Shopped here before and no issues. Recently purchased some Swig mugs for gifts. They arrived all scratched. Embarrassing. I can’t gift these. Now I’m stuck with beat up mugs. When I reached out, no one replied. Unfortunate. Overall cute, over priced boutique... quality is hit or miss. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
