Dealing with them through the renovation of our client education and entertainment center has been nothing short of a nightmare. From having the wrong fixtures ordered, to delays on installations, to changing the scope of the project without enumerating how this would affect the end user - or what our goals were for the system over all is ridiculous behavior for engineers. We were sold a bill of goods on how their system will fix our audio and visual headaches - I will never recommend this company - and I would advise anyone who has anything more complex than a tv find someone else to design and install for you. Complete nightmare.
