Our outdoor signage was in desperate need of repair: the paint was peeling, it was speckled with holes, and the artwork no longer followed our new corporate logo. Jason, Gerd, and Dmitry were all very helpful from the get go. They mocked up the new design, showed us samples of the different types of material available (even allowing us to borrow some for the weekend), sandblasted and repainted the sign, filled up the holes, and double-checked that the colors were exactly what we wanted. The staff has been extremely patient with us as we constantly change our minds in the process of ordering and finalizing what we want.

I ordered a poster to be printed and shipped to Las Vegas at the very beginning of May. Initially it was very good service while taking the order. Branch manager himself assured me that it will be at its destination on certain day for which I paid expedited shipping charge. He or his staff messed up and the package did not get delivered as promised. He blamed shipping company who provided me prof that package was not dropped off as originally scheduled. When we received it, poster was damaged. At the end of entire ordeal, same manager promised refund of the shipping cost on May 21st (“Looks like after discussing with the team well be refunding the delivery fee. It will take us a few days to get that in but Ill let you know when its complete.”). Nearly 2 months later and after multiple inquiries, I still have not seen the refund. When manager himself is unreliable, rest of the institution and its customer service reflects it as well.
