Rented a trailer this past weekend and had an issue with it. They fixed it immediately and had us on our way in no time. We will definitely rent from them again!

Rented a flooring nailer that didn’t work, immediately returned it, explained the problem, and was told I was being charged 10 dollars anyway. I handed you back the nailer and you said a number of disrespectful things to me, why didn’t you just hook up the air hose and drive a few cleats? You would have found the problem or proved me wrong. This was for my job, the 10 dollars was not mine. You were recommended by my boss who lives less than a mile from your store. He recommended you because he buys all his propane from you, even though it’s more expensive than competitors. He does this to support local businesses just like our company is a local business.He won’t be buying from you anymore. I realize this is only a few hundred a year and from your actions you don’t care. We won’t rent from you ever again. We will tell clients, friends and family that this business is no good$10 to find out what kind of people you are? Maybe worth it, though it still is feels like you stole from us

This place is FANTASTIC!!! They have a WIDE variety of tools and machines available, for VERY reasonable rates. The staff is awesome too! Good old fashioned customer service that cant be beat.

Have struggled for awhile trying to figure out a way to make a needed repair to a chimney and finally decided to ask the guys at Route 12 Rental for a recommendation of a tool that would allow the repair to be safely done. Over the course of a couple of visits i had the pleasure of talking to a number of the staff and found everyone to be extremely helpful and just a pleasure to deal with them. Rental cost was very reasonable and i did the repair in 4 hours. Thanks Guys for a great experience!!

Excellent, amazing service. We were looking to move furniture and needed a truck rental. Everyone, and I mean absolutely everyone was out of rentals except for Route 12 rental. They got us in a box truck 15 minutes after calling them up. At a very reasonable rate too!!!! Ill definitely rent from them again, and theyll be my first choice.

What do you need? These guys have it. Check out their website for a list of things you can rent. It’s pretty unbelievable. Their prices are equal or better than Home Depot and O think you actually get a better machine or tool.

Always worth the trip. Maybe they dont show a tool, or dont list it as the best price when compared to other companies, but you must consider the service after the sale as a portion of the value. They offer you the knowledge to get the best use of the equipment to do the job that you are trying to accomplish. Theres many things that you are just better off renting professional grade, than coping with a marginal machine and risking injury, extra time, or other damage. I rented a trailer to haul some equipment and when I arrived at the job I couldnt even take it off. The Jack was broke and when I told them they didnt give a damn.For the price its a waste! Broken, dirty and unsafe equipment is what I got the fee timed I rented.

Went in to get some wardrobe boxes for an upcoming move. As I was checking out, I was quickly questioning the purchase because I didnt think I could get the 8 24x21x44 boxes into my Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I was handed my receipt, two gentlemen packed the boxes into my car in less than a minute with ease. They were so professional, friendly and efficient. Great service, lots of inventory and decent prices. I will definitely be back!

These guys really saved my hide on a moving truck after uhaul screwed me over. I moved 45 minutes away but if I ever need to rent something again I will check with Route 12 before I check anywhere else. Bryan is a life saver.

I was not impressed. I rented a wood splitter and got it home to find that it wouldnt split any wood. I took it back. It seems it didnt have any hydraulic fluid in it. They gave me another one. I lost 1 1/2 to two hours worth of time and they werent the least concerned and wouldnt adjust the one day rental rate. To make matters worse, they added a 2 ball to my trailer hitch ($7/day) and my Chicago Bears hitch cover disappeared never to be seen again. Once again, they werent the least concerned or apologetic. All around bad experience.UPDATE - They replaced my hitch cover and were very nice about it. Someone cared that I wasnt happy and did what he could about it. That was definitely appreciated. They have a tremendous selection and are conveniently located. Im sure Ill go back....

Route 12 Rental in Arlington Heights, IL is an amazing company! The minute I walked through the door I was asked right away if I needed any help. A man named Bill Simon helped me to rent some excavating equipment. He showed me all my options and walked me through the process to rent. The prices at Route 12 Rental were not high like some other companies that I checked out and compared. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent any equipment. Even the other workers that were in the shop area said hello and were friendly. I am very pleased to say I will be back to rent again and to give them my business!!!

Recently rented a rototiller from Route 12 Rental for some yard and gardening projects, and I was blown away by my experience! I was helped right when I walked in the door, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me figure out which machine would best suit my needs. Showed me how to start, use, and refuel it... even loaded it into the car for me! Machine was clean and in excellent condition. When I called back with a question they were able to guide me over the phone. Been debating buying one of these... but why buy when I can rent! I will be going to Route 12 for all my future rental needs!

I stopped into the Arctic Cat shop to purchase an FXR jacket. The shop had a large selection of FXR apparel. Not only was the customer service I received outstanding, but the staff was very knowledgeable about the products as well. I would definitely recommend Route 12 for snowmobile apparel.
