I had a flat tire yesterday. They were so busy but knew I was in a bind with work and got me in and out fast it’s the type of kindness and understanding that is missing from most businesses these days. They really saved my day. Couldn’t be more happy and recommend 100%

Nothing less than top-notch service and professionalism at this shop! They go above and beyond. Repairs took all day and they were able to give me a loaner car. To my surprise, I noticed when I got home that they properly reseated and bolted my front license plate, which was not properly done by the dealership.

My first time coming to K Auto repair, and I don’t think I would come anywhere else! After having some issues with installation of items from the dealership, K Auto Repair was able to save the day. They fixed my issue and also walked me through other issues that they noticed without pressuring me to have those done at that time. I’m thankful for their kindness, diligence, and professionalism!

Ive been a K Auto customer for years. They always stand behind their work and dont push products and services that arent necessary. If they see an issue that needs addressing, they let you know the severity and if it should be serviced right away or if you can hold off for a few months. Theyre also really nice people that have your best interest at heart and make sure that youre satisfied. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service and polite smart staff. From the moment I called they had my history record pulled up in the computer by the phone number I was calling from, they confirmed that all my information was accurate, double checked the service I requested was correct, accepted any promotional offers, making an appointment was hassle free, and when I arrived at the shop I was waited on promptly and offered a ride back home. All work completed was above satisfaction. I get all my maintenance done here now.

I went to my Nissan dealership for some recall work and they told me I needed the front arm replaced on the car. They quoted me $1400 plus labor. I took my car to circle K for a second opinion and I was saved over $800. The guys are nice and very respectful and gave me a ride back and forth while my car was being worked on. Go circle K!!

At no point did I ever feel out of control of the transaction and always felt they had my best interests in mind. As usual, they were very thorough in checking out a noise my car was making. What makes their service outstanding is that, once they diagnosed the problem, they checked my service records BEFORE calling me. They discovered the part causing the issue was replaced a little less than a year before and was still under warranty. Therefore, they replaced the defective part at no charge to me. To be honest, if they had called me and told me what the problem was I would not have remembered it had been a problem before and would have never thought to ask if it was covered under warranty. They do great work and stand behind what they do, which is why I have not yet needed to replace my 17 year old car, which has more than 210k miles on it. When I do eventually get a new car I will make sure to bring it to K Auto.

Hands down the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. Im not that old, and I havent been to a lot of mechanic shops, but these guys are awesome. they are very upfront with you about costs, time frames, and then they do their best to exceed your expectations. I was told of all of depressing issues that were going on with my car, and which one should be taken care of first. this place understands how customer service should work better than anywhere else Ive every been. 6/5

Yesterday, I had work done on my car and the service was excellent. I arrived late to the appointment. The Manager Kevin, was very understanding and got my car set up right away. The service was prompt and the prices were reasonable.

I was referred to this shop from Advanced Auto In palatine you diagnose a possible bad alternator. They had some one there take me to work while they worked on my car and after a couple of hours I was called saying the car was ready and just turned out to be a bad battery terminal connector which was great! Saved me hundreds by testing before swapping out a completely fine battery and alternator. Fast and friendly service at a decent price.

Kevin and Rick took the time to explain and show me what was needed for my car. Squeezed me into their busy day so I could get back on the road. Will be having my auto work done here from now on! Thanks guys!!! Affordable too!

Was having trouble with my Infiniti engine, and within 10 minutes the problem was found. Part was then delivered about a half hour later and put into the car. I was in and out quickly and the service was fantastic. The dealership wanted to do $1600 dollars of repairs to my car, but at K Auto Repair & Tire Center I was in and out for 200 dollars. Would highly recommend

I came in to have a tire fixed, they were very professional and even found out the tire was under warranty saving me money. They also took plenty of safety measures given the current situation with COVID-19. I would highly recommend this shop to any that needs service.

Locked keys in car in lunch break at work and they came right away and were very friendly!

I had a nail in my tire — they saw me very quickly (new customer). Everyone was very friendly and they explained everything really well. The tire was unable to be patched because of the location of the nail, which they showed and explained to me, so they were able to put my spare on until they replaced my tire the next morning. I would go back to this place for future needs and would recommend.

I brought in a new fuel pump for my Chevy truck to K Auto for replacement. Found out later they Charged me full price for the Fuel Pump and Installation .3 months later it stop working. I call KAuto to replace pump they said it wasn’t their fuel pump so they would not honor the warranty. Because it wasn’t a pump that they purchased. I told them fine I-will pay for-the Pump if they would honor their work they said no we will not even Change out the pump. They should have told me that from the beginning but I had the truck towed into their shop so I was a Captive Audience.

They did a great job with my oil change.

About at 1:00 out by 1:25! Excellent professional service, highly recommend.

Great service comes at a price! I dont think any shop cuts rotors anymore? Time is money and its faster to replace them but, it costs the customer more. I wish I could still do the work myself. I could have saved around $500 dollars. Dont get me wrong. They did do a great job quickly!

Worst mechanic in the area. I took my car to this Auto Repair around December when it was very cold outside to have them change a sensor on my car that another mechanic had told me that that was the only I thing that needed to be change.. but the people here kevin and one of his helpers did a diagnostic and they said that my car needed new alternator new starter and that they needed to open the engine block to make sure everything was fine I paid $140 for a diagnostic but when Mike told me everything that needed to be done I knew right away they were lying because I changed the starter like a month before I took it there the whole repair they wanted me to do was over $2,500.I told him to stop working on my car and that I will pick it up the same day and I took my car in the way to another mechanic and they put a sensor that it need it that sensor was $150 and repair was $80 labor.,, my experience is that they are liars they tell you that your car has problems that dont even exist they make them up to get your money be very careful with these people.
