Weve been bringing our vehicles in to the Arlington Hts. Casey for over 15 years. I had tried other service places prior to that but always walked out questioning the bill or the service. From the first time I tried Casey I got an honest fair bill and always excellent service. I highly recommend Casey Automotive for car repairs. They were fast, honest and fair. I trust their analysis, work and recommendations (I’m typically very skeptical of most businesses). It is a well-managed business and it shows as this was a seamless experience for me.Here was my situation; my car was in need of repair (the check engine light was on). I called and they were fully booked for the week but made time to evaluate and repair my car the next day. They communicated to me a few times throughout the day about the status of my car and how much it would cost to repair (the prices are fair based on my online research). They also identified a problem with my car that I had forgotten about because I got used to the noise and fixed that as well. In addition to that they also gave me a discount. My car has been running great ever since!

Cheap oil service package but they want to give additional service recommendation to take more profit out of you. If youre wise, you could get the essential service done at right cost and get away. I know oil change is not much of profitable for any auto shop but at the same time they shouldnt push customer for unnecessary service. I took away two points just for this issue, the service quality wise theyre pretty good.

They dont have a clue what they are doing, making appts, making people late for work, you go for an oil change that was promised, you get told you are on the books to drop off your car. I clearly made an appt to WAIT for my car today. Get some people that truly know how to treat people right. I took time out of my day to bring my car in, for nothing. I will never return to this place.

I use Casey for maintaining all my three cars. They take very good care of them from what I can see. Recently my FIT had a strange problem of not able to start after long idle time like more than 9-day. They gave me a new battery under warranty to correct the issue. Although it will be tough to determine whether Casey has better knowledge of my cars comparing to the dealers, I do trust their opinion on how to best fix my car. They are very consistent over the years maintaining all my vehicles. It is a good shop to use unless you like the dealer price.

Great shop! I had tried them recently for the first time to have a windshield, oil change, and two tires installed; the service was stellar! I was helped by David in front and I’m impressed that he took the time to explain in detail what was going on and the steps that would be taken to address them. Didn’t feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of which is a nice, new feeling coming from an automotive repair facility. I’d recommend anyone give them a try!

While having my oil changed I asked Joshua to look for a heat shield rattle. It was the shield that protects the fuel tank from the exhaust. It was an easy fix that his technician did immediately saving me the cost of a new heat shield and the time of coming back again for the repair.

Have been going to the place for some time now and brought my car in today for an oil change. The place does a good job with a great prices so they were back up. I waited longer then I was expecting but my time was worth it!!! I can say they Casey Automotive is in the business to make the customer happy. Service is good and customer service is even better. I drive 60 miles each way to work every day and when I was having braking problems I brought my car to Casey Automotive for the first time VIA a recommendation. Casey of A.H. is the only Auto Repair shop that I trust - and I’ve tried several - competent, efficient and at a reasonable price. Dealerships are obviously too expensive, especially for our Volvo XC90. Casey kept our high mileage college cars (Ford Escape, Mitsubishi Eclipse and Jeep Cherokee) for the two boys operating safely and dependably. Other shops try to find some problem you weren’t expecting and scare you into fixing it. Casey always does a thorough inspection and gives you a scorecard of good health, future repairs or absolute issues to be addressed now. My classic Jeep Wrangler LJ (bought in Dallas 2004 to drive to Chicago when I transferred with my employer) was towed there last Sat pm and I got a call at 7:37am Mon (today) for more information. Trusting another good experience is on the way! UPDATE: Job we’ll done by Tuesday (2 days) with ignition, tune-up, belt, brakes and fan switch - all expected! Reasonable cost!

Great service. Ive been coming to this location SPECIFICALLY for years. Gabe goes the extra mile to give exceptional service, and the shop in general is accommodating and tells you what things the car needs, and what the car REALLY needs. Theyve been honest and thats really hard to find around here in an auto shop.

This is unbelievable. I dropped off my car on Wednesday. Was told they will call me Thursday with an estimate. No one did. Ok. They called Friday. Price was too high, so I declined a service. They offered huge discount right away. Not sure why people say this place is fairly priced. If it was you would get the best price right away. Here the most interesting part starts. I asked them to leave my car on the parking lot with a key inside and both doors unlocked. I got there after business hours to find out that doors are locked. Then I spent all evening trying to unlock it to find out THERE IS NO KEY INSIDE. Fine. We gave them another call on Saturday. They said they will make sure key is inside. Just went there to find NO KEY. Not sure how to ask them so they understand. This whole process could take 2 days, but will take almost a week until I pick my car up. Wow. I hope their mechanical jobs are not as irresponsible. Consider choosing another repair shop.

Strongly recommend this shop! I bought a BMW X3 this weekend. We walked in with no appointment. The very kind honest friendly staff offered a pre-inspectiion. They are very knowledgeable about the typical issues with this forigen car. They spent a lot of extra time with us so we walked away with a lot of specific intelligence on the car. They even gave us advice about how to negotiate the purchase. I am very grateful and already referred some close friends and even referred the car dealer to Casey. I plan to bring my car there for service. I obviously love these people. You can trust your cars with them. The the coffee is good too lol.

I recently took a 260z to the shop. It smelled of bad exhaust. I knew the exhaust was leaking, but did not have the means to do the work myself. I had taken it to a few other shops and they wanted to charge me more than reasonable just because of the car. The shop was pretty busy when I went. Paul who was the manager on duty took the time look at my car. He told me it was an easy fix. He repaired the leak himself and charged me a reasonable price. I was in and out in seconds. Shop is great at being honest and straight forward. They will not take advantage of you like a lot of shops around.

My husband and I have been searching for Years to find a local shop where we can get oil changes and regular non-dealer maintenance and repairs, without being taken advantage of because of our lack of car knowledge. Every time Id find a shop I felt comfortable with, they would literally up and disappear overnight. (Happened twice in the same building in 3 years. I wont mention names because one was actually a small chain and Im not here to make your competition look bad, in these cases they did that themselves).We both needed new tires, my car needed them more desperately, and I got quotes from the dealer and my husband went to Caseys to get a comparable quote. He was so impressed with the service and knowledge, that he told me to go ahead and get my new tires at Caseys. So one morning I happened to be running errands and was informed by another motorist that one of my tires was dangerously low. Not only do I not know how to put air in my tires, but I am disabled. So I went to Caseys, hoping to make an appointment to get my new tires, and hoping they would fill my low tire in the meantime.They went 2 steps better. Not only were they able to replace my tires that very day, but they also gave me a loaner car, because I hadnt planned to not have my car that day. One gentleman remembered speaking to my husband, and he noted there had been a rebate offered since he spoke to my husband, that would give me a higher quality tire for a net (post-rebate) difference of only $30 (total! not per tire!) ..... but he wanted to talk to my husband himself about it, because he didnt want to appear to be doing a bait-and-switch (because they werent!) :)But my husband was out of town and unreachable. I knew he would want to accept the rebate and improved tires, so I did, AND the gentleman at Caseys even filled out all the rebate forms for us! I had to do NOTHING to collect my rebate, except sit back and wait for the check to come (and Ive been getting email updates regarding the status of the rebate).At NO time did ANYONE pressure me for any additional work or services, although my husband and I will be returning not only for his tires, but for regular oil changes and essentially everything that we dont have to go to the dealer for. And with two locations and a longstanding presence in the community, I know I dont have to worry about them and all my auto maintenance records disappearing overnight without notice :)I would recommend this place in a heartbeat and not only do I know I will be returning, but I have peace of mind knowing I have such a reliable place taking care of my familys automotive needs.

I was there for an estimate on 4 tires. They were very nice and the price was very reasonable.

They dont respect peoples time. I called on shop Friday afternoon. They asked me to come next day early morning 7:30 to 8:30 AM. I needed to cancel my other plans for making appointment. When I went there next day morning they told they can not do it today. Why they ask people come in that too on weekend if they can not make it. After some arguments they told I need to wait for 4 hours to see if they can make it today. I insisted on estimate before I commit my 4 hours. They gave me estimate which was double their previous estimate. Part they quoted was double they price Toyota showroom charges. Think before going their. Why to go place where they dont respect people times and increase price by double because they were not able to fulfill their commitment.

If you ask them to do something, they dont do that. They sort of recommend something, which I found out from the authorized dealer (and another big repair shop) was incorrect and wrong. They circulate some coupons that say free tire rotation, free battery check etc., but if you take it to them, theyll simply refuse them (quoting some random and unacceptable reason) and do only the very minimal what the coupon says. Casey is a road-side repair shop. Id strongly urge you to keep away from them unless you want to shell out money and only get half of the things done, finally returning home not happy.

Casey Automotive has a professional and polite staff. When it came to diagnosing the problem with my rear brakes they did not take advantage of the situation and tell me I need calipers when I thought for sure they were not working because of the rust on the rotors. Turns out the brackets and pins were frozen on the calipers. Yes I needed rotors, I new that from the passenger rear grinding noise. It was great that they gave me 2 options to correct the problem. Take your vehicle to Casey Automotive, they wont do unnecessary work to empty your wallet like other places might. Great job Casey Automotive!Another great experience at Casey Auto. My vehicle was pulling to the left so I called them about an alignment and he said get your new tires first (front) then bring it in. So I got the front tires (needed bad) put on and the pulling to the left was gone, but I didnt want to take that chance that their was nothing wrong with my alignment. They took it in back and made a some minor adjustments, gave me my keys and said have a good day. They really know how to treat customers. Those 5 stars are accurate!

Have been using Caseys for years as a family. Been very happy with the services we have used through them, mainly smaller stuff, oil changes, belt replacement etc. Only annoyance is how crowded they get so you have to drop off the night before to get in.

Beware….they WILL stand behind their service!!!!I had….what began as a HORRIBLE…experience…turn into a very PLEASING experience. I initially did not feel valued as a customer, but can say that the General Manager Mike B…. will stand behind their service and I felt valued by “My mechanic”. Three of my original six ignition coils went bad after having my 2007 Toyota Camry SE for 6 years. I decided to give Casey Automotive (a family owned company) in Arlington Heights my business back in 2012.Fast forward 3 years…and now…one of the very ignition coils they replaced 3 years ago gave out (coil #3)….after extensive research I found that the coil should have lasted MUCH longer than the 3 years. I brought this to the attention of the store managers…and was very disappointed with the service. Well in less than 24 hours of going into the store…I receive a phone call from the GM Mike B…and he really understood my concern…and let’s say….he put my trust and confidence back into Casey Automotive.Thank you for making me feel valued as a customer Mike B and the Casey Automotive team of Arlington Heights and Streamwood. It’s very hard to find a great trustworthy mechanic…and you have restored my faith…and I can’t wait to see you all for my next service!

I went for an oil change and they wanted to change my brakes. I didnt want to get it done there, so the sales guy David Ivanovski tells me that I shouldnt come just for the oil change. Will never go again to this place! You can see that they try to rip you off, beware!

The hardest thing to fix is an intermittent problem. After I had my air conditioning repaired in April, I began having trouble starting the car, but never consistently and with no seeming pattern of circumstance or clues.On three different occasions when it wouldnt start, I lined up a tow truck, and then it started-- for the tow driver. Beyond frustrating!But the Gabe and the Casey team tried and tried and tried again. It never seemed to fail when at the shop, but in my parking lot: a different story completely.However, in mid-June, we finally had a break-through and the guys fixed it for good and all. It is running since then like my happy little car should, and I am ecstatic.Bottom line: if youre lucky enough to already be a Casey customer, youre lucky enough and should start making plans to pass your customership on to your posterity, along with the Bears and Blackhawks season tickets. If your not yet a Casey customer: Hurry! Theres only so many of us they can take.

Tired of paying 65.00 for a full synthetic oil change? Go to Casey.I received a mailer for an oil change for Casey. I received 2 other mailers for other places. After having gone to both other locations and walking out because it was a bait and switch with no fine print on the mailers and double the advertised price - I was not expectng much more from Casey when I walked in. To my surprise, they were gonig to charge me EXACTLY what the mailer said for the service that I needed. Half of what the other two previous places were going to do it for. Mike was great. He didnt try to upsell me anything and he was extremely personable and helpful. I wont be taking my car for service, anywhere else.

These guys are great, been servicing my cars since 2004.

They have the worst service. It took them 3 hours to get to my car for an oil change. And they make up problems in your car to charge you. They said my water pump is leaking and called it an emergency repair. I took my car to the dealer, and my water pump is absolutely fine. The Rick has a very rude attitude with customers. Wouldnt go there.

Not impressed with this Casey Automotive. They wanted to keep my vehicle over night for servicing a light bulb! After receiving the estimate, they OVERCHARGED me triple figures over! HA, I got the hell outta there! Nope! Never returning.
