Friendly staff. Took in a Suzuki to have work done. Will update once I pick it up. EDIT: Okay wow, I said i would update and here I am. These guys are absolutely amazing. My 2004 feels like she is almost new again. Graham had cleaned the carb and said it still ran funny so he changed the jet and bam, she flies. Tweaked my rear drum brakes so they stop again. And Im not sure... but it seems the cleaned up my frame and engine. Okay enough of how amazing they are, I went in fully expecting to pay a few hundred dollars. When they came back and said all that work was only $105 plus tax... I nearly fell over. I will be coming back, and I will be bringing more atvs and friends along the way. Its truly hard to find Honest Mechanics and I found that in Route 12 Arctic Cat. Simply amazing. thank you guys again.

Everyone here is so nice and very knowledgeable. We have service done here and they always go above and beyond. The showroom is always clean and very well organized. They are dog friendly and always remember us when we come in. Great selection of clothing, jackets, helmets, etc. Everything is very fairly priced and their customer service is always outstanding.

Ive been buying sleds here since 1994 and wouldnt go to any other place. Pricing and service are more then competitive, and the staff really knows their stuff. Because of the quality treatment they provide, I have purchased numerous Saws and tools from their tool building next door, and rent wood chippers, cherry pickers, and other tools from their rental building as well. Nice management and ownership

Great staff and stock many parts and accessories. Been buying sleds and parts here since 2006 and they give great personal attention to your needs. They know the arctic cat products better than anyone.

Hands down best deal. I wouldn’t go to another dear other then route 12 for parts and service. They get you in as fast as they can and they know what they are doing. The guys over there are the nicest and best people to talk too.
