We are from Texas and on a road trip headed to Bristol Tennessee, Had a problem with our 2018 Ford Explorer, we called South West Ford and were towed taken care of and back on the road in less than an hour!! Ford lost my business today. Another business blaming covid for their poor service. I bought a brand new 2021 truck from these guys a few weeks ago and it wont hardly even run now.... Southwest Ford will talk their trucks up, but wait until you have problems with it! If youre short handed teach one of the 15 salesman walking around looking at their phone how to turn a wrench!!!!

Spoke to David at the shop (via phone only) who was amazing to work with. Felt very comfortable up front as he provided us with directions and information about dropping off the car. David provided updates along the way and was right on time with the delivery date. Much quicker than we expected. The car looks and runs great. Went for recall work on my 2012 jeep. They were fast and friendly.

I called ahead, and told them about the car I was interested in! We already had an agreement on my trade. They had a car advertised 14k off, a 2019 Lincoln model. I get there, and they won’t honor the online price! It said the discounts were good till June 1st, over 2 weeks away. This car dealership was being very shady. I wasted hours driving down there, already talk to the sales lady about the car! All this for nothing! Waste of my gas, and my time! I am around 2 hours from Arkadelphia! You will definitely get a better deal in Little Rock! This small town dealership can’t offer what Little Rock can, hence they don’t want to!

We were stranded here with a horse trailer and two horses with a busted hose in my diesel truck. The service department was amazing. They found shade for my horses, a part for my truck, and let me borrow a vehicle to get more supplies for my animals. Got us on our way back to Texas in under 3 hours, which is a minor miracle. Recently had auto body repair work done at Southwest Auto and again we got top notch service. David worked with us in setting up a time to bring our van in which worked out very well. Not only was excellent work done on the vehicle but it was also done in less time than anticipated. Also the van was returned to us cleaned inside and out...honestly we have nothing but good things to say about the service we received. David and his team are number one in our book.

They dont offer all of the discounts of the big city dealerships, but they set appointments for oil changes and you wont be waiting all day for your vehicle to be serviced. Comfortable waiting area with the days newspaper and the TV set to a news channel so you can update your brain while you wait. Several other dealership lines are located together.

Wonderful employees. Never have to wait when getting my oil changed and tires rotated. Everyone is so polite and professional.

The service department is very slow, they took almost 2 months to change out a motor. There was one excuse after the other. The insurance company only paid for rental car for 30 days and I had to pay the last 25 days. When i asked southwest, they were animent that they would not being paying for it. The total time to complete the job was supposed to be 6 days and took 55. I would not recommend them.as there are a lot of other good places to use in arkadelphia.

Everything fine except Fox News was on in waiting room, so I had to find a place to sit up front to get away from it.

A bit slow. 3 days to repair air. Got in the Expedition and 2 covers were off in floor that went over the fuses. Air works good!

The focus model my family owns 2 of are worst cars ever!!! They will cause people to be killed!!! Totally unsafe! And while visiting during a recall on the door my mother fell face forward over a rug? This resulted in 2 fractures a dislocated finger and a concussion.Only to find out another person fell the same week entering the establishment. Wondering if that person was there for recall too???

My son broke down in his Ford truck and was 50 miles from home. His truck is still under warranty. No one at Gildner would even take a look at his truck, they said they were too busy and he didnt have an appointment. We had to spend $300 to tow the truck to another dealer. Ive been to Ford dealerships all over the country and have never been treated like that. Terrible customer service and NO we will never do business here. We own three Ford trucks. Riser Ford in Hot Springs got him right in WITHOUT an appointment and will have him on the road again tomorrow. Thank you Riser Ford. Thats how you treat a stranded Ford customer.

Service tech was rude, rushed me off the phone without getting details. Sales staff were dishonest; B. Milford promised multiple times to provide a code to the door pad on the vehicle I purchased from HIM. Never provided it. Last time I had my vehicle there he said it would be done; then text( never speaks by phone or in person) stating I would owe $110 for a service charge to get a code that should have came with the vehicle. He doesn’t have time to deal with customers.
