I went in to get a watch band adjusted. I didn’t purchase it here. It was an anniversary gift but was too big. They held the watch and called me when it was ready. I went in to pick it up and paid. I was intending on doing future business with them, as we just moved here. I asked her to take a look at my wedding ring. I knew I had lost some diamonds and she preceded to tell me I was rough on my ring and it was not meant to be worn 24/7. I was intending on having them replace diamonds and fix whatever needed to be fixed, no matter what. I wasn’t particularly concerned with the price. She gave me quite a lecture on me doing too much as I wear my ring, possibly even yard work, which I actually haven’t done. She hit a few other personal notes only because I tolerated her rude behavior and divulged some personal information. That was the last straw. I told them never mind and let her know she was very insulting. I would have made that my go to store but after being treated the way I was, I will absolutely not give them any more of my business. Nice enough store, but customer service means a lot to me and rude behavior will turn me away every time.
Today was my first time to visit Kelzeks. I went in to get a new battery in my watch. The ladies that were their were so personable. They showed me their beautiful selection of jewelry, let me try on a couple things, and even cleaned my wedding rings before I got out the door. Now who wouldnt love that! And ladies, I even found out the will keep a wish list for you. I for one will be visiting Kelzeks Fine Jewelry & Gifts again real soon and I wish you would too.
My go to store here in Arkadelphia.
