Professional, quick, thoroughly engrossed in the job they were doing. You can just tell when someone loves what they do and is really good at it. Two months later there are absolutely no problems with the windshield. Had a 2000 miles trip a week after replacement and it held up perfectly. Highly recommend.

Went in for a windshield chip fill and the staff there were really flexible with my time. I had to bump up my appointment to 30mins later and no issues came in the way.Seems like a very tight knit group of people who are willing to do quality work for you and your vehicle in a timely and affordable matter.Most likely will be coming back here if my vehicles glass gets damaged again.

No masks worn. I was told I had to get a windshield because “we already ordered it and we will be out money if you don’t get a new one.” It was ordered already without even seeing my car, I felt pressured to comply. They put on masks after they were asked to do so but did so begrudgingly.

Owner Joe and the rest of the staff were helpful, professional and got me in and out with a new windshield in under an hour. They kept me updated throughout the warranty claim process and were able to snag one of the few Honda Civic OEM windshields in the country (lack of stock due to Covid). I came in, set up shop to work remotely and was out before I had time to send more than a couple of emails! I recommend them to anyone I can.

This company does phenomenal work and I could not be more satisfied. I was referred to them by my dealership (that says something right there) and the people that I spoke with on the phone made the entire process simple. Its worth noting that I was not the easiest customer as I wanted OEM glass, I went through my insurance, and I wasnt exactly around the corner.They came out to me and installed my new windshield with great precision and speed. Their attention to detail was impressive (they transferred my IPASS to the new windshield for me which I had expected to have to do on my own, they cleaned up the remaining glass from the old windshield on the dash, etc.) They answered all of my questions and were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.From this point forward, myself and my family will never go anywhere else!

I have been there a few times now, all great experiences. They fixed a chip in my windshield that I have not had further issues with. The other was I had them take care of a rust spot by my rear wheel well. I had them take care of it at the beginning of November. The rust started to appear again only a few months later. When I brought it in for them to look at it, they did not give me a hard time at all and willingly fixed the issue and took care of the reappearance of rust without any further charges. Very good people and super nice and upfront. I would recommend this place.

Chip on the windshield from a rogue stone and I knew I had to get it fixed right away before it turned in to a humongous crack. Quick Google Maps search and found Auto Glass Inc. Luckily there was no line, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Paid $65 but the job was good. Highly recommend.

Fast quality service

Honest and quality service, owned by a great guy. My windshield was leaking after each rain, and I could not identify a problem. All other local repair shops simply wanted to replace the windshield for major $$. This place, however, asked to bring the vehicle for inspection free of charge AND gave me a few price points for reference for resetting and replacing the glass (all were reasonable). Upon inspection, they found that my airducts were clogged, causing water streaming inside of the vehicle. Spent almost an hour cleaning the airducts and, initially, didnt want to take money. Paid anyway. Great auto glass repair place and honest owner. I highly recommend it. (Real customer, not a fake review.)

These guys are phenomenal. We have a local business that puts on hundreds of thousands of miles on our fleet every year. I ran into these guys on a fluke that I was just talking to one of my guys about a broken windshield on his van. I checked around with any others in our fleet having issues and found another van with a broken windshield. They came to our shop and fixed the windshields with prices that blew competitors away. They were in and out before we knew they started. I highly recommend them if you want honest guys who truly appreciate the business going their way.

Excellent Work. Had a stone put a crack on the windshield - passenger side. After getting the claim number, from the insurance company they were ready to work on it right away. I was busy, so I set up a appointment.They said the repair would take 30 minutes and it was ready as promised.The crack was about the size of a quarter - maybe a bit more. They got it to a quarter inch or less and barely visible. Cory did the work - nice job.I have brought my last couple vehicles to Auto Glass Plus when a repair was needed. They know their business.

These guys go above and beyond. Not only did replacing my entire windshield in less than an hour... It was 1/3 the price of the dealership and Safelite. When I was getting water into my car after the replacement they had me bring in back in to investigate the issue. Three guys over an hour trying to locate the issue for me. The windshield was not leaking... Turns out the AC compressor line was clogged causing the line to dump water back into the car. I would have never known unless Auto Glass Plus told me to have the AC compressor checked. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs new glass in their car!

We were quoted a price for repair on our 1999 Ford Explorer for a back side glass pane that had been repaired once before, out of state. It was causing leaking into the cargo section. The guys ran a leak test to verify exactly where water was coming in, then described how they could fix it, for $125. As I waited, they had me come to examine another possible way for repair that would be safer to not break any plastic pieces, just to reseal instead, and that only cost $75. We are senior citizens on fixed income, and appreciated the savings. Now who does that these days?!! This was 6 months ago, and everything is fine, no more leaking problems. Thanks guys!!

They fixed my car for free. (I was stunned.) The rubber molding around the windshield had popped out of the grove. I stuffed it back several times but it kept popping out. The glass guy glued it in place while I waited. He only asked that I give a favorable review.

Awful job laying down the window sealant and the chrome trim was not adhered properly. When I brought it back, the owner said no ones perfect and refused to fix the botched job. People seem nice when you talk with them but its just another place looking to turn and burn jobs without taking pride in their work.

Prepare to get ripped off! I got my windows tinted at this shop and the guys did a decent job. However, they messed up my amplifier because they did not protect the the rear deck of my car. The worst thing is that I chose them because I thought they were professionals. Now, they dont want to take any responsibility and I have to pay $1,700.00 to replace my Audis amplifier. I encourage anyone to not let these guys screw you up. Please just go somewhere else.

These guys have tinted my landcruiser which has 12 windows including sunroof, replaced my windshield and both my front windows due to break ins at different times. They are now fixing a leak at my sunroof and changing my window regulator. Cory is knowledgeable and honest and gave different options and prices for the work performed. I highly recommend them.
