This is not a rating on the employees or the store. What are the actual hours of operation? Website says 0900 the door says 1000 can one or the other be fixed!

JR is the most polite, generous and helpful associate I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a very long time.

Ask for Courtney!!! Needed to change phones and make a change to my phone plan. I called the store and spoke with Courtney. He let me know what I needed to do before coming in to make changes to my plan and gave his personal number to call back in case I had any trouble. Once I got to the store Courtney quickly got my new phone and plan set up. By far the best and easiest experience I’ve had with AT&T.

When you go here ask for Courtney Berry. This man hooked me up with a brand new galaxy note20 5G for FREE!!! Now granted it was a special they were running but had he not been worried with customer satisfaction he would have never brought it up and just taken the commission off whatever I bought. But he took the time to tell me about this deal and then also told about another deal where you buy 3 accessories get the 3rd free. Now everybody they gotta have a phone case and a screen protector so that was an easy sale. Thanks Courtney you made my day.

These guys where on point! They were very caring, knowledgeable, and helpful! They were also concerned for others who were not customers that were being treated unfairly by their own companies! I got in and out very quickly with all problems solved!

Shields was excellent. I went in due to an abundance amount of adds popping up. Shields greeted me at the door and helped me delete all the apps that were making the adds pop up. Wonderful manager! Will be returning if in need of future help!!

My family and I went in to the store and JR was so helpful. He got us equipped with new phones, new tv and internet for our home! Was better with previous management at the other location. When I go in now 95% of the time they are out of most of what I want and the employees dont know what they are talking about. I would rather make the drive to Hot Springs than to deal with this store anymore.

Whenever I come to this branch, the same thing always happens. I came to pay a bill and the representative here doesn’t know what he’s doing. I was waiting for a long time, and then he was helping other customers that came after me.

Ridiculous that there is no payment kiosk. Most customers just want to put minutes on their phone, pay their Bill. To have to wait behind FOUR customers for almost an hour to ask about a technical problem w your phone is insane.

Our wifi hot spot quit working so we stopped in and the lady didnt even know anything about it and kept walking to the back to talk to someone else. First, why couldnt they come out and help me? Second, they didnt have any kind of wifi devices....she said we are in a nothing town.... Im just puzzled

Store closes at 8 went pulled into the parking lot at 735 guy saw us got up walked over to the door and locked it. Guess he didnt want my business, so Ill take my 4 phone upgrades to Verizon.
