Like this place, big variety of products, workers are acknowledged about any questions you can ask and they are the only one who has my favorite wine

Good selection of beer for how small this store is, but the prices are not very competitive.

I was looking for a specific wine and started searching local shops online. Their website isn’t searchable, but they do offer a delivery service via Drizly. Drizly is searchable and it indicated they carried the wine I was looking for-SCORE. I tried to verify availability by calling them, but the phone rang continuously without anyone answering. I tried several times to no avail. A few hours later I decided to take a chance and drive to the store. I walked in to a nicely organized store, but after several attempts walking up and down the aisles I couldn’t locate what I was looking for. The clerk never offered to assist. Finally, I asked her if she could tell me if they had the wine in stock. Her response was, “I don’t know. You’ll have to find it yourself. Use the overhead signs”. Then she went back to watching videos on her phone. It was quite possibly the worst customer service I ever experienced. I continued looking while deliberating if I should buy something else or even spend money in a place where customers aren’t appreciated. After one more pass down the aisle I found it. Yay. Not sure if I’ll return. They only had two bottles and who knows if they update their inventory. Based on my experience, probably not.

This is my go to place for all my beverage needs. Their selection of beer, wine and spirits is like no other. Great prices, very professional customer service

Best wine shop in Arlington Heights. Here guys have an amazing am selection of craft beer too including really rare stuff. If you love wine and beer you cant go wrong here. Prices are very competitive too. Go here if you want a top notch wine store that carries really good brands- ask them about their wine club

Stopped in here because I heard they had a solid selection of craft beer. I was not disappointed when I found Surly, Half Acre, Three Floyds and other brands I cant get out east. Not a huge selection but all in coolers. They also had a modest but nice large format bottle selection and most of the domestics also if you prefer. Most of the store is taken up by racks of wine though so if thats more to your liking definitely worth checking out too.

A FANTASTIC family-owned wine, spirit shop with tons of craft beer options. The owners are EXCELLENT and will give you personal assistance if needed. Ive never seen a more beautifully-furnished liquor store and encourage anyone nearby to stop in!10 stars!

This place is the best The owner is super nice its super close to where I live and honestly the owner is the main reason why I put 5 stars. Every time I go in hes rediculously friendly and his wife is awesome too great place to purchase from (:
