DO NOT do business with this company, I repeat DO NOT! We ordered a bed for my son back in November 2020 with the understanding that there was a decent chance that it would delivered by Christmas but there was no guarantee. Ok, we got that, furniture can take a bit sometimes. Well here it is now 2 days from March 2021 and we still have no bed and no even guess at a date for delivery.We don’t get any answers from them other than to place blame on anyone but themselves. They refuse to take responsibility. We’ve tried to cancel our order but they refuse to refund our money without paying a restocking fee. How can there be a restocking fee when the bed is clearly not in stock? The person running the store just passes the buck to ownership but we haven’t heard from them either.If you want a business that is willing to take your money with no idea when a product may come and doesn’t bother to keep you posted despite being months after originally saying you should get it then go on in, they’ll be happy to take your money but good luck with an actual product.We understand that Covid has screwed things up for some businesses and I think we have been more than understanding about that having waited as long as we have. They still have no answers for us and don’t seem to care one bit that they are selling items they can’t deliver on.Buy at your own risk!

I’d look around before spending so much money here. The guy here told us we wouldn’t find a quality bed frame for a good price and in fact we did. However, it was too late we had already purchased one with them. Their return policy is no returns. They were willing to do a price adjustment because I found the same bed cheaper online. When I got to the store for the price adjustment it ended up being less than what he told me over the phone. At this point I was so irritated with the whole situation I just left things as is. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

The only place I could find that had what I needed, and was able to pick it up that day. Needed a large number of beds and after dealing with Evan he had everything together in short time and ready for pickup. Price was better than what I had been seeing other places, awesome experience.

Shipping was very slow but they really went above and beyond and upgraded the bed with one they had and got delivery set up very quick. They can’t control shipping times and the extra time is because they ship with moving companies so they really made up for that when they didn’t have too.11/15/18 - Just wanted to update this as my bunk beds have been delivered and they are absolutely amazing. Definitely worth paying for delivery and set up. The guy that came out was fast and very professional. Very glad I waited a little longer for shipping because the quality of this bed is by far better than any others Ive looked at. Great job!

I love this place. They have a far better selection than the big box places. Almost every room in our home has something from Kidz Bedz and the Mattress Outlet. They have much more available than what you see in the stores. Great Service. Great Experience.

I had been shopping, for a mattress, for awhile. Someone suggest going here and I’m very happy they did. Sales personal were friendly and very knowledgeable. By far, one of the most comfortable mattress I had found and the price was a Significantly less expensive!!! The one I purchased, came with a 10 yr warranty!!The best part for me was, they had my mattress in stock and I got to take it home with me, the same day!

I got a bed from here payed for it and everything but it was out of stock so a worker had to order it. He said the bed should be there in 2 weeks and that they would give us a phone call when it came in, 3 weeks had passed so we decided to call in and another guy said that it wasnt going to come in for another 2 weeks to a month. When I got my bed frame it had dents in it and the nails for the drawers completely missed the wood luckely my dad is a builder and fixed it but other than all that mess I do love my bed.

Quality furniture at the same price as Art Van. Im glad I opted to pay slightly more for the installation and delivery. The crew came and installed the furniture without any hassle. Im not sure if my wife and I could of fit all of that in our SUV let alone put the two bunk beds together in about an hour. We will recommend your company to our friends.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They sell you on lies and then tell you oh we didnt really mean that. The warranty doesnt actually cover anything including dressers falling apart.

Our salesman Geoff was very rude about us needing an appointment on Saturday to pick up our bed. We received a voicemail from Geoff himself that stated our bed was in and there was nothing said about needing an appointment. Great bed but very unsatisfied with the service.
