I lived in Puerto Rico awhile back, and this is one the go-to spots for good breakfast and sweets. Ive been going here since very little and theyve never failed to impress, every employee Ive come across always has a smile on their face and they make you feel welcome. The service is quite fast, and the food is delicious. If you ever come by here, I recommend the oatmeal and the corn bread, both are in a league of their own. If youre in the Arecibo area, definitely consider coming by here, you wont regret it.

I havent been back to this bakery in a few years because its not along my path or closed when I do pass by. Its still the same in quality of the pastry and the lunch is incredible. Even though I prefer the breakfast but I didnt make it to time. I felt like I walked into a time capsule.

Easy access from local and residential traffic. Also in quiet and residential neighborhood. Parking and other businesses next door such as a pharmacy. People who work in business friendly and lift your spirit when welcoming you. Rarely see this anymore.

Almost all bakeries in Puerto Rico deal with the same problem, for I have visited a great number of them across the years. But then again, it poses the question of how many become an issue to b taken seriously? I must say that flies should b kept off the pastries. A person should b assigned to keep them out of this area. Otherwise, all else in the store is ok.

Everything is fresh and delicious, from pastries to sandwiches. Great coffee(they will do it as you like),plus quick service and friendly dispatchers! I Cant ask for more.P.D. you may need to know some Spanish to get what you want.

It used to be one of my mandatory stops when visiting the west of the island. As for the products, the quality is no longer the same. The last times I have visited the variety has diminished or they do not have what one wants and generally wanted. Still, of the best donuts and also with very competitive prices, you will get them here. The service, however, has dropped in quality greatly. If you do not know how to channel your emotions, you should not work with an audience. I understand that we may be having a bad time or a bad day. But if you work serving the public, you should always be nice. That person is not to blame for what happens to you. If you cant ever deal with the public, talk to your manager! Maybe that day will give you the opportunity to do another job. The last few times Ive been, there are employees with a bad attitude. Still, I recommend the Gerizim Bakery. It is delicious to eat there.
