Very RUDE Clerk. Long, dark hair with dramatic false eyelashes.I went into the store to look for some things. I ultimately only chose an $.89 emery board.Upon check out, the clerk said it was $1.09. When I mentioned that the display indicated. $.89, she said, The price went up. You have to pay the new price.Perhaps she should be aware that merchants are to honor displayed prices.Unwilling as she was to understand the concept, she said, Im going to change the prices on the display right now.The sole reason the .89 was important is because I had a single $1 bill and credit cards only.I left the store purely on principle and because I felt she was becoming hostile.I have shopped at Sally for at least 15 or more years.Todays date and time: August 20, 2021 2:15 p.m.

Stingy about refunds, manager was snooty and thought I opened products I was trying to return. I calmly explained I put them in my car and literally brought them back the next day. She was training an employee (who I had purchased the products from the night before) and literally said these feel light like I was trying to be some sort of criminal. I had my receipt, was not being a jerk or anything...probably gonna avoid this branch for a while

I’ve gone to so many Sally’s and I’ve never been treated with so much kindness, The new girls Josie and Linda walked me through the whole store and gave me so much product knowledge I left home with some great products & I only came in because it’s next to my Hair cut appointment at great clips but I will differently come back for products 10 /10 recommended

This is my favorite Sally location! Josie is so helpful, she helped me pick out the perfect hair color and nail supplies!

I go to this store all the time and let me tell you the employee Alejandra is awesome! Always in high spirits, ready to help and happy to see you! I appreciate her so much! The guy manager there is super pleasant as well! Thank you Sally’s for hiring people that honestly care about your customers, their concerns and are very knowledgeable of your products!

One employee was courteous and helpful but another who was working the register had a bit of an attitude. It wasnt a pleasurable experience. After she failed to correct a mistake the store made, I just left and abandoned the items I was going to purchase because Id rather take my business elsewhere where Im treated with more respect and appreciation

The sales associates, betty and alejandra were so freakin amazing and helpful! i went in there freaking out about fixing my brassy hair and they were both so patient and knowledgeable! Even the manager of the store was giving advice for the after care of my hair! super sweet people!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also the store is always nice and clean.

Friendly staff and always have a good selection of products. If you have one of their discount cards you can save alittle money too.

Wish I could put a 0 star always smells like weed in this store, told the manager ramena and shes the one who smelt like it then I went to the other over weight girl and shes even stoned out of her mind I highly recommend getting some professional girls in here that are not on drugs and drug test them before hiring.
