We contracted with Ellegant Home Design to remodel our kitchen and install hard wood floors. We had a fabulous experience working with Oksana, Dana and their team.Oksana really pays attention to the details and it was surprising how much time she spent with us during the consult and design process. She was there until every last item was picked out. At times we had a difficult time choosing from all the options. Oksana kept providing us options and ultimately it was our decision as she guided us to a decision in which we have no regrets.The staff at Ellegant was professional, always had time for questions and there was continuous open communication over the entire project. The sub-contractors they work with were great too. Any adjustments or changes to the project were communicated in advance. We had several tricky areas related to our remodel and Oksana drove out to our house numerous times to personally review and discuss the changes with us. Oksana is an amazing designer and truly has the creativity and expertise to take something ordinary and change it into one-of-a-kind! We recently built a new home and wanted to have engineered wood flooring installed throughout the house. Ellegant was our first choice and we have never regretted making that decision! Everyone on the team was extremely professional from start to finish. I had my kitchen backsplash redone from Ellegant Home Design a few weeks ago and I was very happy with the work that was performed in my home. Tom did a fantastic job making sure things were done to my satisfaction and their sales girl Lex was was an absolute pleasure to work with in helping me order my materials in a timely manner and answering any questions I had regarding the installation process. Later this year I will be needing some work done on the tile in my master bathroom shower and I will absolutely be hiring them again.

We had Ellegant Home Design install 1,000 sq ft of Provenza LVP in our entire 1st floor. We had a great experience! From my initial visit to the store to check out some flooring samples (they have a huge selection of various flooring) to scheduling the measure, and then the installation, EVERYONE at Ellegant was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Phone calls were returned promptly and Kevin always kept me informed of any details. They did a FABULOUS job with the installation and took care when moving our furniture. I am a very happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend them, and would also use them again ourselves!

We hired Ellegant Home Design to replace our entire downstairs flooring, stairs, railing and upstairs hallway. I did a lot of research and shopping around before, for the best materials and prices and that’s how I found them. They have a huge variety out there, as seen in their store.They started and completed the project on time and within budget. They have an excellent crew, whom were very professional (detail orientated), knowledgeable and polite (Valodia did an exquisite, almost incredible piece of art on our railing, as seen in the detailed picture of the base post)… If you are a perfectionist, that’s the place to go…Overall we could not be more pleased with their work and professionalism. We had water leaking from our upstairs tub to our downstairs shower. They did such an amazing job redesigning our bathroom it was already new and beautiful but it’s now even better looking. They did such a great job and added professional touches that we didn’t have before. They truly do quality work, Tom was great and was so kind with my dogs who loved to follow him around my house. We recently had our kitchen remodeled by Ellegant and were thrilled with the results. My husband and I received quotes and ideas from 4 different companies and Ellegant was by far the best. They provided a clear quote for work, design ideas, material options, and timeline. The price we paid was fair and good for the amount of work they accomplished. We replaced our kitchen cabinets, floor, countertop, and back splash. We worked closely with the owner, Dana, and his wife, Oksana. They were very pleasant to work with, honest, and always answered our questions. All of their staff were great too. My husband and I are very picky people so to say we were thrilled, truly means a lot. We own a small business and plan to use them to remodel. We would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

WARNING! The company is too busy to provide great service. Im a new customer and I feel like Im having to take whatever they can give me because they claim to be SO BUSY. They came out to my home and the appointment was super rushed. The guy that came out had no time to go through questions during the appointment. No one from the company followed up with me after the appointment. And its been a headache trying to get a second appointment to discuss my project. So GOOD LUCK using this company. Im going with a different company.

You sure do have very nice and elegant selection of tiles and very nice elegant dog, yet it is unacceptable to have your dog half of my height walking among customers. He might be very friendly to you or most of your customers, but not to ALL CUSTOMERS as you have seen today. I sure felt very uncomfortable at first when he was smelling me all over, and very very uncomfortable when growled bared teeth at me. What if customers with kids walk in the store.

I stumbled across Ellegant Home Design during my insane search for some additional flooring for my new home, which I was told was just redone so I would have no problem finding more of it. HA. Naturally, the flooring is discontinued. Thankfully, ONE person, out of the 15 (literally) that I emailed, responded and it was Lex Ferrara. Not only was she able to find THE LAST TWO BOXES OF IT IN THE WORLD but she responded to my ZILLIONS of stressed out emails promptly, professionally, and always in a super friendly and understanding way. I dont think you could go wrong with anyone at Ellegant, but if you want the tippity top service, go ask for my girl!!

I worked with Lex to order 1000sqft of LM engineered hardwood which would ultimately be delivered out of state. 95% of the transaction took place through email, which I didnt think would be possible with a flooring company. This made the transaction seamless and my willingness to continue to use Ellegant Home Design very high. Took the pain out of what is typically a very painful process for 2021.

BEWARE!!! I sent a request for a quote. 24 hours later I called because I didn’t not hear back. The person that answer the phone told me I was #10 on the quote list and until they caught up I would have to wait on line. I asked her to remove me from the line and that I would have to call elsewhere since I wanted to order the tiles today. She was fine with that- THEY DO NOT VALUE MY BUSINESS!!!

I found Ellegant Home Design while online price-shopping a specific brand and style of tile against a suspect quote from a local business. Nicole was amazing to work with over the phone and via email. She arranged sample shipments to me, helped me refine quantities, and finalized my order in a professional and timely manner.The time from initial contact to placement of order was ~2.5 months -- due to receipt/review of multiple samples, the timing of the holidays, and the time it took those making decisions on my end to finalize them. Throughout that window of time there were occasional check-ins (at very reasonable intervals) by Nicole to see where we were in the process. At all times I felt like I had a partner in the process and at no point did I ever feel pressured.I rarely experience the level of customer service I received from Nicole in brick & mortar establishments, much less from entities doing business on the Internet. She and Ellegant Home Design were amazing to work with, and I plan to do business with them again when I tackle my next bathroom renovation in 18-24 months.

We wandered in to Ellegant Home Design after visiting several several other flooring stores. Upon purchasing our new home we wanted to replace the carpeting and tile on the first floor with hardwood. The selection was excellent and we were pleased to find exactly what we wanted. The service was outstanding, the installers did a great job and we could not be happier with the results. In addition to the flooring we had Ellegant install new tile around the fireplace and porcelain on the hearth. The outcome is again exactly what we envisioned. We used Ellegant Home Design for all our floors in the house which we were renovating. This included hardwood floor in the basement, first floor, and second floor. It also included carpet in a few rooms. We used Ellegant Home Design for both the material and installation. It also included restaining the stairs and adding new hardwood stairs to the basement.We were extremely impressed by Ellegant Home Design. The owners of this store Oksana and Dana did an excellent job working with us to select the floors we liked. It took us over 2-3 weeks to select but they worked with us diligently throughout the process.Secondly, Dana and his team did a tremendous job in doing the installation of the floor. It was a pretty big project but they worked very professionally and did an excellent work installing the floor. During the installation process my general contractor/trim person gave me trouble with the floor base cover. When Dana found out he fixed the mess-up created by the GC for no additional cost.I am extremely pleased by the final results and the whole process. It was a pleasure working with Dana and Oksana. Both of them are always providing excellent communication if there are any hurdles with delivery date, etc, and both are always looking at the best interest for the customers as if it was their own house. Dana went above and beyond during the installation by fixing things which he could have easily ignored. I would highly highly recommend using them for both the material and installation.thx.
