of this Lexus dealership, will be going elsewhere in the future.
They got much much better.I havent used service for the last 3 years and I have to admit that they are much better than at the beginning. Mike was friendly and experience with a great bedside manners.
I love visiting this dealer, as a customer it makes me feel secure that I made the right decision when I purchased my car from this dealer
Our sales rep Edward Bijou was great! Super knowledgeable and helpful. Smooth and enjoyable purchasing experience. Worth the drive from mke, WI.
Buyer beware!! Sales team will tell you anything you want to hear, to get the sale, and then they forget what they told you. Case in point, we were told our RX350L had a tow prep package and can easily tow up to 3500 lbs. by all the sales reps we talked to. Bought a new 2020 RX350L vehicle, then installed a tow hitch, and could not find the tow lighting connector as expected. User manual had 3 pages of warnings about why NOT to tow with this vehicle. No sales contact ever mentioned concerns over towing as one example of hearing only what you want to hear. The main issue we had, is that our new RX350L did not have the tow prep package, and this dealer has provided no help whatsoever. The GM at this dealership is among the worst. He takes no calls and his voicemail is full, so you get hung-up on. He does not callback when messages are left as well. Our sales rep is now lying in telling her management that we knew we bought this vehicle without the tow prep package. My wife and I have bought many new vehicles over the years and this dealership has clearly been the worst we have experienced.
I purchased the vehicle online and had it shipped to Maryland. Initially everything went great with Ms. Oksana until funds were sent to the dealership. The staff that I spoke with were very unprofessional. Upon me complaining, and asking to speak to a manager, I immediately was forwarded to voice mail. Additionally, when I asked to speak with someone in finance and or management I was told that everyone was off. I expected more from a Lexus Dealership!!! Needless to say, It has been over 5 hours and I have yet to receive a return phone call and/or email reference my complaint. The next time I will probably shop around locally before ordering another vehicle online. Only positive thing is that the vehicle delivered was exactly what I was looking for otherwise I would have gave the dealership 2 stars.
I had really bad experience carwash on Wednesday May 5, 2021.I went to 3:30 and the carwash finished 4:25.It took 55 minutes only outside carwash even they didn’t do any inside vacumn. After a long wait, I went to the desk and asked, the man said,Carwash always takes at least 30~45 minutes.I understand if weekend but I went to wednesday around 3pm and there was nobody in the waiting room.Glenview Lexus has a much better customer service and carwash.I had good experience with glenview Lexus over past 12years.
